Awful customer service. No one answers phone. Emails ignored. Buyer beware.

Exactly what I have been looking for. Water with some flavor but not overpowering. With trying to drink more water, this makes it easy.

The Hint water I received was i case instead of the 2 cases I ordered, I emailed them 3 times as they do not list any customer care phone number, with out any response. Stay away

I ordered water from this company. My money was taken out of the account. 3 days later, I am looking for tracking information. Don't order from them. No, contact number. Nothing!

I placed an order with this company on 4/25. The company charged my card that same day. I have not received my items as of 5/7 and any attempt to reach them (social media, phone, email) has gone unanswered. I feel like this company is blatantly disregarding me and my request for answers. Something needs to be done as I am owed either a refund or the items I ordered.

I ordered 3 cases of Flavored water from hint and they sent me sparkling water instead so now i am stuck with these 3 cases i am attempting to send them a email to see if they will send me new water or a refund but my son and i are nmost 38.50 with shipping and handling , am very disappointed especially cause thot sparkling water drinkers i spent alis was my first time on ordering from this company. after reading ya all's reviews i am sure i won't hear from these ppl thanks have a great day

The water doesn't taste good at all. I was really wanting to try it after seeing all those commercials and the fruit flavors sounded good.Bought a 12pk for $12.00 plus CRV, and was thoroughly disappointed. The raspberry tastes awful. Did they forget to add the fruit cause it was not even a "hint" of flavor. The watermelon flavor is not much better.This water is extremely overpriced for what is offered. Do yourself and your wallet a favor, purchase any other bottled water and add your own slice or 2 of fruit or purchase pre-flavored water. Hint water is just water folks! Don't fall for the hype, the fruit/flavor they add is not worth the price they charge for it!

I had a severe reaction after drinking 2 bottles of HINT WATER. I trusted the labeling and was even told by customer service that everything in Hint is natural. Believing this caused me to end *** in the *** last night as one of the skin hives became infected. This then quickly formed into a severe case of cellulitis - after having an antibiotic IV and morphine drip I am now home - unable to walk as my knee is still 3x bigger than normal. When I started having a reaction I emailed Hint and was told nothing in the drink is synthetic - which according to numerous other posts is incorrect as it does have at least 1 and most likely otherwise. I would caution *** WITH *** ALLGIES TO BE CAREFUL INGESTING THIS WATER.

I had ordered three cases of Hint water to be delivered and did not sign up to be in their program or subscribe to automatic shipments. Two weeks after receiving my order I received a second three cases I did not order and they had kept my payment information without my permission and charged my bank account. The customer support number tells you to email them or leave a message, I've left three messages so far and no response. I don't want to have this happen again and want them to get my account information out of their system...but so far there is no human there to talk to. I think this type of mistake is why they don't have personnel answering peoples calls to rectify such a situation and I believe it's fraud on their part to save my banking information without my permission. They may have aa good product but need to work on their social skills!

I subscribe to *** a consumer advocate that finds great deals on products. They were showing a deal for Hint water. As I do not like carbonation these flavored waters sounded ideal. I got their three 12 packs for $36. I opened the box on arrival and took out the peach-raspberry. It tasted just god awful. The best I can describe the taste is it tastes like drinking distilled water that has a lite aroma to it. I took 1 each of the other flavors and put them in the fridge to see if that made them taste any better. It in fact made them taste even worse. I emailed Hint and they replied back with this "I do want to add that many of our hinters have expressed a stronger, or more crisp flavor when chilled in the refrigerator before drinking." I was told that they appreciated my comments and that I should try one of their other 20 flavors and I might find one that I enjoy. I went to their website and there is nothing stated that they can not refund your money if not satisfied, just that they can not " accept returns of product or do product exchanges." I find it very discerning that they do not take into consideration that some people may not like or enjoy their product. I am out $36 and have 32 bottles of their product sitting on the floor of my living which I can not drink. They state this "we create products people love to use, so they can live healthier lives. it's that simple." Well this person did not love your product are you going to stand behind your statement and refund my money?
