Hair House Warehouse Merrylands review: Hair colour and highlights too dark

On 13th November 2023 at around 10am I went to Hair house warehouse Merrylands to do my highlights and the lady’s name is Rosa. I already had bleached highlights and I wanted to redo my highlights and do my grey roots with a haircut. She said you have to bleach your hair for the highlights and we will redo the roots. My hair was very light golden brown and I didn’t want that colour to change. After they did my toner, highlights and the roots she did the blow dry which looked very dark. I also mentioned that the price I was charged last time was less than $200. She said the girls have been charging incorrectly and the price I have to charge you is 433 but I will give you a discount and make it $360 just to help you. So when I had to pay for the service I wanted to pay by card and she said our EFTPOS machines are not working so we need you to pay cash. I paid cash and she didn’t give me any receipt which I didn’t realise at the time.

Therefore, on 14th November 2023 I went to ask her to fix my hair colour because she has darkened my hair colour too much and she said I didn’t colour those parts of your hair but yesterday she said I will put some colour on some places of your hair so that you don’t have too many colours on your hair. Yesterday I was confused but trusted that she will do it right. The reason I wanted to do my highlights is to lighten my hair and not to darken hair. She offered to strip off the hair colour with bleach in order to lighten my hair back again and ofcourse that will be damaging my hair. So I didn’t accept to go ahead with it. I also had a very bad headace last night after the hair colour and bleach. I am not sure what she has used on my hair.
