We were initially drawn in by the promises of luxurious and affordable vacations, but as soon as we signed on the dotted line, everything changed. We have attempted multiple times to speak with your agents and seek help, but instead of solutions, we were met with more demands for money. This is not what we signed up for. We are concerned with the feeble attempts made by this company to resolve an issue that has been chipping away at our peace of mind for what feels like an eternity. The lack of urgency displayed by their team is shameful, and the complete disregard for the well-being of hardworking customers like ourselves only amplifies the severity of the situation. Let me begin by recounting what led us to invest in this timeshare program. The sales representatives promised us that we would be gifted with access to luxurious vacations at a discounted rate, allowing us to travel in style without burning through our savings. We were hopeful that this opportunity would be a blessing, but boy were we wrong. We have paid thousands of dollars to this company, only to be met with incompetence and false promises. Despite our repeated attempts to resolve the issue by trying to contact someone from the resort, we have been left feeling helpless and abandoned. Rather than providing assistance, the representatives have the audacity to demand more money from us. It is clear that Holiday Inn Club Vacations has taken advantage of us, and our trust in this organization has been grossly misplaced. We refuse to continue pouring money into a program that has failed to deliver what was promised, and we request that they take our grievances seriously and assist us with relinquishing our membership. We were told our 2 bedroom unit would be available when we needed it. We have only used a 2 bedroom unit once never been able to use it since.
