On 13/11/2023 at about 1:00am, as I am my family were getting through the security check after the immigration, we took the lift as we were using the stroller. When we got into the lift and got to the level, as the lift door opened, my son somehow got his hand stuck into the lift door. We panicked and asked for help. The airport staff and some passengers who were around came to help us. It was very traumatic. We managed to get his hand out of the lift. The airport staff called for the paramedic and they came immediately to treat my son. I really appreciate till this moment.
Then there was the supervisor by the name of Dhona who came and put the blame on us. We were very scary and worried and at that moment she came and said that you should have taken proper care on your son. I really think this is inappropriate at this moment. We never intentionally did this or neither need an free advice from her.
Then when I told her to not to give me free advise she started to raise her voice on us. She was very rude and she just walked off after raising her voice to us. Is this how the airport staff treat a passenger?
I hope the management would take an stern action on the rude and insensitive staff.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology from the supervisor for being rude
