Purchased these boots. Within two months they started cracking on both feet on the top big toe side. (See picture.) I considered returning them to Dunhams but I do not have my receipt. They also do not refund on worn footwear. I believe Dunhams will honor your manufacturers warranty. What is your warranty? I am very disappointed in this product. Even if I am not entitled to a refund, I want people to beware of this product.

I have had a pair of Subject boots that I bought a few years ago.

I wore them once to shovel snow in my driveway.

The next time I went to get the boots, they had fallen apart. I can assure you that this was not done by wear and tear but by a defect in the boot material as shown by the pictures I have attached.

Kindly advise as I would prefer a replacement pait.

Bought these boots at shoe sensation about 4 weeks ago. For hunting and work. The tag plainly says waterproof, thats why i got them. But they arent. My socks are soaked on the ends at the end of day. Love the boots and feel of them.

I've walked about 3 miles in these boots and the tred is already worn down to almost nothing. walking on slick rubber now. How do u even sell something like this. Make it sound great, but its really just a pos. suppose that is the way of business now. Got maybe 3 more miles before the bottom goes out

I purchased a pair of your 12 inch Bayou Everglades, size men's 12, insulated water proof foot wear, but when I used then last week for the first time I discovered that the left foot leaked badly, Upon further investigation I found that the top had a split across the top of it where there is a ridge behind the toe. (picture below ).

Stock#456598. Bought a few years ago. Worn very infreqently. Likely less than 30 days of actual use .

Problem is that rubber soles are separating from boot on both boots.pictures upon request.

left boot leaked at seam by toe returned to store exchanged second day new boots leaked out side seam right boot exchange at another store first store had no other of the right size third pair leaked in same place as first pair i like the boots but can't keep my feet dry please refund the purchase price total $36.53 thank you

Bought a pair of Itasca waterproof hunting boots at Sporting goods wear house camo, Eagle style, from day one walking in the wet field they were soaked, feet wet, I worn them about a dozen times mostly on dry ground.. but today in the yard after a rain they wet also my feet.. I bought them in good faith that they we're a quality boot.. the light weight made for great walking.. but I'm so disappointed. quality control must know the on going problem.. I'll send the boots back for inspection if necessary.. please inform me of your decision.. so much appreciated..

Hi my name's Gabe Shrauger. I am an avid hunter fisherman and I am a land surveyor by trade. I bought a pair of your Itasca knee high waterproof boots size 13 mens in December of 2020. I wear the boots occasionally when in shallow water. Today I noticed there is a rip near my ankle. It didn't not get caught on anything or cut by anything. They are no longer waterproof. I've had my itasca water proof boots for no more than a month now and I already have 3 holes in them and have to work with wet feet which is extremely uncomfortable and aggravating. I bought these boots on a recommendation from someone else who has them and I regret spending 50$ on them because they are extremely unreliable. I've had to patch them 5 times already.

They started ripping around the finger holes after a few months and then one of the boots (right foot) got a hole in the backside just about 2-3 inches above - looks like the material wore out.
I actually like the boots much - and am hoping it is just my experience - and not everyone's. Would like to just get a replacement pair.

I have been a faithful Itasca boot customer for many years. The last two pairs have bought have fallen apart at the soles. I chalked up the first pair to bad luck. After the second pair did the same thing not long after I purchased them, here I am. I would like to continue buying Itasca boots, but given the quality recently, that is getting hard to do. Please help. Thanks

I have purchased at Runnings girls buckaroo teal style number 5027020 size youth 2 in the right boot is a staple sticking up and when my daughter put them on she stepped on it and penetrated her skin and made two staple holes in her foot I would like to know what will be done about this? She had got them as a Christmas present and I have been unable to find a number to contact the company since it's all saying down for closing purposes.

bought this at DSW foot warehouse brand new I had them save for snow time size 9 wore them once take a look at the pictures look they are brand new unused only once this is ridiculous replace please something comparable need them asap thanks

First. Love the boots for hunting but they fell apart in the sole. Both boots separated in the thread area. only used these boot for one season. Tried to glue but this did not work. Photos of the boots included bottom of the boots. Separated in the thread area. Would like to get a replacement pair of boots. Did not step on any sharp objects in the field

We have a pair of girls sz. 5 boots that show no wear & tear what so ever but both of the zippers are broken. One of the zippers (the part you pull) is missing- fell off. The other one splits as soon as you try to zip it up.
