I got a Chevy Express van from Graham Auctions on February 15. I got it from an auction, but they didn't tell me that the vehicle was rebuilt and had transmission problems. I couldn't get registration because I didn't have commercial insurance until March 10. I told them about this on March 11, by email. The next day, the auction called me to return it. They said they would try to get the seller to give me money or sell the vehicle. They said the seller wasn't answering their calls. They don't want to give me my money back now, even though they said they would give me $3000 before. I have to get the GST from somewhere else. They will give me paperwork to get my money back. This is the actual amount I paid for the vehicle. Otherwise, I would have registered the vehicle and paid for registration charges and insurance. I hope you can help me resolve this issue and get my money back.

An employee said they would look for the weights on March 3rd, but I haven't heard anything since. Can you help?
