Extremely unprofessional company
I made quite a big order here and must say that they gave me a hard time. My order was sent to the wrong address and it was a real nightmare how we tried to find it and etc. HME Medical Shop is the most unprofessional company I have ever deal with. I needed my order as soon as possible but because of their mistake it took forever to get it. I will not buy from them again. I'm glad that in the end I received my order but I wasted a lot of my precious time fixing their mistake!

They sent order to wrong address

After a month, we were worried that the order still hasn’t been delivered. Therefore, we called to this company. We found out that they sent the order to wrong place and waited another month for the second delivery. Be careful and contact them sooner.
