I picked up my rental car from Rock Hill, SC -Anderson Rd. location on September 13th-19th. The Car was a midsize (2019 Kia Optima) unknown to me that they rent out car of such year. Heading to upstate on an emergency, got on the highway to New York the car started jerking into Va. in Washington the Check Engine light came on and the car cut off as I got out of the tunnel. I restarted and found a hotel to get off the highway. I'm alone and 51 yrs. old with a handicap sticker, scared an afraid. It wasn't in my budget to spend $250 on a hotel room in Christiana NJ. Next morning, I called the 1-800, and they sent an Uber to pick me up and drive me 1 hr. to Philly airport to pick up another rental, A 2022 Chevy Malibu which sound terrible, rattling like chains in engine, wheels about to fall Off and shaking down the highway even doing 40 miles per hour, and Dirty, smelly and windows could barely see out of , had tostop and clean off on a freeway (sad)... my trip was a disaster, I'm home 2 days before my planned return I'm out of pocket $689, my hotel in New York ended early and in New Jersey hotel that wasn't planned. i couldn't no longer stay due to condition of the second rental. this was the worst experience in my Life. Terrible Customer Service in Philly Airport early in the Mornings. I'm the One that should have the Attitude instead of the Reps. I had a terrible rough ride home due to the condition of this second rental and what a waste... Lisa Fonbeh need a resolution immediately ... Lisa Fonbeh
