This product really works. I've grown back about half so far in 5 months. Customer service is also great.

I ordered from this company 4 days ago. Bottom line...their customer service is NON-EXISTENT. They DO NOT respond to phone calls, emails, text messages, or voice mails. You cannot reach anyone. It's a joke. They should be given an award on to easily make customers 100% frustrated due to their complete lack of communication. I am supposed to, (I guess) meet with a doctor via pc but who knows how, when, or if that will ever happen because no follow up communication is sent after you spend $79. I doubt I'll get my money back. I think this may be a scam. Not sure what else to think since all lines of communication are non existent and they have accepted my money. Buy beware!

I called 'em up and talked to a rep last week, and he said he'd get back to me in two days. But I never heard nothin' from him. Now, when I call the customer service line, there's a recorded message sayin' they ain't got no support rep available to answer my call...

I paid for something I never got! Just send the *** or give me my money back and cancel my subscription. I called and emailed the company from 08/01/2022-08/04/2022, but they haven't replied yet.

Nobody answers the chat or email inquiries, and when you text the number on the website, you just get a generic "thank you for your patience" message. I'm pretty sure shady, underground "companies" have better customer support. I bet I could hop on a plane, go to a foreign country where prescriptions aren't allowed, come back, and my order would still be stuck on "processing". This is so sad.

I ordered some hair medicine from Happy Head on 10/31. They sent it to me on 11/9 in a flimsy package that was leaking medicine and had broken glass inside. I called them right away, but nobody picked up. So, I left a message with my name, order number, and phone number. I also sent them an email with pictures of what I got. I asked for a refund and to cancel my subscription because I didn't trust getting medicine in glass bottles and thin packages. Happy Head didn't get back to me for 3 days. And when they did, there were 2 customer service people saying different things. One of them wanted me to send the broken bottle with medicine back to them! I kept asking for my money back and to cancel my membership. But this morning, they charged me $79 again and they're not responding to my requests to cancel. All I want is for them to cancel my subscription, give me back my $79, and never bother me again.

On 10/18, I started getting finasteride from Happy Head (HH) on a monthly basis. They said I gotta take it all the time for it to work. They sent me the first batch on 10/26, no issues. But on 11/15, 2021, they charged my credit card for the next month and didn't give me any tracking info. I emailed them on 11/18, 2021, asking about it, but they never got back to me and I ran out of meds. Finally, on 11/22, 2021, they replied and said there was a problem with the shipment and they'd send another one. But still no tracking info and no meds. I emailed them again on 11/28 and 11/30, saying if I don't get the shipment in 48 hours, they shouldn't bother anymore. They never replied. I never heard from them again. So on 12/3, 2021, after almost 3 weeks of being charged for meds I didn't get, and with HH not responding, I canceled my subscription, disputed the November charge with my credit card, and got my meds from a different place. In December, HH sent useless meds to my address. Now they're telling my credit card company they should get the November charge.

I signed up for a monthly prescription service from Happy Head in January. They charge me 79.99 every 28 days. I got charged on October 20th, but my prescription hasn't been shipped as of Nov 3rd. They didn't tell me about any delay. My supply ran out 6 days ago and I'm worried about the harm it could cause me. I emailed them on October 28th, but they didn't respond. So, I emailed them again on November 1st. Finally, I got a response (see attached documentation). They said the pharmacy shipped the order and maybe Fedex lost it. But that's not true. We have Fedex Delivery Manager for this address and we get notified about all incoming packages as soon as the label is printed, even before the carrier picks it up. We've been able to see every previous order from Happyhead this year as soon as a label is created. The October package hasn't been shipped and there haven't been any labels or packages from HappyHead since September. This is the second time since July that they charged me and delayed shipping for weeks. Here's what I'm asking for: 1. Don't charge me until the order ships. 2. Let me know about any delays so I can plan and avoid any health issues from gaps in taking the prescription. 3. Refund me for October's charge right away. I think this month should be free since they haven't shipped the order in two weeks, and this has happened twice since July. 4. Ship October's order as soon as possible. If they can't do these 4 things, please refund my October order and cancel my subscription completely.
