Ordered three dishes containing chicken and got 2 small chicken cutlets, 1 bag with a hole in it leaking chicken juice all over the other products. Now I have 3 meals and no chicken so I have to go the grocery store which kinda defeats the purpose of food delivery.
Desired outcome: chicken in my house now.

I closed my account after the last order was dispatched around the 30/10/2021 and received the last delivery - upon receipt of this delivery I found that there were 4 items missing, the bag had been opened and also a recipe missing - couple this with the meat all expiring on the 5th November meaning the box to me was no good. having to purchase extra ingredients - finding recipes and freeze or not use the recipes due to use by dates was not good. However as I closed my account I would not advise on the app the missed ingredients as the credit would be applied to the account which I no longer have. So I called customer services, I advised when I first started with hello fresh I used the PayPal dispute and a partial refund was issued that way so was advised to do this.
I raised the claim with PAYPAL and HELLOFRESH did not respond. So I raised the claim to a dispute by which PAYPAL contact you - AND a FULL REFUND was issued last week. This I did not request as I received goods just not to the full expectation.
Then yesterday 24.11.2021 I received an invoice for a payment for the amount from the 03.11.2021 delivery as the amount was failed to be taken from my payment source. This is incorrect and I can show the paypal messages and dispute.
I also received a phone call from your customer services team about why I was leaving and can they persuade me to say where I also informed them about the above issues.
Last night a lovely lady was helping me with this but advised you require the payment or further charges and 3rd party resolution may occur. I have paid this following this advise. as they advised only a £7.50 refund would be issued after payment.
However I have raised this as a complaint with paypal as this is how tis matter was RESOLVED.id-pp-d-[protected] whom have advised you were entitled to request this from me.
I would like to speak to someone regarding this as I have spent almost 40 minutes yesterday on the phone, 30 minutes writing this and preparing information and also the time spent making the origional phone call and claim on payal.

well hello! guess what hello fresh did? i had put a hold on all weeks because of the heat and the first week was fine. The next week i look at my bank balance and see hellofresh for 25 dollars Urg. I thought i had put this on hold. I discussed this with Jenna after finally getting a number, not an email address. She said she could not do anything about it, even though the "food" was not out of processing and definitely not into shipping. Ok. Fine I am out 25 dollars. I did get a run around and i wanted to know if i would be charged anymore since it was a special price over the span of 7 meals. she said I would not be charged anymore, and the account is cancelled. Hopefully, I will not need to complain anymore. sorry no photos.
Never Received Box and Not Refunded
One of our boxes was marked shipped and then never arrived. We reached out to hello fresh and they said they would give us credit for the next box. When the next week comes we get charged for the next box. So we reach out again and they tell us they are going to refund the box that never came. I waited over a week and the refund never showed up. So we reached out again and they said it was processing and would be a couple more days. After waiting a couple more days still no refund, and then I got charged for the next box. We reached out again and were told that they credited us for a box which was absolutely not true. We told them we were cancelling our subscription and their response was that they would give us a $10 credit. Absolutely ridiculous.

Product, Hello Fresh
After being abroad for 3 weeks we ordered Hello fresh as we didn't have ANY food in our fridge or cupboards. Ordered 4 meals and so far two are wrong with missing items. The Fragrant Tofu Laksa is missing 4 items: red Thai paste, vegetables stock, cornflour and peanut butter. How are you supposed to make Laksa without the flavour? I currently just have coconut sauce. This is appalling.

I received this week's box on 2nd September.
Inside was a book of vouchers.
I was incredibly interested in the Emma Mattress voucher as I've been planning to invest in a new mattress this year, and was going to purchase.
Went to purchase only to discover the voucher was valid only until 1st September - my Hello Fresh box was delivered on 2nd September.
Disappointing as it was a 41% off voucher.

Canceling Hello Fresh
There is no way to cancel Hello Fresh through the app at all. I have a android phone and I was trying to cancel my order before things being shipped and I saw $83 dollars was taken from my account. They want to give me half of my money and I feel that is not right.

To Whom it May Concern,
I am beyond disappointed with your company and it's ethics. I was sent an offer for 14 FREE Meals. As a teacher, I watch every penny I earn so you can imagine when I am charged $150 what that felt like! When I called to inquire I was told, "The first x number of meals are 50%, then 35% . . . "
This offer was fraudulent! Free is Free, NOT discounted. You need to be forthcoming to the people you are trying to attract as customers, not attempt to dupe then into trying and continuing your service.

I had started to place an order…after horrendous problems with the website…, but when I realised it was too expensive I cancelled it and deactivated my account. However today I noticed a payment has gone through, even though there has not been an acknowledgement of an order, plus the account had been reactivated! I am not at all happy!

When I received an offer to restart Hello Fresh I decided to give it another try. Living alone two meals per week is as much as I can handle. Because I had a chest freezer die recently I packed my fridge freezer with what it would take and put some in the fridge. The rest filled to tall garbage cans for Waste Management.
I intended to order two weeks ahead so I could use up what needed to go and give myself a break. I Ordered for June 21: Crispy Parm Chicken and Firecracker Meatballs.
I was shocked when I got a confirmation the next day that my order was on the way...no way to stop it.
Desired outcome: Remove me from any further orders.

It is extremely sad and disappointing that an organisation who vouches on customer satisfaction can not even refund the amount in a scenario where their product cannot be consumed and as a matter of fact even touched by the consumer.
I called up the help line as soon as I found out that I was charged for the box, to cancel it .
You on the other hand didn't bother to notify me through any mode of communication regarding the upcoming box. Please note an email or a message with the information would have not hurt .. given that you send out a lot of random marketing emails .
It's is like it's your strategy to not inform and just discretely send the box so that the customer has no time and you can blame them for not cancelling in time
Also as a cherry on the top, the pre selection of meals is more than ridiculous

Vegetable rotten
My bell pepper had a huge rotten spot on it when upon arrival . I was disappointed in the quality of the zucchini as well.. they are slightly soft/ leathery feeling. I did not take a picture of that but I am sending a pic of the bell pepper . I would like a refund .. $48 …I am just adding extra words now because it was too short before. Food poisoning?
I just received my order today and put it all straight in the fridge right away.
I prepared the meal exactly as directed, the same evening. Within an hour and a half or so of eating it, I felt extremely nauseous and have been vomiting. I was feeling 100% well before cooking and eating it. I'm not sure why, whether the ingredients were not fresh as they seemed fresh.
My husband is also nauseous and feels sick.
I cannot eat the other two meals as the thought of cooking and eating them makes me feel sick to my stomach. I worry that perhaps something went wrong with the shipment?

Missing meat in my delivery

I have had a delivery today and firstly I had to complain it was delivered to the front of the house when I specifically asked for it to be delivered to the back, I had to ask for someone to drive to my house as we weren't in for a few hours and it was in clear view of passers by. Finally, I have only had 3 of the 4 meats in the package, I have not had 2 portions of chicken delivered for my thyme roast chicken dish.

Delivery to my neighbor across the street
Good morning... Not so good morning it is! This is a complaint about one of your delivery drivers that delivered to my neighbor across the street (mike & tina fleming) this morning... He drove in with this loud booming music... I went outside to let him know that I as a homeowner here at lindsay ranch do not appreciate that loud booming music early in the morning... I took a video of this disrespectful driver & he took his phone out to record me... I was very respectful to him just letting him know I did not appreciate that loud booming music he was playing! He even got out to deliver his package & left his drivers side door wide open! He had the audacity to call me a "b" rythms with witch... I videotaped the white delivery vehicle including the license plate of this delivery driver! This is not acceptable i'm sorry... I talked to my neighbor across the street & she was also wondering where that loud music was coming from... No respect from this driver at all!
My first delivery just turned up and there were no recipe cards for the meals I bought.
I contacted customer services to get the recipe cards but was told I can only have them in pdf form. I have trouble seeing with my eyesight on a small phone screen. So I asked for them to collect the box and cancel my order. I was told they do not offer refunds or any other solution. The lady was completely in reasonable and offered no solution at all to the issues. Even though this is the first and last time I shall be ordering from them again.

I work in the building of Via6 Apartment community at 2121 6th ave Seattle WA 98121 and around 4:30 4:50pm on 5/20/21 . The driver stood inside the entrance of our building trying to flag one of us for several minutes with 3 boxes at his feet. Unsure what he was trying to do and he was blocking residents from getting in and out of the building, I I finally came over to him with a cart to help him out and I asked to hold onto his id for the cart ad he all the sudden he said it not his job, hes not going up becuase of covid I then told him he had to deliver the boxes up to the apartment We just don't have room at the concierge to store resident belongings.. He then started accusing me of being racist saying cause he was colored I treat him like that and claiming I was being rude, he said he didn't appreciate me coming at him like that and how I need to not talk to him like that in which he kept saying. He was making a complete scene and I was in shock and taken back from his action towards me.
At this point my coworker intervened and tried to calm him down while he was pointing at me saying I was being rude to him and how he didn't appreciate it and how he is a person of color and I should treat him the same as everyone else and he was just trying to do his job, which I tried to tell him that's all I was doing as well. The whole situation made me shocked that he was working and treating me like that for not even finishing his own job and trying to make us do it.
Unfortunately this is not the only person we have had problems with delivering the Fresh boxes. It seems to be everyone that delivers Fresh to this building. The drivers leave them all over in the lobby never coming up to us and not bringing it to the customer. Our staff finds the boxesnin hallways and in the entrance of the building or right next to elevators and they never come up to the concierge to properly deliver customers orders.
Our delivery process is just like every other building downtown seattle in which it is secure access and have to reach out to the customer or a concierge to complete delivery. The drivers just show us the order and we give them access to the floor so they can properly deliver to customer. What has been going on has not been okay and our residents tell us to let them up and we never even talk to the drivers at all and then the resident is upset with us. This incident was the last straw and I have to say something. I was wondering if we can tell the drivers to come speak with us (Concierge) because it has become kind of a problem in random areas of the lobby. The lobby is public to anyone and is not secure at all.
Desired outcome: the delivery drivers finish delivering Fresh boxes directly to the customer and coming to the concierge for access and that gentleman working to ( 5/20/21 at 4:30pm ) never come in this building ever again.

My name is Andrew Stamp. I ordered Hello Fresh for my parents on the 4th of May who live at 21 Barrier View road Leigh 0985
North Auckland.
I gave instructions to leave it at the front door. My father left instructions at the front door to leave it in the garage.
I don't even think the person the driver went there as he delivered the box to the local store which is the mail sorting Centre. My father wasn't notified and there was a card in hi P.O box saying there was a box.
There was no P.O box address on the box.
I'm really unhappy as I don't think the driver even attempted delivery and the only reason why my father realized the box was there was because I told him it had been delivered and he said it's not here. If I am going to order in the future this needs to be sorted out.

Received order that was not requested. Their representative said my account was reactivated but I did not do it. I believe I should receive full refund rather than one half. Please respond. I should not be required to pay for something I did not request.
