Based on my experience with Henderson Hyundai Superstore, Inc
Based on my experience with Henderson Hyundai Superstore, Inc. located at 460 N. Boulder Highway in Henderson, Nevada, I totally agree with the customer's review. The customer service I received was really poor. So, here's what happened: I had my 2018 vehicle dropped off with the ignition key by triple AAA during this pandemic, and guess what? My vehicle got stolen from their property. Can you believe it? The police report and investigation confirmed that my vehicle was indeed taken from their place.
Now, here's the kicker: when the police department found my vehicle, it was in a sorry state. Both the interior and exterior were damaged. It's like those criminals had a field day in there. They even took my city sticker, my fancy designer sunglasses, and my hard-earned money. But that's not all. I strongly suspect that those criminals engaged in some not-so-pleasant activities in my car. I mean, come on, there were underwear in the back seat and a funky smell lingering around. You can connect the dots, right?
To make matters worse, I never received any satisfactory repairs or compensation for all the inconvenience and safety issues I faced during this pandemic. It's just not right, you know? My name is L. G, and I'm really disappointed with my experience at Henderson Hyundai Superstore, Inc.
I used to give it 5 stars, but when I tried to make a payment with Hyundai bank, they wouldn't let me access the website with my account number
I used to give it 5 stars, but when I tried to make a payment with Hyundai bank, they wouldn't let me access the website with my account number. I called the dealership, but they said it wasn't their problem. The bank didn't answer the phone for a whole month. I'm pretty sure the dealership gave the bank the wrong information. On top of that, the car had 3 mechanical issues with the brakes and transmission within the first 2 months. It seems like they don't take good care of the cars when they sit on the lot for a while. The finance guys are shady and will try to rip you off. They only offer low interest rates if you sign up for maintenance packages that they can upsell you on to make a profit. They also got really moody and angry when I caught them and canceled the $5k they tried to add to the loan with a sneaky tactic. They initially offered me a 15% interest rate, then lowered it to 10% but added a $5k maintenance plan to the loan. I canceled the $5k and kept the 10% interest rate. Those idiots didn't think I would notice $5k added for such minimal coverage when the car already had the best warranty. LOL.

I dropped off my car at the dealership on 04/29/22 for a repair
I dropped off my car at the dealership on 04/29/22 for a repair. They told me the part would arrive in 2 weeks. But after 2 weeks, I kept getting the runaround, with no one answering or updating me. Later, they said the part would arrive on 6/22/22, but again, no one is answering. I've called 19 times today on 06/29/22, and still, no one is answering. At this point, after the vehicle has been in the shop for 60 days, I don't even want the car back anymore.
I had an accident on December 4th, with my 2021 black Hyundai Elantra
I had an accident on December 4th, with my 2021 black Hyundai Elantra. I took my car to Hyundai Henderson on December 5th to get it fixed. My insurance company, ***, paid them $16,000 for the damages. They finished all the body work, but my car is still sitting in their lot. It's been 6 months now. Chris F, my car advisor, got fired for "patting the books." I pay Hyundai $455.00 every month for my car payment, and I've also been paying $230 per week for a rental car for 6 months because they still haven't fixed my vehicle. I've missed out on a lot of wages, and I really need them to resolve my issue as soon as possible. I've been patient, but it's getting frustrating.
I bought a new Genesis from the dealership on March 7, 2022
I bought a new Genesis from the dealership on March 7, 2022. On my way home, a piece of my bumper fell off. The car came with the manufacturer's warranty, and they convinced me to get an extended warranty too. I've made 3 trips to the dealership, which is about 38 miles away. They refused to fix the bumper under the warranty that was supposed to cover it. I also took the GV70 to ***, but they wouldn't fix it either, and that was a 28-mile trip. I've been dealing with this issue for 4 months now, and the dealership has given me a lot of runarounds. I feel like they lied and didn't represent themselves or the warranties truthfully. They even told me and Genesis that they had a concierge service to pick up the car and take it to the dealership. But Kim in service told me they don't service North Las Vegas, even though the salesman and finance man said they did.

Our 2016 Elantra is under the 10-year warranty, leased under ***, my husband
Our 2016 Elantra is under the 10-year warranty, leased under ***, my husband. The transmission on the car went out when the mileage is only at 73-74K miles total. We brought the car in on 12/16, and our car has been there since. They stated no parts available with no end in sight. We paid out nearly $2,500 on a rental car because we were carless. We can't afford to continue with a rental. We are still paying the monthly on it. Hyundai will not let us break on it, and our car insurance won't reduce the car to a parked car premium because it's still under a lease. This has significantly hit our financial situation hard. We now have to register our car with the DMV by month's end and need a smog. We can't get a smog on a non-working car. Not sure what fees this will entail with the DMV for late registration. Just completely left in the dark. Yes, the rental car expenses will be reimbursed under warranty, but they advised only when the car is fixed, which we have no idea when that will be. So we are out of this money till who knows when.
Consumer fraud
Consumer fraud. I was told over the phone and through text messages that the car I was going to buy from them was $67,500. They sent me the MSRP sticker! I live in *** but found the color of the car I wanted at this dealership in Nevada. We texted and talked back and forth for a week. I was going to go pick up the car... but got a bad case of bronchitis... So I asked if they would deliver it to me if I paid $300 and for my return airfare. They accepted! By the time I arrived... Late... I was trying my best to get Tony to the airport on time. I quickly signed the papers in my garage and he told me they would send over the completed detailed costs the next day. I called and texted them asking where the detailed paperwork was for a week. I didn't hear much of anything back except they charged me $10,648.00 plus over MSRP because these cars were very popular. I told them I was never told about this ridiculous inflated price. They said they were sure they had recorded calls to show that I had been informed. They never showed me the inflated sticker price... No call back. No response after many calls and texts. They offered me $3,000 take it or leave it. I did not take it. This is an OUTRAGEOUS SCAM. I talked to the salesperson, Tony, the sales manager, Gus, and the finance manager, Allen.
I went to the dealership on March 31, 2022 with a pre-approval letter from a finance company
I went to the dealership on March 31, 2022 with a pre-approval letter from a finance company. The car cost $21,998 and I got pre-approved for a 60-month term with an APR of 8.49% with 20% down ($2,874) and a monthly payment of $443. I had financed with this company before for another car. Many banks and finance companies wouldn't approve me even though my paystubs and bank statements showed that my income wasn't a problem, but because I worked in the cannabis industry, it was considered "Federally illegal." Eventually, we found a solution and I was able to get financed. I felt valued, safe, and grateful that this company took the time to understand my situation, which is why I wanted to finance through them again. Recently, my car got totaled and I would be receiving a settlement check in about 10 days, no later than April 11, 2022. After I got pre-approved from the finance company, they told me to go to the dealership, test drive the car, and ask them to attach my pre-approval voucher to my credit application. I went in and Michael D approached me. I told him that I got pre-approved from the finance company and they knew about my current employment situation. I also explained that I was waiting for my settlement funds and instead of the 20% down ($2,874) that I was pre-approved for, I wanted to put $9,000 down when I received my funds. I just wanted the dealership to process my credit application and attach my pre-approval voucher from the finance company. They didn't want to do this. Why? Your guess is as good as mine. They told me to come back when I had my funds so that my credit wouldn't be checked multiple times. So I just went home, a bit confused because I already had my own financing sorted out, so why would my credit be checked multiple times other than by the dealership and the finance company? So I co.
