For the third time, I have received the same unhelpful message asking me to "please wait" without any definitive timeline or solution provided. This level of service is unacceptable from a company of Hindware’s stature.

It has now been several weeks since the issue with my Hindware Chimney Titania 90 was identified, and despite continuous follow-ups, the problem remains unresolved. My patience has run out, and I cannot continue to accept these non-committal responses.

I am now requesting an immediate escalation of this issue to a higher authority within your organization. I also demand a direct line of communication with a senior representative who can provide a concrete resolution, including a specific date by which the necessary spare part will be delivered and the repair completed.

Please confirm that this matter has been escalated, and provide the contact details of the senior representative who will be handling my case. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to consider alternative actions to ensure that this matter is addressed.
