Last month i was charged on my visa bill $14. 95 that i did not order. I do not know what haband perks, but went ahead & paid. Today my bill came with the same thing charged $14. 95 post date 12 - 29 - 09 tran date 12 - 28 - 09. It had haband perks 888 - 626 - 3342md. Ref. No. 24692169362000166225647, amt. $14. 95. I have ordered from you for years, but not...

Haband Damanged,cut>too small!

I ordered two sets of sheets( by phone)>Buy one get one free. Prodct #121021. Price-$10.98 on 12/10/09.
I received a statement for $32.98 that I sent a check
#1649 dated 1/4/2010. The sheets were torn, slites, too
small>badly damaged.I was returning them when i
received another Bill for $72.72 that included A late
charge of $15.00. I have called, tried to E-Mail &
cannot reach your Customer service dep.I spoke to
your Bank & they have put my Acc. on hold I hear
from your CSDept.I expect to hear from you ASAP!

Haband defective merchadise

I ordered 5 wrinkle-free, no iron shirts from Haband in a variety of colors for $9.99/shirt. They are anything but wrinkle free. Even after ironing they won't stay pressed. They wrinkle for nothing the minute you put them on. 2 of the shirts were returned because they weren't even close to the colors I ordered and I had to pay the shipping which was almost as much as the cost of the a shirt. A real ripoff. I won't be buying anything from them again!

Haband scam

I used to work for them and it is a big scam. I was paid a base pay and commission for each Shoppers Advantage or Habands Rebates worth $10 every 3 months. But all they care about is us making the sales and if not we would loose our job. They also do not have a customer service. I worked in the order dept. and if any calls for customer service were routed to us it would bring our attainment down which means when we get a call if we make a sale our attainment goes above a 100% but if that call is for customer service our attainment goes beneath a 100% and our supervisors want our attainment to be above a 100% in order for us to make commission. Now the company would route customer service calls to us when they seen our attainment over a 100%, so therefore our attainment would drop, because they didint want us to make money .There was always a new rule put in place every week that kept making it harder for the agents to make commission. Sometimes agents would get 5 cutomer service calls in a row and all our system was programmed to do was take orders and make sales for Affinion(google Affinion and take a look at all the lawsuits against them)which was who Habnad had a contract with. So then we had to work that much harder to sell Habands customers Shoppers Advantage or Every day Privileges Gold because of these customer ser. calls that we didnt make a sale on pulled our attainment down. And I felt so bad because alot of the customers we take orders for are very old and do not understand what they are getting into when we ask them permission to bill their credit card. They think it has something to do with haband and it dont. it is a program that you have to call and cancel.[]I hated working there because the compnay was taking advantage of the employees and the customers. If anyone should read this, then please google Affinion because that is the company that has the contract with Haband and they operate out of a call center in Florida. I would receive customer service calls all the time and I could not help the customer because I was strictly there to take orders and sell.I do hope that all of you who are having problems with Haband get them worked out but you may have to wait a while and be very patient.

IS HABAND A SCAM? READ FOR YOURSELF.
As a customer, I placed an order with Haband on 4/27/2010, then wanted to contact Haband via. Phone re: a problem I had experienced. Had to do a web search to get the phone number of the call center [protected] ) and after choosing several buttons to push then a recording asked me for my FULL SSN# in order to continue. THIS HAS TO BE A SCAM as they have no business asking for this. I'm convinced after finally talking to a service rep. in person that Haband has no real security for Credit Card Infomation given to them. I will not order from Haband again for sure.

It kind of makes you wonder, really.

I work for the TLG company in a call center stationed in Maine. Everybody on staff detests Haband for the unethical treatment of customers and pressure to sell our memberships, IN ADDITION TO the fact that many times there are two memberships each customer ends up with, even when only one is pitched. It's sad, because we're the ones who're blamed since it's our memberships that charge the customers.

Haband HABAND PERKS RIP-OFF

Hello,

I recently ordered some clothing from Haband. At the end of my purchase I was asked yo activate my membership in Haband Perks SM to claim 'your Free $10 cash back award on your next Haband purchase and start saving-. by clicking YES.
However to my dismay I noticed that for the past 2 months my CREDIT CARD was charged $14.95. Obviously that was in their fine print.
I am not benefitting from this scam as I have not bought anything else from Haband yet Haband Perks charges me. This is fraud! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT HABAND AGAIN.

I almost fell victim to the Haband scam when ordering clothes for my elderly mother. The charged me $1.99 for the first 30 days then I got their confirmation e-mail thanking me for signing up for their rewards program and my credit card would be charged $14.97 a month! There was nothing about any charges when I simply clicked on the button to join the club for future savings and $10 off the next order. I called them quickly and the said they would take care of it and I wouldn't be charged. I e-mailed them I wanted the $1.99 back just as a matter of principle. That adds up to a lot of money for Haband if you think of their nationwide sales. I also made a formal complaint with The NJ Division of Consumer Affairs since Haband is a NJ based company doing business via the Internet as well as print media. I will NEVER buy from this company again and warn everyone about them. Who knows how many people they have ripped-off. especially the elderly who are their main customers. They should be prosecuted criminally.

Hello, I also ordered some merchandise from Haband at the end of processing the order a page poped up stating that I could get a $10.00 dollar cash back claim .Sounds like a deal, NOT... Got a E-Mail today confiming my membership in Haband Perks which lead me to check out the site which more than A $10.00 rebate what a sleazy way to do business.Glad I took the time to check a little futher which lead me to this web sight, where I found out that they prey on people . Was glad I found out before they started taking out the $14.95 each month.Have already sent anE-mail to customerservice@encoremarketing.com attention Laura Jones, Membership Director. They promply replied saying they will unenroll me asap, still will follow up with phone call in the morning just in case. Also going to contact Haband about the situation and inform them that I will not do bussiness with them unless they change they process so I do not feel like I was victim of a very sleezy business practice. Thank you for the information at this site.

Those charges were from signing up for the Perks program post purchase. Accepting the offer for a $10 cash-back, and completing that form to redeem is where you signed up for Perks. You can get out of the program by calling [protected], Mon. - Fri. 9:00 am - 9:00 pm ET. Their service dept. is easy to deal with and will let you out with very little challenge.

Haband Rude and nasty sevice

On Sunday Oct 25, 2009 at 2:40, I was on line at the Haband site, I found two items that "sound like a good deal" and reasonably priced. so I started filling out all of my infor for shipping and ordering, accound set up before I started shopping. after placing these items in the shopping cart, I had a screen-pop-up for something called 'PERKS' needed to verify my email address and check box if it was correct, after I did that, Wham order no long able to veiw or change, so I went to my e-mail after recieving new message, it was from Haband they had recieved order and comfirming it. One of the items was buy one get two free for $19.99, other item was 2 for #29.00. and something for PERKS 1.95, I called customer sevice within minutes the employee told me" well that means simply your order was placed and charged to account, this person was very rude, I was in tear, WHY They just charged my account $103.95 from my debit card. On Monday I called customer service and this person DIANA started out snippy and alot of back ground noice to go with it, I again explained what had happened and I was charged 3'x for the buy 1 get two free. I explained my situation wanted to have they excess amount taken off and my unemployment status, I monitor and plan weekly and accountable for every cent spent, this person was rude, hateful, nasty, Quote" after WE get our money then someone will let you know when your oder will be shipped then you can fill out paper work or refund items after that is veiwed throung billings, and returnable and all paper work done that usually takes up to 3-4 weeks than your money may be returned to your card! I told this person that it was poor practice and the BBB would be notifed and hung up. as of today the $103.95 has been removed from my debit card plus another $1.95 for membership to PERKS I am letting people know do not do bussiness with this company, they do not even supply vaseline for what they do to you

Haband Haband Perks

For at least three months, Haband has been posting a $14.95 charge on my Visa Account for 'Haband Perks' which I have not authorized. I recieve nothing from these charges nor do I have any idea of what they are for.

My 85 year old Mother has also been charged $14.95 for the last 13 months and had not received anything. She just caught it on her bill now. I would like to help her get her money back. Please let me know how I can help her.

For 3 months I have been charged 14.95 for Haband Perks. I have no idea what this is. I talked to one of your representatives regarding this and he informed me that I would no longer receive this charge. Hoever, it appeared again on a statment from Visa dated 1/28/2010. I am refusing to pay the charge.

I discovered today upon receipt of my credit card statement that I have been charged !4.95 per month for the past 2 months for Haband Perks membership that I don't recall ever agreeing to -- in fact, every time I have made a purchase from Haband on line they ask me if I want to earn 10 or 15 dollars off my next purchase -- the first time I clicked on this link I learned that it required a monthly membership fee so I declined to join Haband Perks -- now I learn that somehow they interpreted my no answer as a yes -- and I have never received any discounts, even though they have charged me a membership fee for the past two months..

For at least twenty-one months, Haband has been posting a $14.95 charge on my Visa Account for 'Haband Perks' which we have not knowingly authorized. We received nothing from these charges nor do we have any idea of what they are for. My wife submitted orders in August and September 2010 and these $ 14.95 charges started showing up for Haband Perks in October 2010. Since she does submit orders without my knowledge, I hadn't questioned these charges. I think they are a ripoff. I would appreciate a refund for these past months since these charges were not of any benefit to us. I did speak to your rep. Matthew last evening, August 2, 2012, and he was going to reverse the July 2012 charge and cancel further charges.
Please advise what you can do about these charges from past months.

I wrote to the BBB after months of them not listening to me and removing the charges. After 2 days of writting the complaint to the BBB I got a phone call and the charges were removed! BBB worked very nicely! I also signed a complaint to the fair trade commission which you can also do online at FTC.com

Shame on Haband for placing adds in a Veterans Magazine. I will be sure to tell everyone at the American Legions, VFW's and the AmVets not to order from this company.
This seems to be a common problem with Haband Company they have been taking this money $14.95 out of my checking account for 6 months before I caught it. When you call Costumer Service they will tell you that it's a third party doing it..however they will forward the info and get the money placed back into your account..NEVER AGAIN will I order from this company. It seems that when you opt to give them your e-mail to receive sales info you some how sign up for the $14.95 item (whatever it is) I'll call it a scam.
Trust me Haband will loose more than just my Business, I talk to a lot of Vets.

I ordered from Haband last month and have ordered from them before and had no problems. I noticed a few days after that Haband Perks took a $1.95 out of my bank account and never thought anything about it. But then I looked at my bank account today and saw that $14.95 was taken out. I did not authorize a $14.95. I looked online and saw that I am not the only one with this problem. I called Haband Customer service and the guy gave me this phone # for Haband Perks to call which is 1.888.626.3342 . I also have emailed them at CustomerService@encoremarketing.com. I will get my $14.95 and my $1.95. It's a good thing that my dad checks his bank statment everyday and verify all his charges so far it's only been a month.

Haband customer service policy

WOW! Never have I seen a company policy that makes the customer pay for the mistakes made by their employees. They sent me the wrong size trousers and expect me to pay 7.99 shipping to send them back in exchange for the correct size (assuming that they will send the right size the second time). Plus I'll have to pay for the shipping for the replacements. If they again send the wrong size this could go on and on and on and on and on... NEEDLESS TO SAY I WON'T BE THROWING GOOD MONEY AFTER BAD AND HABAND WILL NEVER HEAR FROM ME AGAIN AND INCLUDING ANYONE THAT I CAN TELL ABOUT THEIR TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Performance mattress Pads...tried placing order online.Leaflet said but one get one free...they charged for both, one item(Ladies Blazer) out of stock repeatedly. Can't get any answers when you call them all they will do is take an order. Before I could finish my order after taking off the mattress pads which I was charged double for they said the web page had expired, I had only a brief amount of time and didn't get finished with my order and certaintly never gave them any information except my address after the total came up. How do you get an answer to your questions? I'm getting tired of dealing with them, but like some of their products but not enough to be charged double!

Haband Do not shop with them

I have been the victim of comsumer fraud by Haband, a huge mail order business in New Jersey and I am writing this in the hope someone will be helped by my experience which i have learned from all the negative comments I have read on the Internet regarding Haband, tthat my situation was not unique. After three months of ### to the ###s who comprise their various "service" departments, I sent a certified return request letter to Duke Haband, President and CEO, Haband Company, Inc. 112 Bauer Lane, Oakland, NJ 07436 with a copy to the Better Business Bureau in Trenton, NJ (noted on my letter to Duke) and surprise, surprise, naturally I didn't hear from the great Duke but I did get a refund for the merchandise I ordered including postage for the certfied letter from a person in the corporate office. Keep trying and good luck. Naturally I will no longer shop with them.

Haband has a very effective way of not letting it's customers know who is is top person, (CEO) to send a grievence over a purchase made that was not handled correctly or fairly by their counter-parts on an order. I placed an order and was asked repeatedly about obtaining one of their credit cards to get a discount on my final bill, . which I repeatedly said no and the last time I said how many ways of no don't you understand? I gave this person my Debit Visa credit card number thinking the order was paid in full, received my order and several weeks later get a call on a Sunday afternoon saying they were calling from a collection agency for Haband over a order I made not paid for, and went on to say they sent me their Credit card for that particular purchase and I did not respond by paying the bill and there were late charges added to this bill and when was I going to pay this? I responded saying I never asked for a credit card nor have I seen one if they say they sent me one. and added I gave my Visa Debit card number for that purchase and figured that was the end of my obligation. They gave me a tel # to call at Haband to pay my original bill which I called and said I never asked for their credit card and would not pay late charges, but would settle my bill once more the same way I thought they had taken it before, They agreed, so I thought all was taken care of, (NO it got worse)" I received a statement from one of my other credit card company's stating they were dropping my limit account with them to half what I originally had because of a credit report note from Haband on me that said I was a threat in paying my bills and screwed up my credit report . Now I have ordered from Haband for many years and never once defaulted in my obligation to pay my bills . The Credit card holder who sent me the statement about reducing my credit limit after hearing my story about Haband gave me their assurance that they would not reduce my credit limit. I asked them if there would be any problem of me using their card in the near future, since I was planning a trip to Alaska and might need a back-up card if my debit card was not accepted. they said it would be in working order not to worry. I made the trip and sure enough I had to leave my card (Debit), with a clerk at a gas station in Canada to pump gas. they never returned my Debit card, and I left not knowing it until I crossed the border and stopped to fill up again in Montana. No Debit card, then I remembered where it was, so pulled my back up from the company I spoke of above, It was denided All due to this Haband slash on my credit report. I am at the verge of suing Haband for slander of my good name and grievences in monetary value they have cost me. Larry Stratton

Ihave been dealing with haband for a long time and have been greatly satisfied until the

last order on my haband charge. I returned @ two pair of Ladies pants that were returned I received the credit on one bill and then charged again for the same item we think . We think the papers that come in the orders if the price of each item was onthe form we receive was on them would help us check the bill when the statement comes in from the haband charge be a lot better for us old folks to work out. Haband refund checks

When you get a refund check from Haband, read everything in the envelope with it. Better yet, just throw it in the trash. It entitles Haband to enter into all kinds of deals in your name. One I got was from a roadside service to the tune of $149.95/ann. Another from Identity Theft something for the same amount 149.95. Just got something else for something called Safecar or Safecart which I am sure is the same thing as some of the others. They all accepted a cancellation but this last one since it is the weekend I havent had a chance to check it yet. Best advice junk the check and go on your way.

Haband Nightmare

Nothing good to say about Haband they will Spam you three times a day sell your e-mail address to anyone with the money to pay for there Spam information.

Terrible Customer service slow to ship poor quality clothes can you say POLYESTER everything with designs from the early 70's 'crap' and returns take 4 to 5 WEEKS to process unacceptable.

With surly customer service people by the way there # is [protected] C.S. bad joke, nightmare!

Returned defective pants three weeks ago. Called customer service on Sat. told they took orders 24 hours but helped customers with problems only Mon - Fri. Left E-mail. Received no answer. Called customer service on following tues, Not free call, was told takes 3-4 weeks to process a return, while it takes only a few days to purchase something. total unacceptable.

Haband quality

I loved Haband's microfiber sheets the very first time I tried them, but like the other purchaser who complained, the elastic gave out the very first time I used them, in one pair after the first (warm) washing, and on the second (believe it or not) before I even washed them once! It's too bad, because the sheets are attractive and comfortable, but with the elastic gone, they no longer are "fitted sheets" ! CJS

I too love microfiber sheets! I buy the Comphy Co brand because they are guaranteed for 300 washes against pilling, shrinking, fading, thinning and loss of elastisity. They will take them back for years due to any defects. What you are describing is a defect for sure.
You can buy them online at www.ruvalonline.com. The Comphy Co doesn't do retail sales.

Haband Bad service

I recently purchased the two sets of sheets from Haband for a total of $47.00 and change. I have now washed them three times to try to get the gas smell out of them and the third time--before I have even used them-- all of the sewing on the top of the sheets is coming out. I have thrown away all of may packages because they did fit the bed and am sorry I did or they would definitely be on their way back to haband. I am extremely dissatified with this product and I will probably never order from this company again. I could have bought sheets here in town for a lesser price after taking off the shipping and had a much better product. I know you get what you pay for--but this is a very poor product and should not be sold by anyone. So sorry I let the price lure me into a product of such poor quality.

Stay away from this company. While the products are usually ok, the customer service offered is terrible. I ordered two sets of sheets that were to come with free blankets but no blankets were shipped. When I called regarding the missing blankets, I was promised they would be shipped within two weeks. When I called again, I was told that no one had even accessed my account and that no blankets were sent. After a go around with a "supervisor" who could not correctly pronounce my last name, I decided that this company was not worth receiving any more business from me. Needless to say, I was overcharged for two sets of sheets and will never see my "free" blankets.

Haband Bait and Switch

I ordered a pair of Totes Boots. They were on backorder. I was perfectly willing to wait for the back order. Haband charged my credit card and sent me a substitution. Their invoice even states that "they have taken the liberty" to send me something different. Nowhere in the order did I agree to a substitution and I received no communication from Haband in regards to the backorder. They state, and I quote, "we have taken the liberty of sending you something so substantially similar in style, color, and value that we know you will be just as pleased." How dare they charge my credit card and intentionally ship me something I did not order! If this isn't "bait and switch" I don't know what is.
I called their Customer Service Department, asked for the Supervisor, and after explaning my complaint, was conveniently sent to a recording.
I now have to wait 2 to 4 WEEKS for a refund.
How can this company get away with such unethical business practices?

Haband Deceptive Practices and Bad Service

I ordered a tote bag and a pair of boots, both were on clearance. When the package FINALLY arrived it contained the tote and a pair of ugly green men's pants. I had to jump through hoops and spend time and gas money to return THEIR MISTAKE. They EVENTUALLY sent me a pair of boots and...guess what?...they are not at all the boots that were pictured.

Their service is bad, their products are shoddy -- I will never ever ever again order any type of product from HABAND. Any money I might have originally saved has been all eaten up by wasted time, gas, and postage money.

Haband Poor customer service, shipping headaches

I'm posting this after having finally received satisfaction. I only got to this point after having filed a Better Business Bureau complaint.

On 12/6/07 I ordered some merchandise from Haband's website. I never received a confirmation about my order being shipped, so I called again on ~12/12 and spoke with a customer service representative who said that my order was in a sorting center in Atlanta and it would be 6-8 days to receive.

A few days later, I used a tracking number they provided in my first call and found the package. The package was in Atlanta on 12/12, and afterward had gone to Charlotte, NC, then to Orlando, FL. It was on it's way here.

When I checked again on 12/18, it had gone *back* to Charlotte from Orlando. As of 12/21, it was back in Atlanta, GA. Since I live in Florida, the package was clearly going the wrong way.

To be clear, Haband said in their BBB complaint response that their typical shipping time is 7-10 days. I didn't file a BBB complaint until 12/25 (largely due to the poor customer service, really).

Anyway, once it looked like my package was headed the wrong way, I immediately called Haband and twice spoke with a supervisor named Eli. We verified my address on the order was correct. I was told that the package probably ended up on the wrong truck and that this happens all the time. He said that their policy is to not provide a refund until the package has been missing for 30 days. He said this was a government policy, rambled on a bit, and indicated that it was out of his hands.

He recommended that I call FedEx SmartPost with my tracking number to find out where my package might be. After pushing more for a full refund, he finally offered to refund my shipping costs, which I got an email about later that evening.

During that same conversation, I asked why the products hadn't shipped before 12/12, considering they had billed my credit card immediately. He said that it looked like my items were out of stock. When I asked why the website didn't indicate the products were out of stock, and why I didn't receive an email or phone call about that, he said that their website had no connection to the warehouse so the website isn't always up to date with their inventory.

The very last thing Eli recommended I do call FedEx SmartPost. I called them immediately, verified that they had my correct address, and was told that my package was not going to arrive and that I should call Haband and tell them it was confirmed (strange, but that's what they told me to do). Assuming the shipping company knew whether or not I'd receive a package, I then called Eli and explained the situation. He said that Haband would require that FedEx SmartPost fax him proof, something tangible. I called FedEx SmartPost again, and they faxed what they considered proof to Eli. The lady from FedEx SmartPost indicated that their word had always been enough for any other company and that she had never had to fax anyone anything before. Nonetheless, she agreed to do it anyway since it was her company that must have made the mistake.

I called Eli, who received the fax but he said that the fax did not explicitly say that my package was lost and therefore they would not issue a refund. I then called FedEx SmartPost, hoping for some better, more "official" proof, and was told that FedEx admitting the package was lost and would not be delivered, plus the fax, should be enough for a to ship a replacement or provide a refund. Certainly, the group at fault for the shipping problem is definitely FedEx SmartPost, but they did everything they could have done to provide proof to Haband. So, at least they were flexible and tried to assist me.

That all ended on 12/21. I'm writing this post on 1/25/2008 and I still have no package. My refund, thanks to the BBB, arrived on 1/16.

Everyone, please take note of the other complaints you might find against this company. I can attest to them being true. I'm certain some folks are perfectly happy with Haband, however I see just as many complaints that I can echo.

To wrap this up -

How many reputable companies do not track inventory along with their sales if they do business online? Most companies can do this in real time so as to keep their status indicators up to date.

How many would require a customer to fax proof that a package was going the wrong way when the company could plainly see it for themselves using the same tracking number they gave me?

The fact that the package went in the wrong direction, as evidenced on the same FedEx website Haband uses to track packages, is a pretty good indication that I wasn't lying and that something had gone wrong.

The fact that the shipping company themselves said I wouldn't receive my package was yet another clue.

The fact that the shipping company took the time to FAX that proof over to Haband is an even bigger clue.

Coupled with a complaining first time (and last time)customer, what more could I have done to prove that I was due a refund?

The best part? I jumped through all of these hoops for less than $30 because I don't have very much money and I really, really, wanted this gift for my mother to arrive in time for Christmas. Thanks to Haband, their policies, and poor customer service, that never happened.

A horrible company to do business with. An XL jacket was ordered, they shipped a L and charged us for the shipping on the exchange. The jacket cost about 20.00 and to exchange it cost an additional 8.99. What a rip off. The best part is that on their label it says you will be charged a shipping cost which is displayed on the reverse side of the document and then you flip it over and there is no information. This has to be breaking some kind of law regarding proper disclosures. I will be writing this on every page I get my hands on regarding this company. No one should do business with this company ever.

I ordered two pair of flanel lined jeans for my 86 year old father-in-law for Christmas. I was told they would ship them in 6 to 8 business days. I received e-mail confirmation, that the product was shipped. When the package arrived, I immediately opened it, and much to my schigirin, found only one pair of jeans in the package. I called Haband and reported the incident of the shortage and they said "SORRY" but two pair had been shipped. I asked for the supervisor and he said someone would get back to us on the matter. The same person, Jeff, called us back the next day, and spoke to my wife and said that there could possibly be an error and they would give us a complimentary pair of pants. My wife said, that were not getting anything complimentary, as we paid the full $29.95 plus the $8.00 shipping. so when will I get the other pair of pants due us, as this is a Christmas gift for my dad. Jeff, at Haband, assured us we will get the pants as they will be shipped in the next 6 to 8 business days. It's now Dec. 28, 2010 and the other pants still have not arrived. I did get to give my father-in law the one pair that we received, and he was very happy as he is "alwasy cold" and being flannel lined he thought they were a great gift till he went to try them on in his bed room. He called Pat in and showed her that the pants closer snap, did not match up with the hole in the fabric, and were unuseable, so at this point "POP" has not received his Christmas gift-or a usable one.
We feel that Haband is a company thet thrives on people giving up on promised goods, and selling inferior merchandise, and will NEVER purchase from them again. We are calling them today, to see if we can send the pants back that he received with an inproperly attached closer, misalligned to the button hole- and then hopefully we'll get the pair of pants owed us plus the pair that came to us defective. If we don't get a positive answer today from them, we will send a notice to our "States Consumer Protection Department" and see if they can fix the problem. Robert Gidosh, Whitehall, Penna.

I ordered E5B15 comfort slip-on black shoes on 8/12/10. The order #1677062 was never sent to me. I have been billed for the shoes that were never sent. I was advised by Haband customer service representatives on three occasions not to pay the charge because it was being taken care of and would be credited to my account. Yesterday, I received another bill for the shoes with a late fee attached. Now I am unable to reach customer service no matter what time I call. The account is [protected] and the ticket number is [protected]. My name is Margaret Lingo and I am waiting for my account to be credited for the cost of the shoes and the late fees.

I* received desk lamp with wires exposed and instructions that were horrible.n The ad did not say needs assembly thats why I bought. I am senior citizen who is not handy at all and who values my money. I live on SS and now I have to pay 8.00 and change to return something that was misrepresented on ad small desklamp #Vo403 in the first place. I either would likem not to be charged to send back or put this lamp together SAFELY and send it back. I am a new Habband customer #[protected] Richard Masillo. I, ve been waiting for over a week to get a response from haban on an order which was placed over a week and. . a half ago. I still can't access the internet to find out anything. I'm getting upset because I would like to know where and if my order is being sent out . I can't even get through on the phone to a service represenative to answer my questions. I recieved my order on 01/28/08. MY oder was two sets of King size sheets. I was suppose to recieve a 10 pc. set of covered storage bowels. When I recieved them they were all bent and the porcelion was chipped and I'm still sweeping my floors. I wish you would send me a new set that wasn't banged up. If you don't I want purchase another item from Haband.

Ordered shoes Feb. 3. No notice of ship date after 2 weeks wait. Emailed Customer Service (Haband promises reply within 2 days); no reply. Emailed Customer Service again in 1 week. Again, no reply. Waited 1 1/2 weeks to email third request for info. No reply. Tried to phone Customer Service via 800 line; got no connection.

Received tear soaked postcard apology March 24th saying shoes would be shipped 4/4 if I didn't want to cancel order. Canceled order by return mail along with comments about lousy service. Yup, account was charged and item shipped 3/25. Am a 20 year customer but will never do business with H again.

I placed an order on June 7, 2011 online and received a confirmation and paid for express shipping. When I tried to check the status of the order I was never able to obtain any information on the order at all. I sent an email inquiry on June 13th, but had NO response. By early August I had given up (almost 2 months). Order arrived on August 4th. By that time there was no need for the item and in addition it was unsatisfactory. I contacted them by email for return instructions on August 9th. Again no response until August 18th. Although the information in the package indicated there was to be a prepaid return label, none was included. I then returned the item at my expense on August 10, 2011. The email of August 18th indicated I needed to supply them with the postage information to receive the refund. I promptly sent them that information. I was credited with the cost of the original item and the "express" shipping to me, but I am still waiting for the refund on the return shipping of $10.47. An email dated August 29, 2011 by Charlotte indicated I would receive the refund as soon as they received the information (I mailed the requested info on August 27, 2011). As of Nov 21, I have still not seen the refund.
Also numerous emails have been sent and in spite of their promise of 2-3 day response time I have yet to ever receive a timely response.

I would never use this company again and expect that a refund will be forthcoming immediately.

As part of a larger order, I ordered 2 pair of Comfort Jeans as required to receive the advertized price I specified that the waist size be 34" and the length be short two different colors. I received 1 pair of size 34" S and another 34XL. Why would a average intelligent person think one pair should be short and tne other extra long? This is not the first time it has happend ordering one size and receiving two different sizes. I costs more to ship it back than to have it altered, if incompentness wasn't involved why Do I have to pay for these items. I just sent back a pair of shoes that I did not order, and the return was almost the amount credited. I should have been reimburst the cost do to the fact these are not my errors.

Orderd 8 pairs of slack using a form from our newspaper, enclosed a check dated 1/24/11.

on 1/27/11, you deposited this and it cleared my account.

on 2 18/11 I tried to reach thru e-mail. no response. Got phone no. from e-amil and called the # got a woman who said she was not your company. Tried 2nd time same response.

Purchased from Haband twoHGX-1 remington Clean Exchange electric shavers 6/30/09. Reordered Cleanxchange replacement parts from Remington as specified in instructions. They returned my check and stated that these products are no longer available. I am very disappointed in the way these people do business in selling you a
prouct that you can no longer get parts for. I would like to get my money back. You are useing the U>S>Mail to defraud people of their money.

I ordered clothing from Haband, and received them OK.
I checked my bank statement and the amount I authorized as Ok, but
also seen on my account that $1.97 was withdrawn to the company of
Haband Perks without my permission, I let that pass until I resently saw that $14.98 was withdrawn on 6/20/2009 to Haband Perks
without my authorization.
I sent an e-mail to the Company and got no results, now I want to have monies redeposit to my account, and I am no longer going to purchase any more items, and will let my friends know that is happening.
