HomeBello ripe off with no way to get money back

I purchased a $220 photo album. I got the item and it was so poorly tanned that when we pulled it out of the box our hands and clothes got brown coloring all over. We went to return the item and they have acted like we don't exist.

Stay away from homebello. Scam artist.

Customer Service has no telepohone contact they only respond via text and they are rude and offending with offensive language and insults!
Not to mention online codes were invalid just to get you to email and direct you to their website! Very disappointing they should be flagged and shut down!

I ordered a 17mm Havana Crocodile Chrono Buckle Watch Band 7.5 Inch Gold-tone BAY104-17 on 7/29/2019 and my credit card was charged but on the website it still says i have not placed a single order.

I recently ordered 3 items.
Two were not as described on website. The earrings were for an infant or child and the pearls much smaller than described.
The second item was simulated pearls when listed as real.
I am now told all jewelry sales are final and am left with items I would not give to anyone.
Buyer beware.

I purchased a ring in October 2015 and in just a month several of the crystals fell out. I sent HomeBello an email asking what to do to return it for a replacement and I was told that they would not replace it! I will not being doing business with them ever again and I warn others not to do business with a company that will not stand behind their products!

I placed an order for four glasses on 9/28/15. I received numerous emails assuring me that the package was on the way. A few days ago, I received a phone call from Josh telling me that he had shipped the package but didn't have the tracking number and that it should arrive on Tuesday morning. Yesterday I received an email from Nikki saying that my Paypal info had expired (because they waited so long to honor the transaction), and she wouldn't ship until I reissued the Paypal payment. I said I'd pay when I received the package. I've heard nothing since, and have received no package.
I AGREE. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE SO DISORGANIZED IT'S A WONDER THEY'RE STILL IN BUSINESS.

Bought a product from the company to find the product was missing a piece and had a section that was of poor quality for the price of the product. Spoke to company was told to return the product for a replacement. Shipped the product out to them and a month after they received the product I contacted them, since they never contacted me nor sent a replacement, they found my package and product destroyed in their "warehouse". Company then ceased communication with me, I disputed the transaction with the credit company and my money was refunded. 7 days later Homebello billed me again for the amount that I was refunded since they refused to provide me with any replacement product with no notification or communication with me. Currently in dispute again. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Let my experience be a warning to you all.

They are theifs. Ordered did not receive for 22 days. Wanted to return as never opened for a refund. They said no refunds...they are complete liars.

Ordered two Reed and Barton Christmas ornaments from this company. They didn't tell me they were back ordered and strung me along for three weeks. Finally, when I contacted them, they said they would ship on January 10th. On January 7th they emailed and said my order was cancelled because the product was retired. Bordering on bait and switch, and unfair trade practices. Buyers beware. I would never order from this company again.

I am sorry to agree with those lodging complaints. First time... in many, many transactions over the Internet... that I felt completely taken. Based on my experience, I strongly urge folks to stay away from these people.

Thank you gdfg. This guy Grumpy7 has given quit a few businesses very bad reviews. I have done some research about him and he says the same lies about all poor business. It is obvious that he is getting paid from some competition to write negative about others. Very nasty guy. I am sure he is one of those lonely, fat ###s who has no one in their lives so your insults to him regarding, wife, sister or any female in his family will not matter :)
