A county that worries about repossessions for a corrupted company like Heartland Capital Investments. Just because they can afford lawyers and not let people who want to represent themselves speak oh that's what you Justice Center here in Dandridge does. Look at Heartland Capital Investments reviews look at their Google reviews and the BBB.org profile. There are people in turmoil losing countless irreplaceable memories and items. People living paycheck to paycheck. However Jefferson Co. Police honor service and integrity are more worried about repoing a shed that I had no recollection of the price nor here for it's delivery until 10 months later I receive a contract dated for December 2021 when the shed was delivered to my backyard earlier that year in January. 3 years later they come and report today Mar 22nd 2024 Knowing my rights, they ignore them just like the rest of the typical counties justice system here that needs a purge and reform

This is only the beginning. I was never given a contract until about year later then Heartland Capital Investments sued and repossessed me. My signed documents but I had nothing to do with a final price or payment system let alone a final cost of the payment within the amount of time I was supposedly went to owning it which was just renting it repossessors came about a two and a half year later after me having the building and I was able to get them to go away while this happened I was talking to one of the managers at Heartland Capital Investments it's close to her I signed a document but I've never seen the payment or the final cost of this building she said the money that I have put down on it was just renting the building I can decide within the amount of time that if I wanted it to rent on it I didn't ask her what about the $240 that the delivery driver demanded while I was out of town when the building was being delivered she said you don't have to call the delivery company that delivered it. But before all this I asked her why was I never given a contract until almost a year that's why I stopped payments she said we sent you a contract sir I said my roommates was here I was out of town when you delivered this they had no idea I had no idea you guys were going to deliver it so she tried to make some kind of agreement with me I still have never agreed to the cost once I saw the final payout of the building about three and a half years later judge ordered to have the building repossessed which was last Friday I have countless items in there that's family friends as well as myself I have no way of getting this stuff back unless the building comes back unless somebody brings all my stuff back with me I'm a disabled veteran and I violated my civil rights let alone the way the judge acted and said what he said on the paper I also showed them that my name was not the proper name on the document I have did a legal name change over 4 years ago almost they said it didn't matter and took the building anyway the police also assisted the repossessor and taking the building I need helping me I have a seven days to get my stuff oh and also they came and got the building a month and a half after the appeal that I filed had failed which was just to buy more time to get help which they had 10 days from the date it was ordered to come get the building they came the judge here at Jefferson County Justice System intended to Tennessee wouldn't let me even defend or speak my case when we have the hearing in September the hearing was reset multiple times including the first time when their attorney couldn't be there at the time of the hearing also the judge specifically say bring the powers of the county upon him if needed and the officers helped the repossessor with taking my building all I originally wanted back was the money we had put down on the building monthly for the first 10 months which was well over $800 which they claim is what we paid all this was just a rip off as I've been ripped off so much as of last year another place I need to sue as well and I have the video to that speaking of videos I have a video of Jefferson County Police Department trying to get into my home based on a rumor they heard help me start to purge this County of his racist profiling a

And wrongful Justice and a county that thinks they can do whatever, whenever, however, to whomever!
