I purchased an item on High Bid. I never received the item. Through the tracking number, I was able to contact UPS. UPS claims that the item was not in the box. The box was empty. At some point the item was sent back to the seller. Seller claims they never received the item. I would like a refund of my purchase.MISHLER AUCTION SERVICE
