While the website for Headlight Experts is fairly straightforward, their customer support is not. There is no phone number to call for support. It's all email based. They have a chat feature but the subjects have canned responses. It is not one on one support. The email route presents the minimal amount of information. You can only ask one question at a time so if you are totally confused about something, you're up a creek. I was provided a phone number to call but an operator from sales answered the phone and he was not happy that I reached his phone with a technical question. After a minute he said for me to get additional questions answered, I should follow their email route. Very poor customer support. Be sure to read their return policy too. They only give RMA's on uninstalled kits. How am I supposed to know if their product fits without attempting to install one? It was not plug and play for me and now I'm stuck with 5 LED kits that I can't use. Also, they are not BBB compliant. Ouch!
