Home Warranty of America [HWA] review: HVAC system aged parts/components failing

Below are the issues HWA's tech found with my Furnace and AC: A-Coil/Evaporator is corroded and leaking due to age of the component. (An A-Coil within the furnace average lifespan n is 10 - 15 years).. Heat Exchangers have developed holes/cracks leaking carbon monoxide due to their age. (Heat Exchangers lifespan is 10 = 20 years and have failed due to metal fatigue),. Blower motor is going makes noise when kicking in the heat and AC. (Blower motor lifespan is 10 - 20 years and is compromised due to age),. Cracked drain pan life span is not determined in research. (Age-Related Wear and Tear: Over time, the drain pan can deteriorate due to exposure to moisture, temperature changes, and general wear. As the material ages, it becomes more susceptible to cracks). The Furnace and AC have these problems and malfunctioning parts/components are the result of age, as stated above both are 17 years old. They refuse/denied clsims on both due to what they deem 'water damage'. it is not as a result of water damage but failing parts/components due to age.'
