I did fly from colombo in 25th September 2023 with my sister and her 6 month baby. flight numbers QR0661as our first flight departure late we couldn't get our 2nd flight from Qatar to Manchester. So the airline provided a hotel to stay and come for the next flight as we hold British passport there issue on arrival visa too.
When we went immigration counter there was a lady with out any welcome finally she called us and treat us very badly and she through my sisters passport. I did tell her as you be at least little bit nice and don't need to through passport, nothing else I said.
She called us back and took our passport and said she will call her manager.
Manager came and he even didn't listen anything from us. he said why did you make her upset, you said to her she through your passport, I said to him as yes she through our passport. He replied I didn't care about you and I care about my staff only and he took our hotel tickets with him and told us to wait for transfer flight in transfer area for more than 10 hours with 6 month old infant. Without any mistake I even said sorry as we need sisters sun need sleep and food but they did think anything about and went.
Totally disgraceful and very rude service from both of them.
I expect a good investigation on this, you can check the airport CCTV.
Desired outcome: They both must be punished
