I called Scott Clark Nissan to trade in my car or get a new car loan
I called Scott Clark Nissan to trade in my car or get a new car loan. Cameron said I was approved for the car I wanted with $1,000 down. I came back with the money two days later, but found out I wasn't approved for that car. I was upset. Cameron said I was approved for another car on the lot. He showed me the car and I came back later interested. Cameron said he could get me a great deal with a lower monthly payment and interest rate. I waited two hours for his manager to contact the bank. His manager said someone above was looking over me and I was approved for the car. I asked for the exact interest rate and monthly payment, but it was not what Cameron said. I told Cameron I didn't want any hard inquiries on my credit report unless he could get me a great deal. They ran my credit five times and offered a deal that was not what I wanted. I was upset. Cameron's manager lied to me about the interest rate. They only care about selling cars, not my best interest. I won't come back and will tell my family and friends.
I bought a car from Scott Clark Honda in 2014 and got a lifetime power train warranty through Scott Clark Nissan
I bought a car from Scott Clark Honda in 2014 and got a lifetime power train warranty through Scott Clark Nissan. As an ex-mechanic, I knew how warranties worked, but they are more unscrupulous now. The sales manager at Scott Clark Honda told me to keep up with the maintenance or the warranty would be void. Scott Clark Nissan tried to upsell me on items I didn't need, like new brakes, even though I just replaced them. They charged me a lot for repairs I didn't need, and their charges were atrocious. I did the repairs myself or had another shop do them at a fraction of the price. I am entirely dissatisfied with Scott Clark Nissan and their unscrupulous business practices. I recommend anyone with any sense to steer clear of them.

They wanted more money from the bank for my Honda Odessey 2017 than what we agreed on
They wanted more money from the bank for my Honda Odessey 2017 than what we agreed on. The car buying agreement said 21500$, but they asked for 21599$ from my bank. I have proof. When I talked to my bank, they said Scott Clark Nissan asked for that amount. I tried to contact them through email and phone, but they didn't want to give me or the bank back the 100$ they took. I'm so done with calling them. They know they messed up, so they won't ask for proof.
I bought a used car from Scott Clark Nissan in 2017 and had to spend over $1,500 on repairs within 30 days
I bought a used car from Scott Clark Nissan in 2017 and had to spend over $1,500 on repairs within 30 days. After asking multiple times, they did help with some of the costs. When I bought the car, I also got a maintenance package with my loan, but later found out that Nissan couldn't service my car. I asked for a refund, but it's been 3 years and I still haven't gotten it. I've tried contacting my lender, Nissan, and Scott Clark Nissan, but no luck. I want my money back and all the interest that's been added to my loan.
I been gettin my car serviced at Scott Clark Nissan like they told me to, but when I went in for a oil change they said I needed brakes at only
I been gettin my car serviced at Scott Clark Nissan like they told me to, but when I went in for a oil change they said I needed brakes at only 46k miles. I took it to another Nissan dealership closer to my crib and they say my calibers locked up and messed up my brakes and other stuff. They can't even explain why it happened or give me a code sayin there was a problem. Now my car ain't under warranty no more and they say it's gonna cost me over $1400 to fix everything. I think somethin fishy is goin on, maybe Nissan is havin money problems or somethin. They kept my car for two days and kept sayin the parts weren't in stock. They wouldn't even give me a rental car. Now they say the caliber ain't locked no more and I can come get my car and drive it till the parts come in. I filed a complaint cuz this don't seem right.

I traded my 2015 Lexus GS 350 for a 2020 *** Accord at Scott Clark Nissan
I traded my 2015 Lexus GS 350 for a 2020 *** Accord at Scott Clark Nissan. The car was financed by USAA, but we had some issues with the car that needed fixing. However, even after two days of purchasing the car, there was no answer. So, I didn't sign the loan documents to move forward with the loan. After driving back and forth to Charlotte, I finally took the car to the Nissan dealership. However, they used parts that were not *** and the issue still wasn't fixed. I live in ***, so I took it to ***, but they told me it wasn't covered under the warranty because the wires weren't theirs. I called Nissan, and they told me to take it to Scott Clark ***. However, when I called Scott Clark, nobody knew what I was talking about. Nissan kept calling me every day, looking for money from USAA, but I told USAA not to pay them. I tried returning the car, but they wouldn't take it back. Last night, while driving down I20, the check engine light came on, and the car began to jerk. I called roadside assistance to get the car towed back to ***. This morning, I called Nissan to inform them of what was going on, and they told me they wouldn't release the car to me until they got a check from USAA. If I wanted my car back, I had to pay *** for my Lexus because they spent money on my car. I went to the *** dealership, cleaned out the car, and told Nissan to get my car ready, and I would pick it up.
On 11/08, my car, a 2021 Nissan Sentra SV, wouldn't start
On 11/08, my car, a 2021 Nissan Sentra SV, wouldn't start. I jumped it and the check engine light came on, so I made an appointment at Scott Clark Nissan on ***. I took it there and talked to a service advisor named ***. I told him I wanted the battery checked to see why my car wouldn't start. He said I fried my ECM and they couldn't cover it under warranty because there was damage. I said my car was brand new with *** and I didn't damage it. He said I did. I said I wouldn't let Nissan work on my car anymore. I took it to another mechanic the next day and he said it was just a bad ECM and there was no damage to the car. Nissan told the mechanic they found archings on the ***, but we found no such thing. I filed a claim with Nissan Consumers and was told today on 11/16 by someone named *** that I have to stand behind Nissan because they're certified technicians. I can take it to another dealership for a second opinion. Scott Clark Nissan isn't listening to me or the other mechanic and won't cover this under warranty on a brand new car that hasn't even been owned a year and was bought in April with only ***.00 miles on it. If my ECM was fried, my car wouldn't be running at all. If I hooked the cables up incorrectly, I'd be shocked and blow fuses. Scott Clark Nissan isn't handling this correctly and is losing a customer. I've been a *** customer since 2015. I find this accusation inadmissible and want it covered under the factory warranty with further investigation.
Dealership sold car to my mom when she was confused and not safe to drive
Dealership sold car to my mom when she was confused and not safe to drive. My mom, who I have power of attorney for, bought a car from Scott Clark Nissan on Oct 28, 2020. She was confused and had mental issues. She paid $8,961. In Dec 2021, she was hospitalized and moved to assisted living. I went to Scott Clark Nissan on Jan 9, 2021. They said they couldn't take a return but could buy the car. A woman who did financing for my mom said she was concerned for my mom when she bought the car. She didn't understand what was going on. The dealership let her drive home with the car. The appraisal was $4,000 based on KBB value. I said it was too low. I think the sales staff knew my mom was confused and didn't care about her safety or others.
