I rent a car at 09/10/2019 from Barach A.P Madrid to Pampelone.
i received a penalty at the E-mail but is don't know if Hertz succeed to charge me at the credit card (i change bank account and Credit Card).

you can check with them what is the situation and if they didn't get the money i would like to do a bank transfer.

the penalty is attached.
