The whole holiday at haven. A shambles from the start
Check in was between 5 and 6. Didn't get checked in till 6 with a 2 year old had nowhere to nap or relax.
Buggy which we asked if we could rent on the day, were told about 3 times by staff to keep coming back later which eventually by 7 we got one
Broken bench in the caravan with screws sticking out and also with a plank of wood lay on the side surely breaches health and safety when we have a 2 year old and 4 year old running around. Nothing done about this even tho reported and was still stuck there in caravan by the check out day
Staff unhelpful and under trained with ridiculous queues and no information about how long stuff would be. Burger King with no burgers being served
Entertainment lounge with no space for children and when spoken to haven I have been told in a very snotty manner that I shouldn't let me child sit in the stairwell. Explaining to a 4 year old he can't watch the entertainment he's been looking forward to because every table is taken isn't easy. My child had an awful time from start to finish
All activities were fully booked and booking slots is difficult with a 2 year old who still naps and needs fed as specific times however when complaining was told i should book 4 weeks in advance. Clearly not taken into account you can't just plan activities like this around a 2 year old. Swimming always fully booked as people just booking it early regardless if they will go or not and haven allow this
Only 3 beds out of the 4 made up for us on check in, so although no hardship a snotty response explaining that one bed was forgot to made up by the cleaning team simply doesn't cut it when I pay for a holiday and have to hang around till 6pm.
Holidays a shambles from start to finish and I won't go back. Even the email from my complaint has been met with a snotty response and contradicting manner

Customers services
We stayed at littlesea in Weymouth last week and left a suitcase behind. It was found and was told if we contact a courier service they would be happy to box it up
So we booked DPD and paid £20. The driver came on the day that it was booked for but the reception desk couldn't find parcel and he left. So after another lengthy phone call we arranged for DPD to come to collect again, giving them all the email and directions to were parcel would be paid another £20. Courier arrived and refused to take it saying label incomplete. So now I'm worse of with no suitcase all my best clothes and £40 worse off.
Desired outcome: Would like either a refund of money or the suitcase sent to me.
Customer service and caravan
Hi arrived at the park on friday 20th may and went to reception to complain about the hanging branches from the trees, also about the state of the couch with food stains on it also about the radiator as this was broken, so we asked to be moved to which we were told they didn't have any caravans available but they would move us on the saturday to which we agreed to stay for one night.
The following day nobody had contacted me so I phoned at 11.45am to be told that we would not be being moved as there was not a caravan available and the upholstery guy came on the friday to clean the couch but I was informed by him that he needs to take away all the cushions away and that they would still be wet when he returned them what was not acceptable, so I asked for the manager to come to the van.
He seemingly came to our van but we were not in but we did not leave the caravan till 8.45pm to which my response to the email was asking what time george arrived at the van as he wasn't at ours.
We were not even offered a voucher for all our hassle and we have been customers here for over 20 years. My reference number for the park is [protected] and I have already booked to go back to seton sands in the september where is will have a 3 year old child with me.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Desired outcome: a refund on my next holiday as i have booked for Berwick in April too.
Security guards
I booked a familyholiday to presthaven on 18th of June 2021. We had a nice time until Wednesday 23/06/2021. My partner Daryl was assaulted by security it was a unprovoked attack I Witnessed the whole incident. The two guards arrived at our caravan to say that there has been a noise complaint. My partner said everything is fine here take a look. As one security followed Daryl into the caravan the other security guard pulled Daryl out of the caravan from behind he had no idea what was going on he was threw to the ground aggressively and then pinned down with force by the two security guards they had him pinned down for a few minutes I watched this happen right infront of me I was scared and froze I couldn't believe what I just saw. When the security guards were on floor they said to me will he be calm I replied yes they let him go and quickly sped off in there car not even bothering to take a look in caravan or apologise for the attack nasty men. My partner immediately rang the police then headed to the gates to wait for police. Things got heated with the security guards and Daryl those horrible security rang police aswell Daryl has evidence on his phone of being punched in the neck and other things which has been recently sent to police and solicitors . Police turned up to deal with the two phone calls they questioned me about the incident they didn't take note of the attack that I witnessed they just wanted to get Daryl off site as security didn't want him on site security were telling police that they had reason to do what they did making up lies to the police also. The mad thing is because my partner had no where to go the police arrested Daryl for breach of peace which was wrong of the police it felt like they were covering the whole thing up was not good the security guards should of taken them security guards in for assault not Daryl he was treated awfully. We have since asked police to review our complaint and have got a solicitor those horrible security broke my partners shoulder and collar bone for no reason I know this because I watched it happen they ruined our holiday we ended our holiday early as we were scared they were going to come back. We rang presthaven when we got back asking for a refund they lady was very abrupt and said are you recording me she wasn't apologetic and said well NO you were arrested so you not having a refund or any type of apology absolutely awful. We have a solicitor involved as they cannot get away with what they did that's why we are not just leaving it the whole thing was awful I had to wittness an attack on my fiancée which has effected both of our mental health and as it stands they are getting away with it they are dangerous and shouldn't be working on a family park. We have made a complaint to haven aswell but we don't think they are going to do anything as we have been let down by the holiday park they will be trying there best to just try and get away with it. Injury
Whilst at haven holiday park on sat 30th October, I was in the live lounge waiting for the show to start and to get a better view I picked my chair up to move it and whilst doing this the main lights went out and I then tripped over a dark stool which u cant see causing me to drop the chair on my foot.after sitting down to check my foot as the pain was excurating only to discover my foot covered in blood, my mum seeing all the blood ran to get a member of staff, he tended to my foot twice as the blood came through the 1st lot.I filled the accident book in.I reported the accident again at reception to which the entertainments manager Rebecca Lambert rang me to see what had happened.it was my sons birthday on the 30th which was spoilt due to me not being able to do anything, I spent the last few days using a wheelchair as I was unable to walk due to the pain and the banadges.when I came home on the Tuesday I managed to go to my doctors to check it wasn't broken it wasn't but nerve damage, I still suffer now with pain and cant wear shoes for long.I lost a bit of my nail.I want the stools removed as they are dangerous, better floor lighting so you can see where your going and some compensation for my injury and the fact my sons birthday was ruined.the fact that haven never even followed my injury upset me.
A charge of $15.45 was declined on my cashapp card. I have no idea what streaming service this is. I have never heard of them.
I don't want to be charged for this again.
Please help me fix this.
