charged my credit card without permission
This company charged my card a couple of days ago, even though I cancelled the subscription . Hopefully everyone will take heed to this gimmick. They offered a free $40 Target gift which I haven't received yet. Please do not fall for this scam. When I called to request my money back, they stated it would take 7 days business days to return the funds. It did not take them 7 business days to withdraw the funds from my account. Please be aware of the scams from Great Fun TLG.

I want to know why this company keeps taking money from people that have not authorized this..I have called and reported it several times. I have also reported this to the BBB. yes it may only be 16.99 but thats a lot of money to me and I want it back. and I also want to assure that my CC number is dissolved from this company. guess im calling yet again. feel bad for the person who answers the phone this time

refund of up to 20 dollars in cash
After purchasing airline tickets, I was prompted to sign up for a refund of up to 20 dollars cash back from this company. This was in March of 2012. I have yet to receive anything but e-mails in response to my inquiring that state, I have a correspondence number and to use that for further correspondence. To no avail. It is now August and I have yet to get any satisfaction. I will be reporting this.

My husband was ordering some computer parts online and had the "option" to get a rebate through TLG Buyers. He really didn't want the 30 day $1.00 trial membership but it wouldn't let him buy the computer part until he agreed to it. ALMOST 30 days later we FINALLY got some information in the mail from what we thought was the trial membership. It was from Everyday Privileges Gold. I promptly called and cancelled. Two weeks later there's a charge for 16.99 from none other than TLG Buyers. I called Everyday Privileges Gold to confirm and ask what the charge was (by the way that was the ONLY information we EVER received from ANY company) and was told it's a different company. The woman IMMEDIATELY gave me their phone number AND their business hours! I find that VERY strange that a company would know another company's phone number (without hesitation mind you) and business hours. DO NOT DEAL OR GET SUCKED INTO TLG Buyers! It's FRAUD! I think the two companies are working together! In SIX weeks we have NEVER received ANY information from TLG Buyers but yet get charged! I DON'T THINK SO!

I took out a "Spirit" airlines credit card. This master card is through "Bank of America". There was a program that was attached to the casrd that I cancelled the "Great Fun" back in May of 2012. I saved the cancellation information for future use if needed. I just accessed my Credit card information which I do daily, (6-26-12). There was a transaction of $16.99 by TLG shoppers Advantage which is part of the Great Fun company. I called [protected] and asked what the above charge was. They told me that the Great Fun account was cancelled, but this was another program that was not cancelled. I told the phone rep that I did not want this product! I was given a confirmation number and told that it would take three to six days for it to show up on my credit card.
They charged my credit card 4 times within a 1 month time totaling $67.00 for services or products I never ordered or never received. I have complained to them since January2012 and still have not received a refund. The owners are probably millionaires off of this scam.

There has been unauthorized charges made on our mastercard of $12.99 monthly since December 27, 2010. For a total of $220.83! Luckily for these scammers we only used this credit card for our adt alarm withdraw monthly and had just figured the payment had went up. We have cancelled the card, but want reimbursed for the money that has been stole from us!

tlg shoppers advantage /travel advantage has been charging my account since oct 21/11.i did not authorize it.it was used to book a car rental in florida a few days before the first charge appeared i guess i am at fault in not better reading my statements but since the charges weren't authorized in the first place, i had no reason to suspect anything.now i am just very, very angry.tried calling the 1800 num ber that people have listed here but unable to get through.the card has now been cancelled but i would like to know where i can get my money back or file fraud charges if need be.thank you..

i vera rogers was never a member of the tlg buyers but they have took $36.00 out of my banking account without of my knowledge.the last one they took out was on 2/22/2012 and it was $16.99 i called them and let them know not to take anymore money out of my account.and my bank had to cancel my old debit card and sent me out a new one.i need them to be stopped. thank you vera rogers

38.99 quarterly charge
TLG Live Well has been billing me $38.99 quarterly for the past 3 years. I have canceled this account in the past, but I continue to get charged quarterly. I receive no service or product. I once mistakenly answered questions when I purchased from the popcorn factory on line. this company is a scam fraudulently charging people a quarterly fee.

We are so dismayed to discover that TLG has been charging us $13.99 monthly for nothing. We looked in our Bank Statements (joint account with my wife) and we saw that the charges started in June 2008 until January 2012. I have a difficulty in hearing and I have told them several times to speak to my wife, however they claim repeatedly that in accordance with bank's policy they can only speak to me. This is so bad. We demand to be refunded of whatever they took from us.

i had bought a bender ball online with my south texas college jag card (financial aid) and got the coupons in the mail late maybe nxt month. i had cancelled because its not an acctual credit card and now that i have gotten new finalcial aid for the next semester, the tlg shopper people are still withdrawing money from it and im losing needed money for books and gas to get to school. i want this to end and get my money that was taken back, either through the mail in a check or back in my debit card. i will be calling to make sure something is done. these coupons should not be sent out with me already signed up, if necessary, send a sign up sheet to get them so i can give or not give my concent to take money out of my card.

Hi, my name is Jeffrey Tesch and I have a very bad experience with TLG ID Alert. Funny thing is that I haven’t subscribed to their service but still got the problems. I was putting my info in an application form and after writing my credit card details I’ve decided not to go for it. Even though I didn’t press sign up button I’ve still got charged. I think this is an illegal activity and I will ask my bank to look into it.
I was on the site and I was going to get the ID alert service but changed my mind after putting my debit card number in. I didn't click to sign up I just left the site and discovered later that the money had been taken. I am going to file a dispute from my bank for the money.

I actually called these people and asked how this business was charged to my credit card without my knowledge and the woman on the phone said that I had ordered something else online and they then charged my credit card $1.00 (w/o my authorization or knowledge) for a "trial" subscription. After a month, my card was then charged 19.99 and would have continued monthly, had my husband not been diligent about checking our online banking statement. I was able to get the $1.00 charge reversed as well as the 19.99. I see there are many complaints about this business. They should be shut down and prosecuted for FRAUD!

This past fall of 2011, I received to charges from Great Fun also on a credit card that I own. I called my cc company and they reversed the charges and did an investigation. There were two charges of about $18.00.

I signed up for a free membership with Shoppers Advantage. They even sent me a $50 check, but after they sent it, I read somewhere they were scamming people and was concerned. They sent me a catalog and told me that it wouldn't cost anything. I was wrong. The other day, I checked my account and noticed that I had this charge on there from Great Fun. So, I called Great Fun and they told me that it was the same parent company but that it wasn't Great Fun, it was Shoppers Advantage. So, I called Shoppers Advantage and they told me that there wasn't anything they could do. I explained to them that they didn't tell me when they called me and told me that they were enrolling me in a free membership. I never gave my information to Shoppers Advantage. I gave my information to Great Fun, but they took my information and charged me. They said that I wouldn't be responsible for future billing. I explained to the guy that I talked to, David, that he was just there for a paycheck. I ended that call unsatisfied with the result. I called back and was told that they would remove the charges, but when I checked my account, I see that they took the money out of my account anyway. I was charged a $31 NSF fee one day before Christmas, so that's how this company, Trilegiant treats its customers. They lie and scam their customers. This is an outrage!

I have been charged $14.99 for at least years and never realized what it was. Called the company, TLG Great Fun, and they told me I signed up for their services. I asked what the services were and was given no answer. I told the lady to credit my account for all charges and they hang up the phone. What can I do ?
