They didn't deliver food and took larger sum than needed
We ordered food from the website www.hellofresh.com. But our order hasn’t been delivered. As well as these jerks overcharged us. They took additional sum for the dish, which we haven’t ordered. WTF? We tried to reach these jerks, but they of course tried to avoid all communication with us. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

Cancelled account online and called to ask for refund and cancelation. Receiving another box this week and charged. Company claims I did not cancel account, just the box. I cancelled online thr week prior.

Hello, So ive cancelled my hello fresh account. but they took money out of my account even when, 1. didn't order anything 2. don't use hellofresh anymore 3. have already cancelled my plan and subscription.
Billing/ was billed for two orders and not refunded when the service was cancelled. This was back in January and I still have not received my refund. Can someone please help?

I was charged yesterday for a box which i didn't order or receive. I paused my orders so I am unsure how I have been charged. This order is not showing in my account as out for delivery. I want this charge refunded. I do not have an order number as there is no order on my account.
