To Whom It May Concern,
I left a voice message requesting a refill on a hormone medication. I waited for 1 day with no return text msgs or call. The next course of action was to call my doctor. I place that call and spoke to a nurse whom indicated not to leave a vm but to speak to a live person. This is were it went S. The pharmacist on staff immediately belittled me and was very condescending. I told her that I was a doctor and she needs to tone her aggressive words toward me and to certainly not accuse me of fault in not receiving my prescription. After, the exchange of a very unpleasant interaction, I basically told her that if there was a problem to call the doc that rx me my meds. She snidely made an abrupt remark. I feel that she needs to have better customer service skills, pleasant demeanor and more of a caring attitude towards HEBs' patients. This is part of a health care system and not a restaurant that I'm calling for Uber Eats. Even they are more courteous and kind. I again called my doctor and she was baffled to why this pharmacist would not give me a refill nor even place a call to my doctor. This was totally a debacle and if I have to deal with this demeaning communication moving forward, I will go elsewhere and even if the rx cost more. Thank You.
Desired outcome: Just because she is a professional, it doesn't negate that she knows how to communicate well.
