May 2, 2019 I leased a 2012 For Fusion. When I got the vehicle it had 195043 miles on it. I had my first issue September 4, 2019. They fixed the water outlet. June 17, 2020 they had to fix my ac compressor. On September 28, 2020 I called because my power steering feels like it is locking up and there is a "service power steering now" light that comes on. I called to try to schedule for my vehicle to get looked at by Holmes Motors and I was told they will not look at it and it needs to go to a Maintenance shop. I took it to one and they started by resetting the sensor. This did not solve the problem. They told me I need to take it back to Holmes Motors and let them look at it. Again Holmes Motors refuses to just diagnose the problem. They told me to take it to Ford that there is a recall and Ford should fix it. There is not a recall on this specific vehicle and even if there was it would not cover the recall because the mileage is too high. I have been trying to just find out what the problem is with my vehicle. Holmes Motors have fixed other issues but they are saying this is electrical and they won't fix it. I am on disability and can't afford to continue to take my vehicle to a mechanic and pay to have it diagnosed. I lease this vehicle from Holmes Motors and pay Holmes Motors on time every month. If it is a lease here pay here, why will they not help me find out what is wrong with my vehicle? Their customer service is horrible. No one wants to help when it comes to issues but they are quick to lease you a "lemon" There is an airbag recall on this vehicle. I want my vehicle fixed. I am not trying to get over on anyone. I just need an operational vehicle. If the repairs are more than what the car is worth I should not have to stay in this vehicle.
