I was charged $139 instead of $11
I recently gotten the premium feature on Grammarly (on 11/19/19 around 9pm-10pm). However, I was charged $139.95 instead of the $11.66 a month. I was wondering how I could receive a refund, as I am only a high school student and I did not expect to be charged the full year's price. I have only used the account for less than 24 hours. I hope I can receive an answer back as soon as possible, because I am currently panicking.

I signed up for Grammarly thinking that is was for $11.99 monthly charges, but I was charged $139.95.
I felt misled and violated by Grammarly because it was advertised that there would be monthly charges and NOT a whole year charge in advance. When I made the purchase, I didn't receive a confirmation of the payment, NOR did I get a receipt.
It would be great if you can refund my amount. The advertisement clearly says $11.66/month. I need a refund.

I cancelled my susbcription two days ago, a few minutes after my upgrade. I requested a refund but my request has been ignored. I created another request and the previous one was closed right away. I wonder why they closed my today's request right away but haven't been abel to give an answer to me.
I think their customer service is really bad. I would appreciate getting a response through this website.

I thought I cancelled my annual Grammarly subscription, but I received a $139.95 charge today which would be for the whole year. I really don't want to use Grammarly Premium anymore and would prefer to just use the free version. I've also filed a support ticket in the Grammarly website. If there was any way to immediately cancel my premium subscription and refund the charge, that would be great. Thank you :)

On 29/10/2019, I was misled into thinking that to upgrade to Grammarly Premium, the costs will only be 11.99; when I submitted my payment, the deductions were 139.95, not 11.99 - I'm a student from Namibia. As a student, I can't afford deductions like this on my account because of misled information. I have sent emails to Grammarly and the status of the request I made states resolved. The only response I got was that they would get back to me; this does not mean the request is resolved!

I choose to upgrade to a premium option with Grammarly to check my grammar and plagiarism. Unfortunately, the plagiarism checker is only for the content on the internet. It does not include passages from books or scholarly articles.
On the other hand, they are a bunch of thieves. They claim that the option is monthly, which I bought. However, it automatically renews your option, and they take your money (without any notifications). They do not even provide a customer service option to make claims.
I would not recommend putting your bank details with them.
I would never use it again.

I took the bait and upgraded to Premium, gave you my Discover Credit Card. My Credit Card was charged immediately, and my upgrade never came through.
Since then I have been trying to get in touch with you to inquire about it, no luck whatsoever to be able to do that.
My Credit Card Company gave me your Telephone number, to no avail since whatever your needs are, (3 extensions) you can't get a human and are given a net site where people gets the run-around all over again.
I need to get in touch with a responsible human being that can level with me
My Discover card was charged for $69.98 supposedly for a year of Premium service.
I have copies of your mail offer, my signed up, my Credit Card Information that I could Fax to you. (can't get a Fax number either)
If I don't hear from you, I'll have to reverse charges to my credit.

I keep getting emails asking why I haven't used Grammarly, from Grammarly. I know that I purchased a product, but do not know which one. At any rate have never been able to download it. I tried getting in touch with grammarly support the next day and explaining to them that I would not require a yearly subscription. I requested for a refund of the unused amount however have not received a response from them.

I have already tried to talk to a representative on Grammarly but no one have gotten back to me yet. I was charged $139 and I demand a refund. It has been 19 hours since I have submitted my complaint. I would really like to get in contact with a representative of Grammarly so I could resolve this issue. I did not use any of the premium features as soon as I found out they had taken that amount from me I unsubscribed immediately. Grammarly claims to have a 24 hour live online system but there has been no one who contacted me. I've also emailed their support line but still yet no one has contacted me, I'm extremely upset. I thought I had signed up for the premium trial and would get charged each month after that. However, I was just hit with a whopping $540 charge to my debit card. I can absolutely not afford this and am trying to get a refund. I have cancelled my subscription and sent in a request but no answer yet. It is still saying I have premium until 9/11/2020.
To make matters worse is they never sent an email warning about the trial ending or even a receipt for the $540 charge! Luckily, I caught it right away because I have a text messages service for my card that alerts me to any uses.
