Store at Southern and McClintock is pathetic. I get overcharged almost EVERY time I go there. Happened again today and the "Head Cashier" gave me a sarcastic apology. He should be fired. The store is dirty, carts not clean and employees stand around and talk. Customer service is NIL. T The management of this store, is there is any, is really pretty nonexistent, from what I can tell. Really pathetic.

I experienced price gouging at sprouts located at Richardson,TX today 4/14.Seventh generation laundry detergent 100oz was $8 more than its actual price.After going home i noticed it and called the store manager who said corporate office controls the price and they dont offer refunds or price match due to COVID 19.Will never shop at sprouts again.Price gouging is illegal and next i will be filing a complaint with the attorney general of texas office.

I was thrown out of the New Tampa/, Florida store for not wearing a mask. The manager was extremely rude. I told them I spend hundreds a week here. I also told them that they cannot manage how I breathe the air. They refused to acknowledge that I wanted to feed my family. Their own employees hate the mask rules because I have spoken to quite a few of them about this issue. I will never spend another penny at this discriminatory store. I am disgusted that americans are refusing to feed each other over a mask that is against Florida's executive order.

This was my favorite grocery store up until yesterday when I experienced harassment and discrimination for not wearing a useless plasitic mask. I do not appreciate being fallowed around and HARASSED over breathing in fresh AIR.. I understand masks make some people feel safe, though it is not based on science or common sense. I am beyond disappointed in this so called "HEALTH STORE'' where y'all should be promoting health rather than enforcing tyrannical masking rules which are a direct VIOLATION of the AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT and you are asking for a lawsuit. I advise you to stop stepping on your customers civil liberties if you wish to keep loyal customers.

Denied entry to a grocery store twice, unable to wear a mask for medical reasons. Initially, a young employee blocked my way with carts, but after explaining my medical exemption, he let me in. I quickly bought my beer and faced a reluctant cashier. The second time, I wasn't allowed inside; the manager handled my purchase. I have severe anxiety and panic, which makes face coverings intolerable. It's not a law, and I wouldn't shop if ill. As an essential worker, I'm frustrated by the situation.

When *** did have a mask mandate I was exempted by page 2 section 2b for my medical condition and I was refused service yet sprouts is open to the public. In addition my religious beliefs were violated. Spoke to Manager *** who informed me he did not care. Also asked my medical condition HIPPA violation.

I ordered a turkey meal for Thanksgiving. They took my money out of my account that day. I noticed from November 11 the day I bought the meal till Thanksgiving they charged me *** several times each time they put it back till Thanksgiving.They charged me again and over drafted me ***. I called and complained about it and they gave me a phone number that wasn't working cause of the holiday. It was a peaceful day, radio in SPROUTS was really in tune! A few of us were in sweet Spirit, as we were bumping into each other. I progress to wait in line. *** starts to doom me. He shouts rudely while playing with me. He swings into me and its forcing me to (ru) back. A small ru is doing the same thing back to him. I just lose. The sweet spirit in me was doomed. This ru smiles really rude and its off *** as it relates to in tune timing in the social skill arena. I would like *** fired and this News Spy spread @SweetLieu ceased. Stores should never use RU at news. This is my suit and it reflects really bad what this incident was. ?

I ordered a Boar's Head Ham 2-3 weeks in advance for Christmas Dinner @ $34.99 with Boar's Head Ham Glaze included. I double and triple checked this with the person on the phone when I placed the order. Since I am partially disabled, my nephew went to pick up my Boar's Head Ham and was told that they had no reservations for hams and just go to the meat department and pick one out. This was on 12/23. There were no Boar's Head. Had I have known this, I would have ordered a Honey Baked Ham. Too late to do that on 12/23. I notified Sprout's home office in *** and was told that they had notified Sprout's in *** to contact me. I have heard nothing from the *** store and I am getting no replies from the home office. The ham that I ended up getting was some off breed ham that I did not want and threw most of it away. I only serve quality food at Christmas time and this was way less than quality. I want a refund.

I was at Sprouts Farmers Market located on Main Street today. I shop this store often. There was a problem with the main entrance door. It was not operating correctly. The door was sticking and only opening partially then would not open at all. My complaint is not with the door itself. My complaint is with the store manager. I watched with disgust as the actual store manager came to the door to attempt to rectify the problem. He was extremely short tempered and rude insisting there was not an issue with the door. This was in front of myself and other customers at the store. He was very unprofessional in the way he handled this situation AND this was not the 1st time I have seen him handle store issues poorly. I have seen him and other "managers" talk down to employees whilst they were around customers. This stores management is horrible. I retired after 21 years with a Fortune 500 company and I never experienced this behaviour.

I've shopped at this Sprouts for 2 years now
I've shopped at this Sprouts for 2 years now. Since COVID the produce quality has been worse than I've ever experienced. My latest two grocery-hauls have been poor quality. I am consistently finding mold growing on the items I purchase at Sprouts less than 48 hours after purchase. The most recent 2 store experiences were so awful that I am in absolute disbelief at the food quality. I purchased my regular haul of groceries and TWO DAYS later absolutely everything I purchased was spoiled, past the point of being edible. How is this even possible? I have never experienced quality issues like this in my entire life- and compared to produce purchased at *** of all places Sprouts things ***/spoil/mold within days while the *** c*** lasts weeks. Why is this? Bananas I bought 4 days ago are already entirely black, while the berries I bought YESTERDAY are molded already. I have wasted about $4,000 on produce from Sprouts that never lasted and I am so upset by this.

Sprouts is anti-BLM (Black Lives Matter). Sprouts recently hired a security guard to monitor the unregulated Free Speech Zone of the common area of the ***, *** store on 17th street. At approximately 5:33 pm on Sept., 12th I was verbally assaulted by the security guard who came out of Sprouts to harass me while practicing freedom of speech via protest signs. Security said that I could not protest in the Free Speech Zone although the sign posted indicated that the Free Speech Zone was within 5 feet on either zone including in front of the designated area. Sprouts security guard threatened to call the cops on me for conducting a protest in a peaceful manner and refused to provide the name of the supervisor who was watching me on the surveillance camera during the protest. The security guys supervisor had an issue with me standing on the premise. I had never had seen a security guard on premise within a 2 week timespan. I was called a n*** by a patron too.

on 01/24, I went to the mentioned store. to purchase strawberries using a rain check, issued by this store. with strawberries at 0.88 per lb, the problem started when it was my turn to pay, the person at the cash register by the name of Toni. he was in a bad mood he started scanning the product and. he in a very rude tone told me that I should have gave him the rain check first as if I knew that was his way of doing things. after I gave him the rain check he told me that the 1lb container was not applicable for the rain check. that that was for bulk strawberries. I sked do you sell bulk strawberries he responded no, I have shopped at that store for many years and I have never seen bulk strawberries.I told him that the containers ware 1lb. he said that was not what the rain check said.all this time toni really had a very bad attitude. at that I sked to speak with store magr she came and introduced her self Nora is her name I explained to her the situation and she said that the rain check should say each because the package is 1lb at that time I left the store with the corporate # and left with out my strawberries

This is about a negative shopping experience, the incident happened around 12PM on May 25, 2022. I was doing self checkout at Sprouts in ZIP code 85614 when I noticed a price error on my grapes. I contacted the assistant, who was unhelpful, and even after involving others, they insisted the price was correct. I disagreed, and she left me waiting at the self-checkout for over 20 minutes. I was very upset but controlled my anger and requested the manager's assistance, which the assistant was reluctant to provide. I insisted on not leaving until the manager appeared. When the manager did come, the situation worsened. The manager was extremely rude, offered no apologies, and had security ask me to leave the property because I expressed my dissatisfaction with being treated poorly. I refused to complete my transaction under those circumstances. In summary, there was a pricing error that was not addressed, and I was asked to leave the store, raising the question of how Sprouts treats its customers.

I suddenly saw the expired date was July 24th ! mean this production already past due 3months, and this store they knew they expired, that is why they are on sale, and can you image my kid and I and my unborn baby all ate that food, it will cause cancer, will cause anything, who knows? who is going to pay ? and can you afford this responsibility? I went to grocery interrogated the *** manager, I required they to compensate me and my kid, guess what did he say? just refund it ?excuse me ? you knew they are expired, u still selling it , are you a human being? you ignored person's lives.you keeping selling it, did not care who eat it , cause you were thinking, nobody will realize, even if somebody found ,just refund it .nothing lose to their store. *** store, *** manger, how about you and your *** family eat those expired 3 months ***, and I gave $10? go to hell , ***!

In the middle of December I had purchased four packages of pre-portioned meat. I froze them because we were not going to barbecue them before the expiration date. The expiration date was December 26. I defrosted them to *** on January 9. When I cut open the first package of meat it had a bad smell to it, so I didnt want to *** it and I did not open the other three packages. I called the store the next afternoon and spoke with a manager named ***. I told her what had happened and asked if I could bring in the other three packages and just exchange them for new meat. She told me I could bring them in and she would even exchange them for me. My husband got home from work and he took the meat into the store to exchange it, another manager came to the register and told him she would not exchange the meat because it was $70 and I did not have the receipt. He asked her what her name was because she did not have a name tag on, she would not tell him what her name was. I called back and asked to speak with The manager *** again. She had the phone on speaker and the other manager came and took over the call. She told me without the receipt she would not do anything for me and told me that I had to take the meat back with me. She would not tell me her name and nothing was done. I left the bad meat sitting in the parking lot because I did not want to bring it back to my house knowing it was not good anymore. After spending so much money and there was nothing they would do for me. I wasnt asking for my money back, just an even exchange. The other manager is extremely rude and should not be in customer service with such a bad attitude.

After attempting to heat the container in our microwave the unit sparked and then stopped working, the smell of burning metal was apparent.I went back to Sprouts on March 20th and spoke to *** the manager on duty. He asked to see my receipt however he never returned it to me. *** stated he would turn the complaint over to Sprouts main office. We still have the container in question.. On March 21st. Sprouts representative from their main office called and stated the damage claim was being forwarded to their insurance company. On March 22nd. *** from the Sprouts insurance company contacted us and stated they would investigate the incident and get back with us, the claim number is [protected]-G. We have not had any reply from Sprouts or their insurance company.On April 20th. 2022 We received a phone call from a *** who manufactured the container Sprouts used. *** called and left a voice mail message claiming he wanted to replace our microwave. We returned his phone callwe do have a copy of his voice message.he never called us back after we responded.While waiting for someone to move forward either replacing or covering the cost of repairs we had our microwave repaired by *** in the ***/Phoenix area. We have all of our receipts for the repair which totaled $359.95 plus $200.00 for our time committed to resolve the damage to our appliance. $559.95 is the amount we are owed.We believe Sprouts and their insurance company plus *** are attempting to wait us out however we are long time condo owners in *** with a large extended family in the area so that tactic will not be successful.

I have had numerous problems with purchasing products that were expired, defective & damaged/rotten. I sent an initial email complaint earlier in January about the first issue, & got no reply. I later called Sprouts customer service regarding problems with many problems over three shopping trips & spoke to *** on 1/18. I ran down my list of issues. She apologized & said she would have a higher up manager call me to issue a refund for the bad products. No one called. I left another voicemail for customer service on 1/21, & also sent another email, neither of which were responded to. I live 30 minutes away, so an hour round trip, from the closest Sprouts store, so it is not convenient for me to run back and forth to return products. Furthermore, I am now quartineing due to illness. I have spent about $25 on these products that I was promised would be refunded, but no follow through.list of products:1. Terra chips purchased the first week of January then discovered at home an expiration date of 12/8 for $2.50.2. A glass jar of Sprouts brand tart cherry juice for $4.99 that once I initially opened it, the lid would not go back on.3. 2 clamshell packages of Sprouts fresh basil for $1.99 each that were full of *** & rotten spots.4. A clamshell pack of Santa Sweets grape tomatoes that had mold growing in it for $1.50.5. A bunch of Kale that was full of *** spots $1.99.6. A bag of navel oranges for $3.99 that all except two of the oranges had *** & black moldy rotten spots inside when I cut into them. (Note, there were other bags on the shelf that had mold growing on the outside of the oranges.)7. I bought 2 Juici apples, one of which had about a fourth of it rotten when I cut it, 78 cents.8. A clamshell pack of strawberries that some were mushy & rotten, most were *** & rotting when I cut them $2.50.9. For 3 trips, I tried to buy ***, It was all rotting. Found 1 small piece last trip ,but was also rotten inside 12 cents
