Cancel order [protected] & issue credit card refund immediately!

This order was "pending" for five days, up until last night.

Then this morning, when I finally received an email response from bluedogink.com, five days after placing the parts order, I was informed that the parts I ordered are out-of-stock. When I ordered these 2 okidata catridges and the image drum on 8 november, the bluedogink.com online store gave no indication that these items that I ordered were out of stock!

After getting this email below, I immediately checked with my credit card company, to discover that my credit card has been charged for items that bluedogink.com does not have in stock. All bluedogink.com charges were pending as of last night!

Bluedogink.com sent me the email below, stating that all items are out of stock, but csr "emily" failed to tell me in her response email below that I had then charged today for out-of-stock items, without any mention in the email below when bluedogink will get these okidata printer parts back into their stock.

Bluedogink.com's unexplained delay in responding and shipping my order triggered a stress reaction, when my credit card customer service representative told me that it would take at least ten days to refund the cost of these printer parts, that were not shipped because bluedogink.com did not have them in stock, when I placed the order 5 days ago.

Bluedogink.com has calliously disregarded their fiduciary responsibility to communicate the customer's order status, until 3 days after customer's written inquiry email sent to "[protected]@bluedogink.com" and after multiple inquiry telephone messages were left on the [protected] "questions" line listed on my purchase invoice.

Now I remember why I have not purchased okidata printer parts from bluedogink.com in a long time.

It is because bluedogink.com is a disorganized and capricious online business in the extreme.

Cancel order [protected] & issue credit card refund immediately!

Claimed loss: I lost time. Needed these printer parts. Blue Dog Ink lies to me, charged me for out-of-stock parts and I still cannot print.

Desired outcome: CANCEL ORDER <span class="replace-code" title="This information is only accessible to verified representatives of company">[protected]</span> & ISSUE CREDIT CARD REFUND IMMEDIATELY!

Do not buy from BlueDogink.com! There has been no positive customer reviews in 2023. BlueDogink.com is conducting business in a fraudulent manner.

Bluedogink.com charged me for printer parts that they did not ship because they were out-of-stock of the parts. Bluedogink.com online website never indicated the 2 Okidata toner cartridges & Image Drum were out-of-stock when I placed the order on 8 November. BlueDogink.com is conducting business in a fraudulent manner.
