Haband billing

Received e-mail from Haband saying they miss me for not ordering merchandise. Offered 20% discount on next order. Ordered merchandise
Was billed full amount. Called Haband and told customer Service rep.
Told no discount since product already shipped. Didn't know they charged full amount until I got credit card bill, which was two days after it was shipped. They are crooks. I will not order from them again.

Haband men's slacks/returned

I purchased two pair of men's slacks for $35.98 and returned them because they were so out of proportion for the size ordered and was given the information to return them. they said there would be no shipping charge (either coming or returning) or no other charges either. haband took it upon themselves to charge my account $ 9.99 (without my permission) and I called them and said I would not get my money back. I will never order from them again and any further catalogs will be recycled. they also told me that they removed my name from their mailing list but still receiving them so they immediately go into the recycling bin.
I am reading all the other complaints - I should have read that before I ordered.

Haband order placed online 9 days ago

I placed my order, May 13, 2017. I kept waiting for it to come - when going online to check on the order - all it stated was that it was "In Process". I ordered these items for a trip so I called to cancel the order since it was not processed and 2 of the 10 items ordered were no longer available. Customer Service said that the order had not shipped but they were unable to cancel due to it being process.

I will never order from this company or any company affiliated with them again.

What a terrible way to run a business.

Haband Wrong order shipped, overcharged and double charged shipping

In late MarchI placed an order by mail with Haband for two Guyaberra shirts. They were advertised as one for 25.99, 2 for 21.99. I ordered two and had a coupon for free shipping. When the order arrived, they sent only one shirt and charged me $25.99. I shipped it back as the order was wrong. I have repeatedly asked for them to show me the order form. They refunded the $25.99 but refused to honor the free shipping because they said they had sent the cheap chinese junk they say a "valuable free gifts." They also charged me an additional $9.99 for return shipping when it was them that screwed up the order. I have been a customer for years, but will not do business with a company that rips off its customers. I have tried numerous times to get them to escalate the issue to someone who has authority to correct this situation, but I keep getting replies from "Loren" who will not show me the order or make an adjustment. Do not do business with them. They overcharge and are a rip off. There incident number is #[protected]

I ordered four tops, When I got them they were the wrong size so I sent them back with the label they give you. They came back the same way all the wrong size.So I returned the order which I paid for the shipping, closed the charge account and I thought that was the end of it. Now they say I owe late charges for shipping which if I'm not mistaken they advertise free shipping, They say I owe $33.00. I reported them to the BBB.

Haband Wrong item

I bought a dress from Haband and paid extra money for fast delivery. Instead of dress they sent me a shirt and when I contacted Haband and told them that there was a mistake they tried to assure me that everything was fine with my order. I told them that I bought a dress and that shirt was sent to me by mistake. Their rep said that he needs to check something and said that someone will contact me back later.
Several days later I received a message stating that there really was a mistake and that they were sorry for all the trouble they caused, but there was nothing they could do to help me! Literally they said that wrong order was sent but refused to fix their own mistake! They are the worst!

Why are these people allowed to do business in the US. You call cust. serv. and get the philpeans. you ask for a us land number and get recordings. over all I would say stay away from this company at all costs...The worst...they should not be allowed to do business in the US and this comes from a retired law enforcement officer...if that means squat...

Haband Fake website

I ordered a pair of athletic shoes and was told in an email that they would send me a shipping notice in an email when my order was shipped. That was a week ago, and I have not received an email confirming shipping or the order. I tried to get on their website but every attempt was a failure. Their website is obviously bogus, as it just sits there and won't permit you to move around the website. I would appreciate it if someone would check into their business practices. I ordered the shoes from an insert that was in the Sunday newspaper.

Haband Worst product ever, no customer service

Add did not say that it was 'pieced' leather. Jacket had a strong 'chemical' oder, which I assumed would disapate. After hanging in our hall closet, along with other items, I came down with bronchitis. I realized that I coughed the most when in the vacinity of the closet. Hung the jacket outside, in a shady, breezy area over several days. Did NOT help. My doctor said to get rid of it, as it was toxic. Called three phone numbers, supposedly belonging to Haband, and could never get hold of a person. I have to get rid of this disgusting oder, and will be 'out' $50.00. I will NEVER buy from them again--worst product ever, and no Customer Service!

Haband Since March I didn't get the confirmation about the order

Stay away from the company Haband On-line. I have ordered two pairs of shoes from them and it was in the middle of March. Since that moment I got tons of promotional emails, but nothing about the details of the order. No confirmation, no info about the shipping. Real scam. I tried to contact the support team, but they didn’t have such team. All emails went to nowhere. Be careful and don’t buy from this dishonest company.

Haband misleading ad

resulting from a ad in June monthly AARP issue I ordered a pair of shoes from Hasband 07/11/15.

07/15/15 my credit card was billed the correct amount of $34.99.

In addition Hasband billed a amount of $1.99 07/12/15 to become a club member and 08/11/15 $14.97 monthly club membership fee.

If this club membership was in your ad I would not made the purchase.

My credit card company has had experience with this company and their membership problem and has issued credit.

Please be carful with your misleading ads.

Haband Fraudulent Billing

I am an 87 year old woman who has purchased from Haband on numerous occasions. I had been satisfied until recently when Haband starting sending me items I did not order. I was billed and credit after fighting the charges. They recently sent me a pair of mens shoes they said I had ordered which I didn't. They billed me for them. I returned the items along with some other bathroom items which came with it I also didn't order. I spent a few hours trying to solve this issue with them on the phone but they kept giving me the run around and refusing to remove the charge. They continue to send statements adding interest, and refuse to talk to my son with my permission. I feel they are trying to take advantage of me as they feel I am a senior citizen unable to fend for myself.

Oh I ordered and paid using my own credit card, but they also billed a Community Bank for the same amount. I had never heard of that Bank, until I got a call from them, about my account. Ounce Haband was bought out, everything went to Hell in their service Department.. You call and you get the run around, nobody seems in charge, nobody seems to know anything. I have been a customer science they basically sold only ties. Well no more, this s good buy. Shame to this this into the ground. Duke you became a Stooge to this shady outfit.!

I ORDERED SHEETS (2) one came packaged, the other rolled up in a plastic bag and scotched taped. when I could not reach the company, I opened the bag, the sheet had little pin holes in them. I am also missing a tea kettle. I was promised a pen knife I never recieved.

Haband They charged me, but I haven't purchased from them

People, I really need help. I checked my account recently and noticed unauthorized charge from the company Haband Clothing Company. I was really shocked, ‘coz I haven’t bought from them and never heard about this company before. I tried to find their contact info, but the email address, which I found in the Internet, was invalid. Please, maybe someone can help me to return money back and stop this scam. Thanks.

Haband Poor Cust Svc

I placed a $300 order with this company and got a Order number. I did receive a email with order number and partial shipment list, and that it was shipped via US Mail - no tracking number. Waited for 7 days. Logged into my account to check the status, entered the order number, shows up saying no orders in the account. Tried calling toll free number, no option to talk to a Customer service agent; after several options finally reached one. She explains that the order was shipped and gave me the tracking number for Fedex and that all their orders were shipped only via Fedex. In addition she explained that I cannot see any orders online and that I have to only call them for the status. I told her to switch me to her supervisor, who was very blunt and adamant and said I have to live with the way they are doing things and there is no options for the customer to follow up and that she is the ULTIMATE authority and cannot talk to anyone else. In this darn age of data bases the smallest company providing more than you require here is an exception to the rule. Go figure how you would like to do business with these folks.

I received a flyer in the mail giving me a "Code" to enter to get $5 off my order for using my Haband charge card. I ordered approx. $177 of clothes on Saturday, April 16. However, I forgot to apply the code. I called Haband right after placing the order on-line. They told me I would have to call back on Monday because the order was placed online. I called customer service Monday morning and they told me they could not make adjustments because the order was ready for shipment. For a lousy $5 they lose me as a long-time customer.

I called in an order 2 weeks ago and waited for some kind of confirmation that the order was received . the girl I talked to was very rude and did not seem to care about my order .I did not get her name otherwise I would have reported her I tried bringing up my account to check if the order had been received . I do not expect delivery for a couple of weeks just wanted to know if the order had been received. I am an old lady and live on a small income so have to be careful as to what I spend the order was for $79.0I have dealt with haband for many years and have had no problem. Will not use my computer to place an order nor will I call it in . snail mail is the only way I will order from now on Gloria Rastadt former address was 1332 short cut rd Cross SC29436 now living in NC if that makes a difference

Haband Return policy

I returned a pair of shoes. After two weeks they processed the return by charging me an additional 8.99. So it cost me another 8.99 to send the shoes back but the refund for the shoes is still pending. HUH? I will never order from this company ever again.

Haband is real shady. All of there hidden stipulations, after you have placed an order. I deleted the order because it was not in stock only to be told, after the order was sent, I should have called and cancel the order. The money was taken out of my account, which alerted me that something went real wrong.
Customer service cannot speak average English and they only read from a script. You can hear the fear in their voices trying to hold on to there job and try to explain nothing.
Prepaid label cost me $9.99 - how is that prepaid? Once again a customer service read from the script.
Angry customers make for bad business, no customers make for no business. I will be contacting the Attorney General because of Haband methods - which are totally incorrect.

Just so u know not to ever fool with this company again thats how they make their money. I work there and half of the mechandise we ship out comes back because its poor quality, sized wrong or they send u a substitute for what u ordered. Think about it by the time u pay 8.99 times 2 they have made their money. Also they get returns from sheets and underwear that has been opened and they just package it back up and send it back out to some elderly person. Breaks my heart.

I finally found a company that have jeans to fit (27") inseam. I've been ordering for a few years now & had no complaints...until now. I've been ordering the American Sweetheart Jeans, Classic Cotton Jeans. I order 16P & fit fine. But now the jeans are cut too low in the back & every time I sit or bend, they ride down to where you can see my butt crack.. Very uncomfortable!

U know what I noticed that one day on the packing list when I worked on the packing line. Really troubled me when I saw that. Btw I worked for them. I just want u and everyone else to know please dont order from them. They do not care about their customers and they dont care about their employees. Worse company I have ever worked for. It's no wonder they filed bankruptcy a year ago. Im telling u the people that work there that really take pride in their job are not considered good workers. They are looking for people that walk around and ride the clock but live to go tattle tale on everybody. But I guess thats what u rely on when ur management never step ur fat ### out on the floor to see whats going on.

Haband misleading offer

I accepted an offer from Haband to join Haband Perks. My bad...I didn't read the fine print. I thought Haband was a legit business. When I got my confirmation, and after being alerted by my bank of a credit card charge that I wasn't aware of, I did read the fine print and found that EMI Marketing is going to bill me $14.95 a month for a bunch of stuff I don't need. I had my bank kill that card. I'll eat the $1.00 charge. Shame on Haband. I will not ever buy anything from them again. My bad. I know better.a

Haband no confirmation of cancellation of Haband Perks program

I tried to contact "[protected]@hudsonps.com" but was unable to link to that which is the contact given in membership guide which was mailed to me. This is regarding the Haband Perks program. I e-mailed the general customer service link to cancel but never received a response. I just contacted the automated cancellation system tonight so will see what happens with that. I wanted my $1.95 trial fee forgiven since I have been a longtime customer of Haband. They know how to e-mail me to sell me something. Oh, that's right; those e-mails are all automated but when a human response is required-----don't bother. We will just charge his card with the $14.95 monthly fee because he will give up fighting. Wrong answer Haband. I have nothing but time and will no longer be a customer of yours if you don't satisfy me on my request or at least have the decency to let me know if my cancellation is in place. Haband must have enough customers so they would rather keep their $1.95 and avoid dealing with me. I recently lost fifty pounds so need to replace my clothing which I have started and Haband was the recipient of some orders. I will do my best to bad mouth this old and supposedly reputable company to anyone I talk to and will never order from them again. All this for a $1.95. Keep it and lose me as a customer.

Purchased 2 pair of pants for 24.98 with free shipping. Pants arrived with my bill of 49.98. These scam artists took my credit card signed amount of 24.98 and added 49.98. Isn't this against the law? Called tell company. Very rude customer service rep told me that is the price. It's in dispute with American Express. Will never order from them again. Stay away

I also got fooled by joining Haband Perks and then realized what I had done. This is a scam. I will never buy anything from Haband again. P.S. I have cancelled the affected credit card.

Haband Non-receipt of merchandise

It has been well over 30 days. I would like to know whatever happened to this order. It has not arrived as of yet. I requested information about this order on 1/9/12, but never got a reply.

This is the worse company I've ever dealt with. When you can get a person they just keep sending you to someone else. Talk about the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. I placed an order for a pair of women pants a month ago. I never got them. Haband says they're at my post office. After speaking to my postmaster twice I finally went down there. P.O. says they never got them Haband tells me it is at P.O. Well they charged me for the order. I called my credit card company and put a complaint in. I'm not paying for something I never got. It's only $15.00 but they can't do this to people. I called them so upset I was in tears. First and last time I ever order from Haband.

Haband Be careful with your credit card

HABAND HAVE BEEN CHARGING MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR $14.95 SINCE MARCH 2011.

I DID NOT APPROVE THEM TO DO SO. HABAND IS ROBBING MY BANK ACCOUNT. PLEASE, TELL ME HOW TO GET MY INFORMATION OUT OT THEIR HANDS AND RECOVER MY MONEY SINCE MARCH.

Haband Larger sizes not available

I really like the quality and pricing of clothing that Hadand offers, when you can get them. I am a large sized male and find it really hard to understand why the sizes I need are listed but when I order they show that size is not availble. After making a selection that is not my first or second choice but shows that it is availble in my size and color I find out that they also are on back order. This takes forever to get my order even though the money transaction has been done tieing up funds that prevent me from buying elsewhere. Update your inventory, im sure that i'm not the only big customer you have.

I received an e-mail from Haband on 5/29/11 that informed me that my package, order # 5533000, was shipped on 5/27/11. I have never received the package. My credit card has been debited for the amount of the purchase. I have tried to call your phone number to talk to customer service, but can't reach anyone. Really lousy service!

I recently discovered that Haband was charging $14.95 once or twice a month from my checking account without my permission. I want to find out how I can get them to stop this practice and to refund the money that they have charged to my account illegally. What are the steps to do to get a full refund from Haband?

I must be getting billed for perks of $14.95 every month. I did not sign up for this as I am a widow and very seldom use your co. Please take me off of this thing you call perks.I do not want it.

I had ordered 2 pair of pants, was charged on Dec. 18., I rteurned them a few days later- have not heard anything from you- hope to get my money back! I was waiting at least 2 statements from Discover however I'm afraid the time is now past, to have this reversed. Coint me out as anHaband Customer!

I wrote to the BBB after months of them not listening to me and removing the charges. After 2 days of writting the complaint to the BBB I got a phone call and the charges were removed! BBB worked very nicely! I also signed a complaint to the fair trade commission which you can also do online at FTC.com

I actually work for the company and can assure you that while misleading for older customers, there is no scam with Haband Perks. For one thing there's an alluring discount from the company offered just for trying it out; if you cancel within the 30 days you won't be charged subsequent 14.95 charges. Furthermore, if you call our customer service line and request the number we're happy to assist you in this way.

Haband fraud/deception

My mother (90 yrs. old, homebound, early Dementia, Congestive Heart Failure, severe Glaucoma) received an unsolicited Haband catalogue in the mail. She fancied some winter clothing in the catalogue- so my wife went on line to Haband and ordered two set of sweats for her. Used my mothers Wells Fargo-Visa Card to pay for the merchandise. Merchandise arrived - somewhat inferior in quality. I have a power of attorney to handle my mothers affairs and when I reviewed her next Visa bill I found an unauthorized charge for $14.95 for "Haband Perks" - no explanation. On line search reveals that it appears to be a discount coupon outfit that offers savings on merchandise, cruises etc. Called the number on the Visa bill and got someone in India to talk to - couldn't understand them. Asked for a supervisor - that person tried to argue with me but then indicated that the charge would be reversed and the "membership" cancelled. No refund credit to my mothers Visa card yet! Next she received an "important notice" from World Financial Capital Bank about her "Haband Credit Card Account" - she never requested a card, has never received one, and doesn't want one. Nothing on the notice received clearly identifies an account number. Looks to me like Haband is the equivalent of numerous fraudulent 3rd party shell billing outfits - with World Financial Capital Bank (who the hell are they?) filling the role of aggregator. Have written World Finacial Capital Bank a stiff letter that will be sent out Registered - return receipt requested. Have alse demanded that they respond to me via US Mail and e-mail. Elder fraud and deceptive marketing practices - shred any catalogues you receive from Haband. Buy your merchandise elsewhere - JC Penneys, Sears, Cabelas etc. Spread the word - I will also contact AARP, state Consumer Agency etc. etc.

I ordered from JMS and was directed to Haband for payment - I used my own credit card - 2 days later I not only see a charge for the shorts I ordered but $14.95 for a VIP charge? What the hell - I called them and they said they would refund my money - I like JMS - but not Haband (clothes are cheaply made) but now won't buy from them at all - Deceptive charge to my credit card - made me mad as hell
