Unhappy Customer
I lost my job and requested a payment extension for that month, I advised them that I was starting a new job in 3 weeks, and they approved my payment and also received an approval letter from them, but they still went and charged my bank account for the payment, Causing my bank account to go 400 dollars
On to negative, I will never have issues plus my credit is great, i will never going to finance a bike in the future
Recommendation: Finance the bike with someone else

I purchased my Harley in April
I purchased my Harley in April . I pre registered my bike so I could make online payments. When time came to make a payment, my account showed my old bike on the website which had been paid off. I was unable to make a payment online. I called to make a payment and was advised it would cost $12.00 to make the payment by phone and promised it would be fixed so I could make the next payment online. Here we are in November and I still can't make a payment online. I am stopping by my credit union on the way home from work today to refinance. Also their interest rate ***. DO NOT USE THIS LENDER.
I paid off my harley over a month ago, still have not got the title, have called 3 weeks in a row and just got the same answer it should be there any day.they can't tell me when it was mailed out.will not finance through them again
This is one of the upmost un American companies there is This is the first time I used them and will be the last and the last harley-davidson I will ever buy. Due to HDFS
If I could give zero stars, I would. After reading other reviews and seeing the rating, it makes sense - financial services are a joke! Some of the most garbage customer service - unprofessional and did not care to resolve any issues at all. The loan was paid off by the end of June 2022. After multiple attempts to change our password to access our online account because it never sent a password reset link, we were forced to call in and deal with the sub-par customer service. I advised that they failed to cancel our auto-pay and withdrew another payment after the loan was paid off. They claimed they would issue a refund check within '15 days' of the loan being paid off - math clearly isn't their strong suit as it wasn't issued until nearly a month later; the check was finally issued on 7/25/22 but we are still waiting as of 8/8/22.
I had to call again today because we still have not received our refund check and the representatives were vague, saying 'our standard mailing time is a certain number of days'...? Again with the math accuracy. I was then told we continue to wait because it must be the postal service's fault for being 'slow sometimes' (or because it would be an inconvenience to reissue a new check and clearly simple math is outside of that representative's basic skill set...). It's great service telling a customer to 'just wait longer' on money that they shouldn't have been overcharged to begin with had they done their jobs on the initial call, canceling auto-pay as requested. They were completely unwilling to expedite the reissued refund payment or send it via another method or even give a timeline as to when we can expect the refund.
Talking to a supervisor, thinking that would make a difference, was worse - the supervisor copped an attitude, grunting, arguing, rude, and again showed no remorse and did not care when I told her the experience was terrible overall. Sadly, we aren't the only ones to suffer this chaos and clearly, the company could care less about fixing the customer service and online account issues.
They charge 12 dollars to pay your *** over the phone. They are very rude the manager was even more rude than the agent. I will be refinancing locally but will not ever finance with them again. 1 STAR BECAUSE CAN'T DO 0
Reverse payments and do not inform customer resulting in late fees and additional interest
Reverse payments and do not inform customer resulting in late fees and additional interest. When trying to get information about why payment was reversed they blame the bank and will not confirm information sent to the bank. I have used the stored account with them before so I know it is valid and confirmed funds were available during the entire time from submission to when I found out they reversed the payment - ten days after initial payment, six days after reversal when I finally checked their site to see if it still said it was processed. Something is failing on their side, they blame the bank, and don't inform the customer there was an issue with payment.
Constantly calls us several times a day. Even if we are 1 day past due date
Sent a check from my credit union for refinancing and they held it for 3 weeks to get more interest money from me.
Charges $5,000 interest on a $6,000 loan and calls it 22%. Who does their math for them?Good luck getting through if you call, it either hangs up of the agent puts you on hold and never comes back.Avoid any dealership that uses them, walk away from the deal no matter how much you like the bike if the finance department tries to sign you up with these thieves.
HDFS has horrible customer service that doesn't care about any issues you're having with their systems. Their website does not send the email to initiate a password reset at all. The support email address doesn't actually exist and you'll receive a delivery failure when you try to report issues. I called to let them know and they could care less about the problems I mentioned and pretty much refused to report the problems to a tech support team, if one even exists. There have been ongoing and unresolved problems with their website since I bought my first bike in 2010 and every single time I have to call customer service, since I have no other options, the only thing they've ever helped with is making a payment, never even acting falsely that they care to report the issues that caused the problem to begin with. I strongly suggest not involving HDFS/Eaglemark Bank in anyway when financing anything
Horrible company to deal with
Horrible company to deal with. I was a first time buyer in September and with my FICO Score and good credit history they gave me a whooping ***% for 84 months. I called Eaglemark and asked them why they gave me such a high interest rate and they flat lied and told me that the dealership did it. I then called the dealership and started to give them a hard time about it and but they told me that they were quoted that interest rate that very day from Eaglemark. What a bunch of lying thieves! They are starving for capital but their poor customer service ratings run good customers off. I am really *** and with I can give the dumb a*** who runs it a piece of my mind, in person.
High interest no matter your credit, they don't listen to anything you say, and god forbid you ever get late even if you call and explain it to them, they will the same day after you talk to them call and harass your entire family even if you don't give them permission too. Refinancing or paying off in the spring I will never buy another Harley just because of this. Try to be upfront and honest with them does noting they will call 10x a day once you are 1 day late

I am very disappointed in Harley Financial! The agent I spoke with , ***, was extremely rude. He yelled at me and hung up the phone on me when I demanded a manager. The manager I spoke with was not helpful at all and didnt care that her agent was so disrespectful. We will be refinancing through someone else & will never use them for another thing.
Absolutely horrible! While going through a payoff to *** to my personal bank, I had to call 3 times in order to get the pay off paperwork faxed to my bank, 3 times! Now, I just made another 3rd call to get my proof of payoff send to myself and the dealership. Never will we ever go through harley financial again! Insane interest rates, horrible "rider services" who are unprofessional, rude and are very clearly not in any hurry to resolve any issues.
100% awful experience
100% awful experience . Didnt know the "extra" warranties i bought , but didnt want except i was a day too late to cancel. So a 10000 dollar bike cost me 17994.25 and i paid it off in 1 year. They charge 3.00 for each time you pay them , except for big payments then its 12.00 and it must be over the phone or you can mail it free, but we all dont trust that anymore. As bad as this *** was the dealer knows *** well what they did and spoon fed the *** on me the customer just looking to get a bike , not 7000 dollar warranty financed at 11 percent . I had no choice but tighten my belt and get rid of the balance or the cost of the bike would have been more than double what the sticker price was.
Horrible company to deal with. I paid my account off in full yet my online account still has a payoff amount on it indicating there is still a balance on it. Disputed it with transunion and Harley reported Im still obligated to them and my loan is not satisfied. I own a small business and if I didnt *** a receipt paid in full when they paid Id be out of business. The bike was decent but the workings of hdfs is definitely unethical and operates in channels that are considered consumer fraud.
I got a loan through Harley Davidson financing, and have had nothing but problems from them. My monthly payment was set up over the phone to automatically occurs back in July . Harley Davidson has not been upholding their end of auto withdrawal from my checking account which has caused the balance to go negative. I feel this is a serious issue and Harley needs to fix the issue on their end of the auto deduct agreement. I have also been physically threatened by members of the financing team, and I have had my family members threatened as well.

Avoid this financing company like the plague
Avoid this financing company like the plague. I tried to pay off a loan I was a co-signer on and the payment was accepted and I printed a copy. The loan was paid off and that was that. 10 days later they credited the amount back to my account without ever e-mailing me to let me know. 2 months later I get a letter stating the account is 2 months in the rears. That same day I went back to the account and paid if off again. Finally done with this company. 17 days later they report me to the credit bureau as being 30 days or more late. They never did explain why the original payment was kicked back. They did however refuse to remove the reporting to the credit bureau. This company has no regard for the people who use it. Get financing elsewhere at any cost

After covid started i had to remove my automatic payment, we agreed to 2 months of non payment
After covid started i had to remove my automatic payment, we agreed to 2 months of non payment. Once it was time to send a payment by check in the mail to reduce added cost through there 3rd party processing fees option and set up auto pay the following month it didn't go through. I was charged a $45 late fee for sending a check, the automatic payment setup didn't work. After noticing it did not go through i tried to call and the office was closed. I then started getting phone calls everyday, i would answer them and the phone call would hang up on there end...everyday for 4 days this happened i try to call they try to call nothing was solved. Then Saturday the call goes through, i get a condescending person on the phone who was not interested in anything i had to say about the issue, all they cared about was collecting money and treating me like i was all at fault. This is motivation to never get a loan for a Harley from them again. I highly recommend finding alternative loans elsewhere and i will be doing the same
I just sent a payment for the payoff amount that was listed on my MYHDFS.com account
I just sent a payment for the payoff amount that was listed on my MYHDFS.com account. I sent the payment on July 2nd, my banks EFT transfer service says that they received it on 7/3. On 7/7 I decided to check my MYHDFS.com account and it stated that i still owed the payoff. I immediately called HDFSI and talked to them for over 40 minutes and the only thing that they could say was that they had no record of the payment, and that it had not been sent or received. After arguing with them, a supervisor then got on the line and told me to give it until 7/10 so that they could investigate it. Me being me, I decided to call back and ask if I would owe more money than the listed payoff amount due to their negligence. And of course they stated that I would owe $31 more! Its just simply a sad ridiculous business practice when a finance company or any other business is never held accountable for their mistakes and consumer consistently have to keep paying/over paying for them. Something needs to be done about this on the corporate level as well, because if you don't pay your payments on time or come up short on a payment, they will not hesitate to take action, but when you are honest and try to do things the right way, all you get is a bunch of excuses, and garbage business rederick.

Harley Davidson Financial Services has the worst customer service I have ever seen
Harley Davidson Financial Services has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I traded in my 2018 Freewheeler to the Harley dealer for a different motorcycle. 4 days later Harley Financial is calling me stating my payment is past due. I informed the lady whose name was *** that I traded the motorcycle in a few days ago and signed responsibility for it over to the dealer. She told me I was still responsible for the payment and any interest that adds up until it is paid. I let her know I legal signed the bike over to the dealer so she needed to call them as it is there responsibility, not mine. She started to get huffy with me and said I am still responsible for it. I let her know I would have to get an attorney and file a suit against them if they try and financially come after me. I on legal contract signed the trike over as a trade in to the dealer. *** became more huffy and I asked to speak to a manager. I sat on hold for about 15 minutes, at which *** came on a couple of times and said give me a moment please. Then I ended up just getting put back into the system and another person came on who is not a manager and we were going over the same stuff all over again. I asked to speak to a manager and this person said one is not available--like she checked. I did get mad at this point and told her what she could do with herself. I have owned many Harleys--more than 10--never missed any payments, and have sometimes paid more than one payment in a month just to get ahead. And then Harley calls you and pulls this kind of c*** I will never ever buy another Harley and will encourage all my family and everyone I know to go with a different product. I have paid this months payment for the motorcycle I traded in as the dealer assures me I will just get a check for the money sent back to me as an overpayment. But what a bunch of bull s*** It's super sad that as consumers there is nothing we can do again institutions like this.
Here is an update on my review from last year
Here is an update on my review from last year. Harley Davidson Financial just called me during a pandemic to collect $130.00 on a loan that has been paid off for months She said my past due amount was three dollars and fifty two cents and would I like to take care of that today. Can you believe a finance company would do this? If you use this lender you will not get your title unless you hire a lawyer and drag them into court. It's about time that Predatory Lender Harley Davidson Financial used by Boston Harley are exposed for what they really are... Can you imagine denying someone a title after 84 months of hell, because of $3.52. on an 84 month loan at 25% that was paid in full! Then calling during a pandemic to torture the customer even more using harsh collection tactics with not an ounce of compromise. Could not reach anyone at customer support since March 15th. They charged me 13 late fees of $35.00 on an outstanding balance of $ three dollars and fifty two cents. The representative told be they deliberately give no power to the CSR's that call to collect the trumped up charges. These people are bad people that hire unexpected workers to carry out their sadistic torture. My original review was written over a year ago (2019) and this is the update of the torturous last year I have had with them. Nothing has been resolved, they just keep adding money because they know no matter what people say, you're going to use them, because you just have to have that motorcycle, they know this... If you use any one of these businesses SHAME ON YOU after being warned. It's going to cost me $1850.00 to hire a lawyer and have a judge rule in my favor. What a bad look for a company, during a pandemic, when people are dying. Why don't I pay the shake down money? Why wouldn't a company agree with a customer after 84 months instead of sticking to the plan to criminally extort monies from borrowers that's not owed with no ability to challenge the three dollars owed. Thank god they were stupid enough to send a statement saying I owed three dollars and are going to charge it off, show more late's on my credit? I'm going to the Massachusetts Banking Commission and filing a complaint against these bad people 'Harley Davidson Financial"... During a pandemic? Really? implementing the three dollar shake down. You have been warned STAY AWAY. Go to *** search for Harley Davidson Credit Corp to see PDF of actual statement saying I owed $2.65 cents. Mr. Williams

Took out motorcycle loan with Harley Davidson in 2016
Took out motorcycle loan with Harley Davidson in 2016. Was never late with a payment. In June payment was mailed. Harley Davidson contends that they never received this payment. However, they never contacted us to notify us that they did not receive payment, thereby not giving us the opportunity to make payment on time. Instead they waited until after the payment was late to contact us by phone telling us that they had not received June payment. We immediately made payment over the phone, however, they had already recorded payment as being late. We have never had a payment late before or after this incident. Have tried calling them, disputing information on credit reports but they are unwilling to remove late payment. I have never had the misfortune of dealing with a more unyielding corporation than Harley Davidson. They are unwilling to admit they made a mistake in not contacting us and instead continue to put up roadblocks instead of just fixing their mistake. I would caution anybody to not use Harley Davidson for financing as they are unethical in how they treat their customers.
I have bought three motorcycles with Harley Davidson over the course of the last three years. Apparently Harley Davidson Finance does not value a returning customer. I purchased a new *** Roadglide in the fall of last year. I recently paid off this loan and promptly received the title of ownership. For some reason within just a few weeks of receiving my title Harley indicated I still owed over $20k on the motorcycle I had just paid off. Harley proceeded to fraudulently remove money from my checking and failed to communicate what their intentions were. They have now locked me out of my account and still state I owe them money. Soon this will negatively affect my credit. I need someone from Complaintsboard.com to communicate with Harley Davidson Finance as I have been unsuccessful in doing so. My account with them should be $0.00. As the account has been paid in full for over two months now.
I was making payments on my account without knowing that the payments were being blocked. They keep claiming that their system doesnt recognize my bank account but nothing was changed on my end. They implemented a new system at around the same time my payments were being kicked back. A representative of the company told me that this could be the issue and when I called to see if they had fixed the problem they kept blaming it on me. They confirmed the last 4 digits of the bank account that Ive been using for the past 4 years and they keep blaming the issue on me. I have email saying that they received my payment but not one saying that the payment was kicked back. The escalation supervisor named *** said that she cant see what account was used on the old system. I would like your help to prove that nothing changed on my end to get those bad remarks off of my credit report.
I viewed my credit report and noticed that there are fraudulent accounts. This was not sent in error. I am consumer by law. Here are the details of the said inaccurate accounts, company name, balance & date last reported: Account Name HARLEY DAVIDSON FINA Balance $14,060.00 Account Number
I co-purchased this motorcycle with a partner
I co-purchased this motorcycle with a partner. I paid off the motorcycle. Harley Davidson Financial Service has the contractual paperwork that shows this bike was purchased with the word 'AND', not 'OR' on the purchasing documents. After I paid the motorcycle off, they released the title to my co-purchaser with the word 'OR' on it, not 'AND'. This allowed the original Harley Davidson Dealership to buy the bike back from my co-purchaser without my consent or approval. I am wanting them to correct their mistake and reissue the title back to all parties in JOINT OWNERSHIP. I am at a loss of $700 because of nobody verified legal documents before proceeding. This includes the Harley Davidson Contract and the Title that was done incorrectly. I want Harley Davidson to correct the paperwork and reissue the title in joint ownership. This was my legal purchase agreement with Harley Davidson when I bought this bike and the only reason I made payments. It's my understanding that Harley Davidson has not only purchased the bike but has also sold my property to another party. I need everything corrected or I need to be made whole the money I am out from everybody else's mistake.

I changed my phone number about 5 years ago when I moved to ***. Harley Davidson Financial has been calling me ever since. They are trying to reach 2 different people at my number, neither of which are known to me. I informed them that I do not know these people and asked that they stop calling. At one point I told them I would contact and attorney and they stopped calling for a while but now they have resumed the calls. I sent them a registered letter which was received at their PO box and they called again after that and left a voicemail. I called back and explained the situation again. They are telling me they get the phone numbers from "public records" and that all they can do is "flag" the record but can't guarantee no future calls. I realize I could block the number but in the past they also called from collection agencies at other numbers, plus this is an unfair business practice and violates federal statute so I want them STOPPED.
I have a Motorcycle financed through this company. Recently they changed the process you make a payment with no warning to us the Consumers who use this service to make an online payment. "I've made four prior payments. Well, this payment on 09/06/22 was sent a different method. I was left to believe this is how its paid now routing number/ account. Come to find out after several conversations with HDFS at the time of complaint it still hasn't been withdrawn from my account. Per my bank HDFS can take up to five or six days. The site used to make the payment doesn't inform you of the five-to-six-day delay. On top of the fact the upgraded site can't even get my email right. IT leaves out the .com. It shows up as *** They claim fix it and all will be good. Well I've done that four times now. The rep tried to even gaslight me saying just reset it. I'm telling her I have done this it doesn't fix the problem.

HDFS account number: [redacted] I have sent in a payoff for my motorcycle to HDFS that was applied to my account on July 7, 2022.
I called today, July 15, 2022, to see why my account still shows a payoff estimate that is increasing by the day and to request the lien release and/or a statement stating the bike is paid off be mailed to me as it is required I have this at the dealership to cancel the insurance that I financed.
The representative was rude when asked about the payoff estimate and then refused to send me the requested documentation showing my loan is paid off with HDFS, telling me to call back in a certain number of days.
No, I will not call back in two weeks after my account has already been paid off for over a week, just to sit on hold for another 34 minutes, to speak with a rude representative that has zero knowledge, is just reading a script, whose only goal is to rush me off the phone.
I need this paperwork now. Every day I do not have this paperwork is money lost to the insurance I do not want and cannot cancel until I have the paperwork.
Contacted Debt collector asked for proof of the alleged debt specifically the alleged original application bearing my signature they have not been able to provide such proof to me therefore you are reporting misleading false account. Delete this unverified and misleading account.

*** from Harley Davidson Financial called my MINOR son while he was at school and asked him to tell me to call her
from Harley Davidson Financial called my MINOR son while he was at school and asked him to tell me to call her. Absolutely unprofessional and harassing. My ex husband owns the phone and pays the phone line. It is not registered to me, or my address. My son lives with me, but is a minor and should not have a harassing debt collector calling his phone. My husband was in an accident that was the other persons fault and had spinal damage, and paralysis. The person who hit us and totaled the bike and caused physical harm, his insurance is paying for the bike. My husband has been out of work due to the accident and had to have emergency spinal surgery. Harley was notified, and continuously calls me, my in laws, my parents, my employer, and now my minor children over and over again. My husband is partially paralyzed now and cant work. We are seeking damages and suing the man who hit him to pay for the totaled bike and medical. Harley calling my child while he was in school and asking to speak to his mother on a phone line that I am not on or that is not registered to me, but his parent that does not live at my address is completely ridiculous and harassing. It is against the law, and we will be reporting it to the Attorney General.

I completed the terms of my loan, the balance is paid in full. Close to the payoff date I called to give an updated address to have the title sent to me. Their FAQ section states that titles will be mailed a certain number of business days after payoff. I spoke with a customer service representative, a 'rider service agent.' Initially, she mentioned that I called after the payoff to update my address. She then claimed that Harley does not provide titles, and that I am required to obtain my title from the department of motor vehicles of the last state it was registered in. I am puzzled by the idea that a private corporation can compel its customers to engage with government entities to retrieve a product that the customer has acquired from the corporation. Please assist.
Hi, this is [Name Redacted] and since I purchased my new bike in 2018, I've been experiencing motor problems. Just a few months after the purchase, the bike broke down. The repair shop informed me that it had a bent crank, so they overhauled the engine. Unfortunately, the bike has broken down again recently, and now there seems to be an issue with oil consumption, which I believe is related to the engine work done at Mountain View Harley-Davidson. I've discussed this with Cam, the owner, and he promised to investigate the matter. However, nothing has been resolved yet. My bike has been sitting at the Harley-Davidson Mountain View dealership for two weeks without any progress. I urgently need someone to contact Mountain View and insist they either repair the engine or provide a replacement. I'm at a standstill and require assistance. Please reach out to me at [Phone Number Redacted] as soon as possible. I'm looking forward to a resolution and to having the subpar repair job corrected. Thank you.
I've been paid in full now for 2-weeks. HD-financial refuses to respond to a request for title release letter.Tried contacting, on hold a total of 5-hours. 5 emails were sent concerning this issue. No response.
I paid of my Harley in May 2022 I waited over a month to contact them about my title
I paid of my Harley in May 2022 I waited over a month to contact them about my title. When I called they said there was a problem with the title which I would have never known about if I didnt call them. Long story short I had to take time off work to go to DMV only to find out a title had been released to Harley financial services in 2014. I called Harley back and they said they would send me a form to take to DMV so I had to take more time off from work and go back. DMV charged me *** for a duplicate title so I had to pay to get my title. When I called Harley back they said to email them the receipt for reimbursement which I did whe I didnt hear anything back I called them and now they are saying that they wont reimburse me since it was an issue with the state DMV. I paid the title fee when I bought the bike I shouldnt have to pay again to get the title. Now not only do I want the *** I paid for the duplicate title, I want compensation for 4 hours of my time which I had to take off from work (***) an hour because it was their job to supply me with a title when I had already paid for it. I shouldnt have had to go apply for a duplicate when I never got the original. I have contacted them again and they say they will not pay because the dmv made a mistake. Bottom line it that it is their job to make sure I have a title.

I was a victim of Identity Fraud
I was a victim of Identity Fraud. I work for one of the credit bureaus, thus have credit monitoring on my account. In November , I was notified of inquiries on my credit report from Harley Davidson. This wasn't my doing. My wife and I bought a house in end of August, had second in September. When I saw the inquiries hit my credit report, I called Harley Davidson Financial Services and told them this was fraud and not to let it go through. On December 3rd, a Harley Davidson auto line of credit hit my account for $45,000. I have since been in the process of filing proper paperwork with Harley Davidson, which is time consuming and hard having two young kids in covid times with no family around. To add in this process, the fraud manager hasn't been very kind to me, telling me I am responsible for this loan until I prove otherwise. This upsets me tremendously because I called them when the inquiries first hit my account and told them to shut it down. I was proactive in the process. I did my due diligence and I feel like I wasn't take seriously and tossed aside. Now I am trying to get my credit score back to where it was (800+) since it is below 620 now. I am worried and afraid that I won't have everything removed from my credit report and my score will still be impacted due to Harley Davidson Financial negligence in their loan giving practices.

I had a lien with HDFS, because I was seriously affected during the declared national emergency with both health and my work. I had no choice but to default on the loan and had them pick up the motorcycle. I have since settled the remaining balance with HDFS. However, I have called a few different times to try and speak with someone about when my account will show settled and paid on my credit report and if reporting discrepancies could be addressed. Every time i have called in I am transferred. I have always been told their systems are down, they are in a meeting, transferred and disconnected, or again, in meetings and will call me back. To date, i have not been able to talk with anybody about my account still showing balance due on my credit reports, when its been paid in full. No one ever calls me back or will even talk to me or address my questions. This has gotten rather annoying and irritating. Since they have my money now, they don't seem to care about addressing my questions or even updating my credit report. Also, when i settled this account HDFS wouldn't allow me to pay them, I had to call the collections company, yet, when I talked to them about the credit reporting issues and getting a letter of settled debt they directed back to HDFS. I can't seem to get help from anyone with this issue from HDFS.I am trying to get a new mortgage and their lack of customer service is hindering my ability to prove the debt is settled.

On June 7th, I was in a severe motorcycle accident
On June 7th, I was in a severe motorcycle accident. After the accident, my bike was reported totaled to Harley insurance company and collected. After reported, the company has told me that the motorcycle was going to be paid off. After it was reported to the *** I never even received another *** from Harley financial services , therefore I thought everything was taken care of. After a couple months I decided to check my credit report only to find out that I have received a negative *** on it from Harley financial services. I immediately reached out to them to see what had happened for this to occur. At that time they had told me that I have not been making my payments on the motorcycle. When I further looked into the issue, it was not actually paid until October, which is months after. I have questioned Harley financial services asking why they have stopped sending bills or even giving me a notice as to why all this has happened. All they stated was that they are not responsible for billing me and could not give me a real explanation of why this all had happened. Now due to Harley financial services taking it upon their selves to stop sending a monthly *** and statement like they had since day 1 and also not giving any warning whatsoever that this was happening , my credit has taken a severe hit. Now the bike has been paid off from the insurance company the only outcome to be settled upon is the negative *** on my credit removed by Harley financial services. They have now made four delinquent against my credit.

I paid off my motorcycle in full on December and they confirmed that no hidden charges or any other value is owed but they never sent my title and it has been over six months. Instead they sent me a statement saying I owe $0.00 the following two months. Now, six months later they're saying I owe a late fee after monthly statements show that the total amount due was paid in full and shows $0.00 due on my account. Recently Harley-Davidson Credit Corp. has called to collect $47.72 after months of owing $0.00 and not giving me my title. After a call lasting my entire evening they waived the fee and said that my title will be sent in 3 business days and nothing else is needed from me. Thinking this was the end of my terrible experience with the HD organization I get another call two days later from HD collections saying I now owe $3.00 and this needs to be paid before they send me my legal documentation stating that I'm the rightful owner of my property. After explaining to them that this is another mistake made by their organization they waived the fee and said that my title will be sent in 3 business days. During the 6 month timeline I have been waiting for a resolution so I can re-sale my asset. They unlawfully held my title and I lost potential revenue on my vehicles value. These are not the only mistakes HD has made during my experience with them but I gave them the benefit of doubt in the past and I'm afraid to monetize the dollar value stolen from me. I hope this statement reaches the management team so they can salvage future consumer relationships.
In september I was having problems paying my bills due to some financial strain associated with an upcoming move
In september I was having problems paying my bills due to some financial strain associated with an upcoming move. I called harley davidson financial services because I was behind in my payments. I made an arrangement with them to have a 3 month deferral of payments, and the person I spoke to (female, though cant remember her name) told me that as of November that's when my next payment would then be due according to the payment arrangment, and at that point i would have zero payments in arrears. It would be like starting fresh as of November . So, I fulfilled my end of the arrangement and since November I have been making every payment on time- with a little bit extra paid on each payment. I was still getting collection calls so starting in january i reached out and found out that there had been a $200 balance that remained on my account- so even though i was making my payments on time they had been reporting me late every single month since september to the credit agencies. I called several time to fix this, and asked to be directed to a supervisor. I spoke to the same gentlemen three times who understood the mistake, said that it was on their end, but continued to do nothing to fix it. He claimed to be sending it to a supervisor and following up with me- but when I called back or checked the website nothing had been done. I am more than willing to pay the $200 and bring my account even, BUT its not fair that they misled me and reported me as paying late month after month due to their own error. Its on a recorded call with them where i asked the rep VERY specifically when i first made the payment arrangment "what will i owe as of november 1st" and she very specifically said I would be current and owe one payment, which i obliged.
Hello, I am filing a complaint due to unlawful marking of repossession on my credit report following a motorcycle accident due to my my
Hello, I am filing a complaint due to unlawful marking of repossession on my credit report following a motorcycle accident due to my my insurances improper handling of this claim. I had never been late on any of my payments and on March 1, 22 I had a motorcycle accident on the highway. CHP came to the seen and due to not having the funds to pay towing to my home, the tow driver stated my insurance would pay for the tow to their tow yard if I did not have funds. I opted to do that and allow him to tow my motorcycle to their tow yard, *** in ***, . I spoke to *** at the tow yard on 3/2/22 and she stated for me to contact my insurance and she will speak to them re: picking up the vehicle. I spoke to my insurance various times and they had not picked up the motorcycle. I attempted to make March's payment for 1 month, from 3/17-4/24 and got the run around. My online harley acct was locked prior to 3/18/22 which is when my payments were due. I attempted to login on 3/17/22 and it stated i needed to call, which i did on 3/18/22. I was told the *** i needed to speak to was closed and they couldnt help me. I called again the following week and was told i needed to speak to collections and i asked why if I was not yet default? No answer except to call back. On or around 4/24, i was told by my claim handler at my insurance that, harley credit picked up my motorcycle from the tow yard and they never notified me of this and had also marked it as a reposession. I called Harley and spoke to a very nasty representative named *** who stated there was nothing they could do to remove the repossession and that they notified me via certified mail of thia reposession on 4/28/22 and they picked up the bike 4/22/22. Til this date, 6/13/22, i have not received any notice or call from harley, no one has left any messages on my.phone, or anything. I now have this repo on my credit and dont feel I should owe anything due to failing to properly notify me or contact me.

We sold our bike to an individual, that individual paid HDFS directly (Not Us) over the phone via wire
We sold our bike to an individual, that individual paid HDFS directly (Not Us) over the phone via wire. HDFS Released the lien and sent me proof of lien release they also released the title to the bike to the person who purchased it, mailed it to the address he gave them. 60 days later the wire reversed, because they guy who bought it stole it via fraud and theft by deception. HDFS did all the exchanging of funds, not us. They have since placed the entire balance back on our account and sent the account to collections. $40,000! HDFS did not use any proper steps to verify the funds they were receiving, they released the lien and title, yet somehow put it back on us to pay the balance. This is wrong, should not be able to happen. If I would have been paid the funds and then paid HDFS, to only have the funds reversed from my account 60 days later, HDFS would tell me too bad and to kick rocks after they would have been paid. So how are we liable for the balance since it was not us who received or took in the funds? How is this legal? How is this justified? Doesn't HDFS have insurance, or safety protocols for stuff like this? This has devastated our credit, and we paid them perfect, had equity and a trade when we bought. All of that is gone, we cant get qualified for another bike, or let alone an emergency loan god forbid we needed one. It has caused so much distress on our livelihood, we cant refinance our home, or even get another bike. We will have to wait 10 years for this to fall off. A multi-BILLION dollar company shafting their honest customers. We simply want the account REMOVED completely from our report, we don't want to even have it show we ever purchased with them. OR to have it show paid off and paid as agreed as it was before. It has ruined our credit. OR a replacement of the same bike and options and agreement to reinstate the loan if we have a identical bike to take the place of the stolen bike. We have legal docs from theft and attorney backing the claim
