I refuse to buy Aquafina ever again! I am tired of the bottles not standing up in the refrig and also when you open them they will not stand flat. This has been going on for some time now. I thought maybe it was just a bad batch of bottle so I try going back to Aquafina but AGAIN just bought a 24 pack and not one of them will stand up correctly. The plastic is flimsy and honestly annoying. You have lost my business for sure.

Of all of the water brands we have bought, the Aquafina bottles are by far the worst.

The are often brought home with leaks and smell of mildew from sitting in the stores leaking and after I wipe them off and put them in the refrigerator they fall over like bowling pins! This takes up room in the refrigerator and I have to try and find something sturdy to prop them up.

It is hard to believe that such a good tasting water has such a bad R&D bottling team.

I have seen similar reviews from sometime back and still nothing has been done...it is like yeah we know so what do you want us to do?

I am writing here to register a complaint for the home delivery service and casual attitude of the deliver team.

They are never on time even the skip the designated day of deliver for which we have to suffer and go to markets to get water bottles. Plus mostly the bottle quality is compromised not sealed and dirty.

I have purchased 5 packs of aqufina 32 pack packages, and only one 32 pack tasted normal, the other 4 tasted old or just off the flavor. Like dirty filter or just dirt. I have always drank aquafina and have nerver had this issue before. I would love to continue buying and trusting this product. I have many health issues and aqufina is the only brand I trust.

It is impossible to open these cheap made bottles! So is it fair to me as a costumer to have to change my suit when I open one of your bottles and water go all over my suit?

Its by far the most ridiculous thing the manufacturer could of done! Is to have o respect for your paying customers..

Have purchased multiple cases of of the 16.9 oz eco friendly bottled water and every cases bottles will not stand up in their own. We spilled more water than it's worth. So we changed brands. Just recently needed water so we tried the Aquafina again thinking it was maybe a bad batch of bottles, no it was the same thing as it were months ago when this initially happened, water spilled everywhere. Unfortunately maybe your company needs to look into changing there bottles as I will be no longer be purchasing Aquafina.

Feb. 28, '23: I'm amazed at how many people actually buy 4 cases at a time - like me (usually 2-4). My problem is one that appears to becoming a widespread problem - the bottle cap won't go back on the bottle properly. If I lay it on the car seat or elsewhere, it's going to leak. Now that you know the failure limit, please back up to where your product functions properly. When I hear through the grapevine that you have, I will return to you as a customer. I bought these mid-Feb '23 and have about 8 bottles left, so I am headed to the store to buy more (different) water.

So I go through four cases of this water every week and that is of the 36 count from Sam's Club. The last 3 months all bottles are defective that I have purchased and the lids will not seal when you try to put it back on.

Piece of come from several different Sam's Club locations in North Carolina. Primarily Winston-Salem and Greensboro. The thread on the cap and bottle are so short that it is impossible to reseal

I understand the need to save money or the environment or whatever bandwagon everyone is demanding we get on but you need to go back to the thicker bottles and bigger caps. You can't get these caps off without gripping the bottle and pulling it and the seal off together then you spill the contents everywhere. Afterwards you can't close the lid because the cap or bottle is too flimsy and it just keeps turning. Please bring the old stuff back

been drinking this water for a few years but recently bought four cases which is normal we go through 2 cases a week. The water has a weird smell and tastes like it was poured over clay, needless to say, it is undrinkable. Tried another case from a different store it was the same. I will have to find a new product this one is no longer trustworthy.

1. Aquafina buyer for several years at two Sam's in Grand Prairie and Dallas TX. None available at either for 4 months or so-? 2. Saw a complaint about condition of bottles that got my attention: my last case the bottles were were not evenly produced so as to cause them to lean sideways and such. The liquid is OK but it appears I am not the only one who encountered this bothersome defect that causes the bottles to be less than professionally manufactured - what is your response? I am unhappily purchasing the Costco house brand now.

I have been drinking Aquafina for many many years. I usually buy this at Sam's club by case or a case in a regular store Walmart, Dollar Store, I have noticed that the plastic bottle are not like they used to be. Within the passed year I have stuck with this product thinking it was just a bad case of water but every purchase the water bottles will not stand up they are rounded at the bottom ! Can't stand them up in the refrigerator or anything. Your plastic bottles are defective. It is a shame the number 1 water company resorts to a cheaper plastic bottle. Yeah I could go to a different brand and cheaper brand. So what can you do

I thave been a true customer for years and have bought thousands of aquafina's water case. But, now your company puts this cheap lids on our water bottles and half the time you can't either get the lids off or they won't screw on right and sometimes trying to get the lids on or off and we in up spilling our water that we pay good money for ... I know companies are trying to save money but, at what expense! We as customers need good water but, give us good lid for our water bottle.

Yinz have changed caps on the water bottles and when you unscrew it the first time and go to put the lid back on , they do not stay on there secure no more, that is the only bottled water I will drink , but the caps stink and I would love to see the bigger caps , I am not ready to change waters but might have to so it don't spill it everywhere , Thank you Beverly Roush

the flavor changed, I don't know if it's the change of the new container that is cheaper than the original.

The lid/bottle top is so small and the bottle plastic so thin, you end up wet when trying to open them.

Then I’m finding your website to log a complaint, I see that it’s just filtered tap water.

I very rarely buy it due to the getting wet while opening them. After seeing the filtered tap water, I will probably never buy the product again.

The fact that a simple complaint that’s not long and wordy will most likely not be looked at is ridiculous

It appears over the last Year the bottles have become thinner. There is no way you can open such a flimsy bottle and not spill water. I changed from another brand when they went to the very thin caps that are dangerous to children putting in their mouth and getting choked. I know one customer will not make a difference but I thought you would want to know why you are losing one.

To whom this may concern. My 6 year old daughter wanted a drink of water. The water bottle was opened for her, by removing the top. She then proceeded to drink the water, at which time the "ring" that is left around the water bottle came off and went into her mouth where she almost choked and had to spit it out. I do expect a call or an email from someone at this company, as this is very dangerous and could have went a totally different way. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com

Your water I purchased (12 pack at the Pilot truck stop #1178 in Tucson, AZ) was no good... It had a bad taste and never hydrated me... I felt more dehydrated and use as an experiment for your product... It was in the desert where its very hot, yet no feeling of thirst quench at all... Idk if the state of Arizona or Pilot truck stop mistreats or abuses its imports from corporations, yet it feels like it... Most of all I want my money back!

The bottle had an extra cap inside the bottle. And this is the only water I drink I've tested it and it's 0 nothing in it best taste. But my main concern is that I have never seen it before and hoping no one did that on purpose and is poisoned or put covid 19 in it or some other poison. That would not be very good I would like this issue resolved. I think I should get my case replaced and then some this is not cool I buy 3 to 4 cases a week. Also this isn't good for the environment packaging it wrong. There is also the issue of what if I had handed the bottle to my kid and he swallowed the cap and choked to death on it that would be a huge lawsuit. I should blast this all over the media /Facebook, ¹the news and tell people not to buy but I'm holding off doing that.

I am so disappointed from Aquafina's delivery service, they should come weekly, but they are coming after 15-17 days, and give lame excuses. So in such circumstances i have to bring bottles from other shops.
On a very serious note if u are not able to delivery timely and cannot satisfy your costumer, so i'll discontinue.
And further will not take any bottle of Aquafina at my home and nor even at my office.
Hope you would work out to solve serious issues.

I recently purchased a case of Aquafina bottled water. The plastic containers were so flimsy that not one of the waters would stand up, without falling over.. I'm unsure as to why Pepsi has mastered the art of sodas in plastic containers being able to stand, but their waters will not. Plus, if you're going to continue charging high dollar for bottled water, then the product should be comparable to the price you are charging the consumer. It's not just about the product inside, it's the whole package..
