I have had my Hyla for almost two years and I love it. This Cleaning system does it all. I get compliments on how clean and fresh my home is all the time. So much that my family and friends have joined the Hyla family. Thats not all it's done, the health benefits of breathing clean air has helped our immune system through Covid 19 pandemic. Love love my Hyla!

came out to demo the Hyla cleaning system. He was very professional and after doing a presentation, set about vacuuming my carpet. Initially I was skeptical that any cleaning system would be worth the price of the Hyla but after the demonstration, I was sold. Great product!

My mom has COPD and after purchasing a Hyla she was able to get off oxygen after 2 years. We are so grateful to Hyla. You will not regret investing in one. Way better air quality and less dusting!

I was truly surprised and delighted with all the benefits then Hyla system could accomplish and make life healthier and easier. Brooklyn was efficient, sincere and fun. The presentation was very professional and fun. Today I was surprised how easy it was to follow her great directions. We love our hyla. Works wonderfully. As we had to make an appointment I don't understand these other reviews. We knew upfront before anything was signed what we were paying. Cj was very knowledgeable and a delightful salesperson. I highly recommend the hyla and this company.

Ive been suffering from stuffy/itchy nose for about 7 years now. Ever since owning my Hyla i can definitely feel a difference now. I dont get as stuffy or itchy nose anymore and it rarely ever happens now. I love how it cleans my house and all the dirt that came out of what i thought was a clean home! Best part you just flush the water in the toilet where it belongs! I have a two year old, her diapers are hella smelly and the diaper genie doesnt do anything. The house always smells funky cause of it but now i just throw my lavender essential oil in my Hyla and my house always smells really good and the diaper smell is gone! Great company good people i highly recommend the Hyla for anybody that wants to improve their health and live in a better clean environment

Awful company, dishonest and pushy sales. Came to my mother's house unbidden and proceeded to sell her a $4000 vacuum. That is not a typo. She has stage 4 cancer and was asleep during most of the transaction while they tried and then lied on her credit application to get her financed. Throw them out of your house if they come by!

I have read the multiple reviews and complaints left regarding the customer service of a certain company, and I agree wholeheartedly. The machine itself is fine; it's decent. However, it's definitely not worth the $3,995.00 the salesman quoted, and certainly not the $3,500.00 that I paid for it, because he claimed he was 'giving me a deal'. I have to say I've been deceived and there's nothing I can do about it now except warn others.

The salesman himself was knowledgeable and friendly, and the demonstration was impressive. He showed us how it worked, showed us results, and it seemed like a good choice for my family. He promised to include some extra hoses with extensions for my vaulted ceilings, saying they would arrive in about a week and he would deliver them personally. I never received them.

He sold us on the benefits: less dust, less frequent dusting, fewer bugs, and fewer cobwebs. He claimed the machine had an impressive reach when purifying the air and that the company was local with all parts under a lifetime warranty. If anything happened, we were told to just call and they would promptly repair or replace the unit. Unfortunately, reaching anyone for service has been impossible.

Contrary to the promises, I've noticed more dust, more dirt, more airborne particles, and more bugs in my home. It's as if they are attracted to the house now. I've made several attempts to contact the company about the missing hoses, to no avail. I tried calling multiple times. We were told during our initial contact that they don't answer their phones because it would prevent them from getting work done or selling units. Now I'm starting to understand the possible reason for that.

I emailed several times before getting a response. My credit card statement showed payment to an individual, not a company. In my email, I listed all my concerns and reiterated my request for the hoses. After a week, I received a response from a man who then proceeded to ignore me. It wasn't until I threatened to report them that he finally asked for my address and a convenient time to deliver the hoses. I provided the details, and that was a month ago. I haven't received anything, not even from the salesman who made the promise.

They don't call back, they don't send emails, and they don't even have a proper website. They have an address, but I suspect the facility is just a front, and their online presence is unresponsive. It seems they got my money and disappeared. My advice is to avoid this product; it's not worth the trouble, and the customer service is nonexistent.
