GreatGlam Great Glam: A Frustrating Experience with Missing Orders and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I've been having some issues with Great Glam too, just like everyone else seems to be saying. At first, everything was going great - I ordered some stuff from them back in March and it all arrived on time and was really good quality. But then, things started to go downhill.

I placed another order with them a little while later, but this time, I never got my stuff. They told me that the items were out of stock and gave me a credit for the amount I'd spent, plus 10% off my next order. So, I used the credit to buy some other things from them, but once again, my order never arrived.

I tried emailing them to find out what was going on, but I never got a reply. And when I tried calling them during the hours they said they were available, nobody ever picked up. It's been really frustrating, and I feel like they've just been stringing me along this whole time.

Honestly, I think we should all band together and file a class action lawsuit against them. It's not fair that they're taking our money and not delivering the goods. I just wish they'd be more upfront with us about what's going on and actually follow through on their promises.

GreatGlam Disappointing Experience with Great Glam: Fulfillment Issues and Quality Discrepancies

Great Glam used to be my go-to for online shopping, but my recent experience has left me feeling disappointed. I ordered two dresses and eagerly awaited their arrival, but after weeks of waiting, I checked my PayPal account and saw that my money had been refunded. Confused and frustrated, I called Great Glam to inquire about my order and was informed that they had switched vendors and were experiencing fulfillment issues.

While I did receive one dress that was cute, the colors were not quite as advertised and the quality was not up to par. I suspect that the dress was shipped from China, which may explain the discrepancies. It seems that the original owners of Great Glam are no longer involved, and I believe that they should have been more transparent with their customers about the changes taking place.

Fortunately, I had stopped ordering from Great Glam before this incident and did not lose any money. However, I am hesitant to shop there again, even with new owners taking over on September 1st. My negative experience has left a lasting impression, and I believe that Great Glam needs to work on rebuilding trust with their customers.

GreatGlam GreatGlam: Affordable, Stylish, and Conservative Yet Sexy Clothing!

Wow, let me tell you about GreatGlam! I am so impressed with this online store! I have made five orders in just four months (from March to June 2015) and I am thrilled with every single one of them. The style and quality of the clothes are amazing! I actually first heard about GreatGlam about two years ago on a forum, but at that time, I didn't think it was for me. I thought the clothes were too revealing for my taste. However, earlier this year, I was scrolling through Facebook and saw an ad for GreatGlam featuring a sexy yet classy dress that caught my eye. I decided to give it another chance and boy, am I glad I did!

One thing that really impressed me was the "Conservative, Yet Still Sexy" category. It was exactly what I was looking for! The prices are reasonable and the processing time is good. The shipping rates are also good, although I do wish there was shipment tracking. But overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchases from GreatGlam.

I have to say, I am not the best at spelling and grammar, but I didn't have any trouble navigating the website or placing my orders. It was all very straightforward and easy to understand. I highly recommend GreatGlam to anyone looking for stylish and affordable clothing. You won't be disappointed!

GreatGlam Affordable but low quality: A review of GreatGlam clothing

The clothes on this website are definitely affordable, but you have to keep in mind that you get what you pay for. Don't expect to look like the gorgeous models you see on the site, as the clothing material is cheaply made and the colors that appear vibrant on the site are quite dull in person. The sizes are also quite off, so even if you're a small in other stores, you may need to order a medium or large from GreatGlam. I'm not trying to fit into clothes that don't fit me (I weigh 120 pounds), but I still had to order a larger size than usual.

Overall, I would give this site a solid two stars. The clothes are cheap, but the quality reflects that. Additionally, don't fall for their "print a label to make returns easier" scheme. You won't be refunded for shipping costs, and if you choose to pay for their label (which you can easily do yourself), you'll be left with no money. Instead, I recommend going to the mall or checking out eBay or Amazon. You'll likely be much more satisfied with your purchase.

GreatGlam Disappointing Experience with GreatGlam: Long Wait Times and Lack of Transparency

I had an experience with GreatGlam that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I placed an order back in June and was surprised to never receive an email confirming that my order was being processed. I knew from the website that special orders could take 2-3 weeks, which was fine with me, but I wanted to check on the status of my order after two weeks. When I logged into my account, I was shocked to see that there was no record of my order at all.

I decided to reach out to customer service via email to inquire about my order. After a few days, I received a reply explaining that the company was in the process of changing manufacturers and that I would have to wait an additional 4-6 weeks for my order to be fulfilled. I couldn't believe it! That was such a long time to wait for something that I had already been waiting for.

I couldn't help but feel like the company was being dishonest about their sourcing. I suspected that they were ordering their items from Aliexpress, which is known for long delivery times. I order from Aliexpress myself and it usually takes 6-8 weeks for delivery, so I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case.

Overall, my experience with GreatGlam was terrible and I won't be ordering from them again. It's frustrating to feel like a company is being dishonest about their sourcing and to have to wait so long for an order. I hope that they can improve their processes and be more transparent with their customers in the future.

GreatGlam Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Great Glam: A Loyal Customer's Review

Great Glam used to be my go-to online store for affordable fashion. I always received my orders quickly and returning items was a breeze. However, I have to admit that the quality of the items is not always the best, but you get what you pay for, right? Unfortunately, my experience with Great Glam has taken a turn for the worse this year.

Firstly, I have been having trouble checking out on their website. Every time I press continue, it redirects me to Google. I reached out to their customer service team months ago, but they still haven't fixed the issue. It's frustrating because I really want to continue shopping with them, but I can't even complete my order.

Secondly, I had an issue with a charge on my Great Glam order that was accidentally disputed by Paypal. I immediately reached out to Great Glam and explained the situation, telling them that I didn't want to dispute the charge and that I've always had great service from them. They said it was okay, but now they are refusing to let me order from them because of it. I've been a loyal customer since 2011 and I offered to show them the email correspondence and even have Paypal contact them on my behalf, but they don't seem to believe me. It's disappointing that they don't value their loyal customers and are not willing to work with me to resolve the issue.

Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with Great Glam and will be taking my business elsewhere. It's a shame because I used to love shopping with them, but their lack of customer service and unwillingness to work with me has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future and value their loyal customers more.

GreatGlam Nightmare Experience with GreatGlam: Terrible Customer Service and Scamming Shipping Fees

I used to be a regular customer of GreatGlam, but my recent experience with them has been a complete nightmare. After placing an order for an outfit, I was informed weeks later that I would not be receiving it. However, they did offer me a gift certificate code to compensate for the inconvenience.

So, I decided to pick out a few new items, but I was shocked to see that they were charging exorbitant shipping fees. They charged $7.99 for the first item and an additional $3.99 for each subsequent item. This meant that my shipping cost alone was over $20 for just 4 or 5 items. What's worse, they shipped the items in flimsy plastic envelopes instead of sturdy boxes.

I removed some items from my cart and only ordered one item. However, I received yet another email a few weeks later stating that the item was not available and offering me another coupon code. When I tried to use the coupon code to order a replacement item, it turned out to be invalid. It seems like they are just trying to keep my money without ever sending me the items I ordered.

In my opinion, GreatGlam is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is terrible, and they seem to be scamming their customers with their shipping fees and false promises. I would advise anyone not to waste their money on this company. To make matters worse, they now label everything as "special order items" that take an extra 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with GreatGlam and would not recommend them to anyone.

GreatGlam GreatGlam.com Review: Fast Shipping, Gorgeous Dress, Happy Customer!

I gotta say, GreatGlam.com is pretty cool. I never really buy clothes for myself because I'm more of a jeans and sneakers kind of girl, you know what I mean? It's rare to see me in a dress or a skirt, unless it's a special occasion or something, haha!

But I did end up buying my mom's birthday dress from here, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the shipping was. I was a little hesitant at first because you never know who to trust these days, but I took a chance and I'm glad I did.

The dress was this gorgeous shade of blue, and when my mom wore it, I was blown away. I hardly ever see her all dressed up, so it was a really special moment. I guess you could say I'm a fan of GreatGlam now.

The price wasn't too bad either, and I did my research on the site before making a purchase. I only saw great reviews, so that gave me some peace of mind.

I did come across one review that said they used a counterfeit BBB badge, but that's the only negative thing I've seen so far. I guess everyone's experience is different, but personally, I trust GreatGlam.

They were really helpful when I needed to get the dress in a short amount of time, and they were never rude or unpleasant. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with GreatGlam.com.

Maybe in the future, I'll find something I like and come back to share my story. Thanks, Great Glam! You've got a very happy customer here.

GreatGlam Disappointing Experience with Great Glam: Slow Processing, No Shipping Confirmation, and Poor Customer Service

I remember the good old days when I used to order from Great Glam for my sexy evening wear attire. The shipping was always fast, and I always received what I ordered. If I ever needed to send an item back, they wasted no time sending out a replacement or issuing a refund. However, it has been a while since I last ordered from them, about two to three years to be exact. So, I decided to change that by placing an order for two items in mid-May.

Within 24 hours, I sent an email requesting to cancel my order and either void or refund my payment as my order had not even gone into processing. Unfortunately, I had read the bad reviews AFTER the fact and didn't want to risk it. Sadly it was too late. Or at least that's what they told me. I got a reply saying my order was being processed (bull$#*!) and that it would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks or on or before 6/6/17.

However, 6/6/17 has come and gone, and still, no confirmation has been sent saying my items had been shipped, nor have I received my items. After sending another email to Great Glam, they responded saying my order is STILL being processed, and I would have to wait an additional 10 days. They also said that although they previously stated 2 to 3 weeks or on or before 6/6/17, that sometimes it takes longer.

They then stated that I could cancel my order (but when I originally requested to cancel my order within 24 hrs of placing it, I was told it couldn't be done), and receive a gift certificate to get something else. Why, so I can have the same damn issue again? I'm just going to call my bank and have them go after Great Glam for my refund and also report them to the BBB or someone who can force them to take their site down.

It's a shame that Great Glam has gone downhill since the last time I ordered from them. I used to have such a great experience with them, but now it seems like they don't care about their customers anymore. I hope they can turn things around and get back to their old ways, but until then, I won't be ordering from them again.

GreatGlam Disappointing Delay and Lack of Communication: My Experience with Great Glam

I placed an order with Great Glam two months ago and I am still waiting for my package to arrive. I requested a refund for shipping due to the delay, but was told that they cannot provide a specific arrival date or refund shipping as Special Order shipping was chosen. This is unacceptable!

However, I do appreciate the recent update from Great Glam regarding the processing issue with their previous manufacturer. It is good to know that they are working to fill orders as soon as possible and are in the process of changing manufacturers to avoid future delays. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication and customer service has been frustrating.

I have been a loyal customer of Great Glam for some time now and have always been impressed with the quality of their garments and their concierge customer service. However, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that they can improve their communication and customer service moving forward.

GreatGlam Disappointing Customer Service Experience with GreatGlam: Delayed Order and Lack of Communication

I've been a loyal customer of GreatGlam for years now, and I have to say, I've always been impressed with their affordable prices and speedy shipping. However, my recent experience has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

I placed an order at the beginning of June and have yet to receive my outfit. According to the website, I could call customer service on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 12-3, but when I tried to call during those times, I was unable to get through. I then sent an email almost a month ago, but I still haven't received a response.

It's such a shame because I've always loved shopping at GreatGlam, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand that things can get delayed or lost in transit, but the lack of communication from customer service is unacceptable.

I hope that GreatGlam can improve their customer service and communication in the future because I would love to continue shopping with them. However, until then, I won't be giving them any more of my hard-earned money.

GreatGlam GreatGlam's Website: A Disappointing Experience with Unfulfilled Orders and False Promises

I'm not too sure what's going on with GreatGlam's website, but it seems like they're not doing too well. I ordered a few dresses and pants from them about four months ago, and I still haven't received my order. They keep telling me that it's backordered, but then they apologize and say that the order is no longer available. It's really frustrating because I was looking forward to wearing those clothes.

I've decided to stop buying anything from GreatGlam, and I've been telling all my friends that they're scammers now. It's really disappointing because I used to love shopping on their website. I'm going to write a review everywhere I can to let people know about my experience. I don't want anyone else to fall for their scam.

Overall, I would not recommend shopping on GreatGlam's website. It seems like they're not fulfilling orders and are lying to their customers. It's a shame because they used to have some really cute clothes. But now, it's just not worth the risk.

GreatGlam GreatGlam: Delayed Shipment and Poor Customer Service - A Warning to Others

I made an order on GreatGlam and they said it would take 1-2 weeks to ship. Unfortunately, I never received my items so I contacted them. They told me that my shipment is delayed and it will take another 4-6 weeks. They also said that they sent me an email with the same information, but I don't have it and they wouldn't send it to me. I feel like this company is trying to scam me and others. I reported them to the BBB online and I suggest that everyone else who is waiting for their orders does the same. It's really disappointing because I was excited to receive my items, but now I don't know if I ever will. I hope that this company gets shut down so that they can't do this to anyone else.

GreatGlam Buyer Beware: My Disastrous Experience with GreatGlam.com

I gotta say, GreatGlam.com has some cute clothes, but don't be fooled by the low prices. You might think you're getting a good deal, but let me tell you, you're not. I recently bought a dress from them and it was a disaster. I wore it for all of five minutes and it left a huge red stain on my purse. I mean, come on! That's just not acceptable.

So, I reached out to customer service to see if they could help me out. And what did they offer? Store credit. That's it. They didn't offer to help replace my purse or make up for the damage in any way. Nope, just store credit so I could buy another dress that would probably ruin something else. Thanks, but no thanks.

I'm telling you, don't waste your time or money on this site. It's just not worth it. You might think you're getting a good deal, but in the end, you'll end up paying more for the damage their clothes cause. So, save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.

GreatGlam Disappointed with GreatGlam's Reliability: A Loyal Customer's Review

I've been a loyal customer of GreatGlam for quite some time now. I've always loved their dresses and the fact that I could order them and have them in my hands within a week or two. However, this year has been a completely different story. It seems like they have a new vendor or something because I ordered an outfit almost a month ago and I still haven't received it.

I'm really disappointed in GreatGlam because they used to be so reliable. I've spent a lot of money on their site over the years, but now I'm not so sure I want to continue doing so. It's just not acceptable to put a timeframe of "2-3 weeks" on an order and then send an email after 3 weeks saying that they don't know when it will be ready.

GreatGlam Disappointing Customer Service and Price Hikes at GreatGlam

I've been shopping at GreatGlam for a while now and I gotta say, I've always been happy with my purchases. But this last time, I ordered some stuff at the end of May and got an email saying my items were on back order. I was cool with that, I mean, stuff happens, right? But then I sent an email in July asking when my stuff would be shipped and I never heard back. That's not cool.

I used to love this store, but now I'm wondering if they've changed hands or something. All their stuff is way more expensive now, too. Like, everything is $40 or more when it used to be super cheap. And their customer service is just not good anymore.

I'm really hoping I get my stuff soon or at least get my money back. I don't want to have to stop shopping here, but if things don't get better, I might have to.

GreatGlam Disappointing Experience with GreatGlam: Incomplete Order, Damaged Clothes, and Poor Customer Service

I recently made my first purchase from GreatGlam in May and received my order in June, but unfortunately it was incomplete. One of the items I ordered was on backorder and I was charged for it, even though I still haven't received it to this day. I'm not sure why I was charged for it if it wasn't available.

When I received my order, I noticed that some of the clothes were damaged, so I decided to send everything back. It took a whole month for GreatGlam to process my return and issue me a store credit. I was disappointed with this outcome because I don't plan on buying from them again.

Throughout this whole process, I had to email GreatGlam almost every day to get updates on my order and return. I even tried calling their customer service number, but no one ever answered. It's frustrating to deal with such poor customer service, and I'm not sure how they can stay in business with this kind of service.

Overall, my experience with GreatGlam was not a good one. I hope they can improve their customer service and quality control in the future.
