Gravina's Windows & Siding put in new windows for us in April
Gravina's Windows & Siding put in new windows for us in April . They put nails in the window frames and now when it rains, water comes in where the nails are. They caulked the windows once while they were still under warranty, but they won't take responsibility for the bad installation and the leaks. Don't mix up this company with Gravina's in Littleton, Co.
I got a door from Gravinas in April and paid 50% upfront
I got a door from Gravinas in April and paid 50% upfront. They said it would take 8 weeks to install, but we didn't hear anything until July (12 weeks later). We were really disappointed and emailed them, but they said there was a manufacturing delay and it would take 18 weeks. We emailed again in September (20+ weeks) and still no one had reached out to us. Finally, the door was installed on 9/25 and the install team did fine. But now it's been a month and no one has contacted us to do the final punch list, trim, and staining. It looks terrible and we see it every day. Gravinas has the worst communication for a high-end product/service provider. They never proactively communicated with us. I will never recommend Gravinas.
We paid less with these guys than a few other quotes, but working with them was a mess from the start
We paid less with these guys than a few other quotes, but working with them was a mess from the start. The salesman communicated unprofessionally with short, unclear replies that were never proactive. We had to ask several times what was happening, or we never would have had our job done. Looking back, it's pretty clear what the business model is: get a sale and then order the materials. After forgetting about the customer for several months, they scramble to find "some guy" who can come and install it. The "some guy" was good at what he did, but he showed up and immediately complained about working with Gravina, saying it's "always a mess working with them." He walked off the job after a few days when I asked him about how the windows would be trimmed. It was clear that despite three visits to my house, the salesman did nothing to create a design or installation instructions/plan. We were then asked to pay more to trim windows as they were somehow unique, but it was never clear why the original quote would not have accommodated that, other than the salesman not doing his job. The invoicing process is a mess as well. Find a real company to get your siding done. This place is a bunch of bozos just looking to make some money.

I signed up with Gravina Windows & Siding on [protected] to get our old siding replaced with James Hardie siding
I signed up with Gravina Windows & Siding on [protected] to get our old siding replaced with James Hardie siding. But in June , I noticed that the paint on the trim was changing color where it had been applied to cover nail holes and other flaws. I called Jason Castro from Gravina Siding, but he said it's not their problem and I should contact the Siding Company. I tried contacting the siding manufacturer, but they haven't responded yet. I've sent pictures and documentation to everyone at Gravina and James Hardie, but still no response. My husband is 80 years old and I'm 77, so we can't climb ladders and paint. We just want the project to be finished.
I signed up with Gravina's Windows & Siding on March 31 for 25 double hung windows for a total of $31,252.00
I signed up with Gravina's Windows & Siding on March 31 for 25 double hung windows for a total of $31,252.00. The windows were finally installed on July 27. However, the installer noted that 6 of the windows had a problem with the tilt latch and said he would report it. I've been trying to get the problem fixed so that the windows don't fall out and break, but it's been a struggle. Sometimes I talk to someone who seems concerned, but usually they just say they'll pass it on. I don't want to fix the problem myself because the windows are under warranty. I've even contacted the manufacturer, but no luck.

Last week, a guy from Gravina's Windows & Siding came to our crib to measure our sliding patio door
Last week, a guy from Gravina's Windows & Siding came to our crib to measure our sliding patio door. We agreed to the work and paid $1250 upfront. Later, another dude from the company called to take measurements again, which was weird because we already had them. Then, we had three days to cancel, and on the third day, they said we needed a custom door that would cost $700 more. I smelled something fishy and wanted to cancel, but they cashed the check right away. I asked for a refund, and they said they'd think about it. Finally, they offered to give back all but 25% of the original contract.
I talked to a guy named Jason from Gravina's Siding and Windows Co
I talked to a guy named Jason from Gravina's Siding and Windows Co. on 11/18. He came to my crib to give me an estimate on a new sliding glass door with built-in blinds. I signed a contract for $2,500.00 and gave Jason a check for $864.75. The next day, Jason called me and said they couldn't get the door I wanted. I told him to cancel everything and give me my check back. He agreed and I got my check the next week. Then, out of nowhere, on 2/2, some dude named Nick G, who says he's the "manager," called me and said my door was in and they needed to install it. I told him I canceled the transaction back in November and talked to Jason about it. Nick said I was liable for the door and that I didn't cancel properly. He said I needed to send a written letter within three business days. On 2/3, Nick emailed me saying there were no records of me canceling and that he was starting the mechanics lien process. I emailed him back on 2/5, explaining again that I canceled and there was no money transaction. Nick replied saying there were no verbal cancelations and that the contract needed to be fulfilled. On 2/9, the door was delivered to my house and on 2/12, I got a lien for $4,372.00. Don't mess with this company, they're dishonest and crooked. Stay away!
