Pr-packaged salads
9/19/23 12:15pm. In the past couple of weeks at My Leander TX HEB, they have changed the pre-packaged salads. They used to have medium size HEB salads for $5 and large HEB salads for $7 (various types) and the large are no longer being produced/sold. They now sell several smaller salads (no large) and charge much higher prices ($6 - $8) and it comes with a salad dressing inside (which bothers me as a man-made item touching fresh food, but that's another story), which I don't use any of those types of dressings, so its wasteful. They have baskets of dressing sitting out at the salad display for .50, (which is also too high for 1.5oz), but let people choose if they desire. I understand the on-stop-shop for prepared food but seems somewhat overboard here. Lastly the quality of the lettuce is not as consistent as previously. In summary:
No large salads
Higher prices
Less quality
Salad dressings- many do not use or need,
Please reconsider as I love my HEB.

My elderly father went to pump gas at HEB #36 on Sept 1, 2023. He went around 10:00 a.m. The cashier saw him walking up. Then the cashier "excuses" himself. Upon returning he completely ignored and overlooked my dad. He called on the customer standing behind my dad. The customer told the cashier my dad was in line before him, but the cashier continued to ignore my dad. My dad left. He felt awful and called to tell me what happened. He said its because he is old. Yesterday 08/19/2023 my daughter arrived at my apartment to find 7 bags of perishable food on my front porch. It was ruined as it appeared to have been sitting all day in over 100° temperatures. The bags were not tied and were tossed down fruit spilling out resting on the hot concrete. I would like to know who delivered this. What time it was delivered. Who ordered it. I was not home all day snd had left my apt at 5 am.

On July 13, 2023 I went grocery shopping as usual at HEB. On my way to the check out registers I slid and had to grab my basket/cart and did the split to keep from hitting the floor. I had spine surgery several months ago so I surely did not want to hit the floor... I looked down and there was lotion or soap (white) all over the floor and I told an employee that they need to clean this up before someone gets hurt as I almost fell. I went to the register and asked for a supervisor and I spoke to Moe and told him that I had just had back surgery a few months ago and almost fell because there was stuff all over the floor.. He just took my name and number down on a piece of paper and said they will follow up with me. I checked out then went back to the area where I Slipped and they had it cleaned up but not all of it and the supervisor moe was there and asked me where it happened. He never asked if I was ok or if i was injured...I never heard back from them so the next day I called up there to HEB and I spoke to Jesse qho hung up on me once i explained the situation to him..I called back and got Javi whom was a meat manager and he transferred me to Mark whom I explained what happened and he took all my information down and stated they would follow up with me and nothing..so last Friday I went back to shop for some items and spoke to another manager and she called moe and they called someone else who stated that he did get my report.i said nobody ever followed up with me..what happened to incident reports in case something comes up later or something triggered my surgery..I said I would hate to have to report you all. He said I promise we will call you monday..a week later to today, August 13, 2023, AN ENTIRE MONTH LATER, I have not heard from anyone. This is UNACCEPTABLE HEB! 1. I spend way too much money with your chain, I give you all alot of my hard earned money every 2 weeks and have since I was a young adult. 2. I used to be an employee of HEB when I was in High School so the dedication goes back decade's 3. This is terrible business and terrible accountability taken on your end as a company. Why treat your customers or anyone this way when you were negligent in the matter. A simple follow up to ensure I was ok or if I need anything or even an apology would be expected. NOBODY had any Empathy nor compassion un the matter and lacked to even care that I was put in this situation. I am highly disappointed in this company and theie actions are completely UNACCEPTABLE! Sushi Products at Lufkin, Texas HEB
Date/time of incident: Each time I go to the local HEB store in Lufkin, Texas.
I was so very excited when the Lufkin store began carrying the Sushiya products - the first day the area was filled and included a lot of my favorite purchase, the Spring Rolls. Since then, I have been almost unable to purchase the Spring Rolls are there are never any in the sushi area. I have asked about them many times and always get told they make the regular sushi first, then the spring rolls. Well, today the girl was trying to stock an already full sushi section with regular sushi and it was almost lunchtime. I was AGAIN told they make the regular sushi first and then the Spring Rolls. Do better, Lufkin HEB, do better. It would be nice to be able to actually purchase the item I specifically go to the store to pick up.

Hill country fare pizza snacks combination 40 ct.
While eating a pizza snack, I felt a gelatinous mass in my mouth - revolting - which I immediately spat out, and fought back a heavy gag reflex. I’ve never experienced this and will have to throw out the rest as I can’t trust what might be in the other pieces. This is horrifying, not know what it is and if I will become sick from it. Lost my trust.
Desired outcome: At the very least I’d request a refund. How you gain my trust back is another issue. Since I don’t know what the substance was, I have fear of what I may have consumed. You tell me what the cost of fear is…
Boneless skinless chicken breasts 5lb bag club pack
I think some of the chicken is very good quality and then I get the strange chicken. I am not quite sure if its chicken because it has no taste and it seems to not look like chicken. The chicken is crunchy I mean it has snap to it like a pork chop or rib it is very strange. I want to know if its alligator or some other animal cut to the shape of a chicken breast. I must also say some of its heavy and watery like a piece of gross river fish thank you that is all.
Desired outcome: I want to know if that is a chicken breast or another kind of meat cut to the shape of a chicken breast.
Manager not attending to customer that are handicap who asked for assistance!
It was on Friday the 16 at approxiamately 4:30 pm that asked Store Manager Matthew for some help since I'm handicap veteran and I was riding the electric cart with the basket since I have problems with my arms with limited lifting but he just stood there talking to Carlos another manager. So I went to the pay register to pay for the items and a old lady in her seventies help me take the items from the basket so that I could pay for them. I asked Carlos for the corporate office phone so he went to his office but I decided to just leave with a sacker so that he could help me load it in my P/U. I have been noticing very bad service from some of the employees in this store. This employees are forgetting from whom are they getting their pay checks!
Desired outcome: I would really appreciate and apology and situations like this never ever happen again! I now know that Matthew has the most experience but he is forgetting that his not the Owner but Corporate is The Owner!

I was there this morning and as I walked into the Atascocita store by the pharmacy my husband was stopped by two men advertising for new roofs and windows. I don't like being stopped and addressed in the store when I am shopping. Today, June 17, 2023 I again went into the store and I chose to go another route to avoid these men. If I want these services I will call them. It's now the same as getting the annoying phone calls at home.
Another issue today my daughter and I was coming out of the parking lot when a man who was walking through the parking lot with a fist full of money and walking the aisles of the parking lot. I don't feel safe when this is going on. We don't need to have this going on.
I would appreciate this being taken care of. I don't know if I should have told the manager and made sure this would be taken care of. So, I decided to just let you know. Thanks for helping to resolve this matter.

Copenhagen cost of roll is not a discount
HEB recently increased their prices for a can of Copenhagen, snuff in my case. It jumped up to $7.10 per can. It was a little lower than that before, but my complaint is that when you buy a roll, five cans wrapped together, it was a slight bit cheaper cost per can. Today I went to buy a roll and the cost was $35.50 which is the exact cost as if I bought five cans individually. There is no incentive to buy a roll anymore. I thought that was why they sold a roll of five cans together, so you could get a discount.
Desired outcome: Compare the slight discount y'all gave before and apply the appropriate savings for buying it in a roll.

We are members of United Health Care Medicare. Recently, we were given a U card for OTC medications. We have 40.00 a piece per quarter to spend on things like Tylenol, Benadryl, etc. We went to HEB in New Braunfels and could not use our Medicare card. Is there some reason that HEB is not interested in using our benefits? I notice those with Medicaid are welcome. Can someone please tell me why this is happening?

I would like to understand the distribution process of supplying quantity of medications/drugs to each pharmacy. The drug in question is Adderall both name brand and generic. I realize that there is a national shortage of Adderall. How does the pharmacist choose the order of which prescriptions to fill? December 28, 2022 at HEB pharmacy #373 a prescription for Adderall/Amphetamine salts was not filled because of a shortage in the tablet/pill quantity. I was not notified.
