Harrah's Resort review: Room and pool area

My boyfriend and I stay a Harrahs a lot considering we love the pool there. We stopped in on Wednesday 01/31. We were staying at the Hard Rock due to the fact that our last stay at Harrah's we had roaches in the bathroom which is normally never a problem. So, we went to the pool Wednesday, around 2 o'clock, and I had a small speaker with me. The clip speaker is the size of my fist. We often bring it to a few other hotels, but they told me at Harrah's that I wasn't allowed to bring it in. I asked if I could leave it in my pocketbook. They responded in a nasty tone stating no like I was a child. Then I said I was willing to just leave it with them. Again, the security guard was nasty and went into my pocketbook to check it. I had no problem with that. She seen my boyfriend's prescribed stomach pills and told me I was a drug addict and then proceeded to tell me I had to leave. I was confused and growing irritated with the situation. The security guard continued to berate me, including telling me that I am there every week trying to sell drugs. I am not there on a weekly basis considering I have a full-time job that wouldn't allow for that to even be considered an option. Again, I was furious and embarrassed. While I understand there are rules in place for a reason, they shouldn't treat customers in such a demeaning manner. The whole team there was definitely out of line. Afterwards, we decided to go to Ocean where we had no problem with the team they had in place. Out of all the hotels we have been too, we have never been treated as poorly as we were at Harrah's.
