So, I had Gregg Air come out to do a/c tune up on my unit that never had no problems before. But then, just 6 days later, I had to pay over $500 to get it fixed. And now, I can't even get nobody to call me back after I sent them the invoice for the repair. Like, seriously, no call back? That says a lot about their customer service, if you ask me.

I gotta say, I'm super happy with Gregg Air and Steven! They were honest and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. They were quick and showed up on time, and the prices were totally fair. I really felt like they cared about me and my home, not just making a quick buck. I'm definitely gonna tell my friends about them!

Gregg Air put in the HVAC for our new crib. They charged me almost $800 for lost propane and ceiling damage, but they didn't wanna admit it and kept billing me the full amount. I emailed them a bunch of times to talk about it, but they never hit me back. Instead, they messed up my credit for the whole amount. If they just charged me what I actually owe, I'd pay it.

I got a new HVAC SYSTEM from Gregg Air on May 19th. But it ain't been working right since they put it in. It stops cooling and they've come out four times to fix it, but it still ain't right. I called 'em on Saturday, but they ain't called me back. And on top of that, they were supposed to send me a warranty, but they ain't done that either. Supposed to be 10 years for the factory and parts and 2 years for labor.

I had a guy named Marshal come out from Gregg Air, LLC to fix our A/C-heating issue in November. He did a *** job and put the thermostat upstairs outside of the closet where the A/C *** is. They say he didn't do it, but I have pictures to prove it. Since he did this work, we've been freezing upstairs and downstairs. He said the low-end wire from the thermostat to the *** was out and he couldn't fix it, so he put in a thermostat by the *** and cut the *** out to do it. Since then, we've been freezing. I called Gregg Air today, and they were so rude and hung up on me. They won't answer my calls now. I want them back out here to fix it right.

Me and my hubby shelled out $344 for a run capacitor for our 2007 Trane air conditioner from Gregg Air, LLC. We told the tech that our AC wasn't cooling the house and he said that the run capacitor would fix it. He said the temp should drop 1 degree every hour. We thought it would be cool by morning, but it wasn't. I called Gregg Air and they said I had to pay another $89 for a service charge to have another tech come out, even though one had just been there less than 12 hours ago. They said the notes said we needed a new compressor, but that's not true. Two other techs came on July 27th/July 28th and said we needed a new compressor because it was an old model.
