Honeywell International state of the employee

State of the Honeywell Employee

I'd like to lay some ground work here first. I've been with Honeywell's Automation and Control Solutions now for over 26+ years. I joined in 1985, and our first business celebration included Surf and Turf with a live band. It's been a while now since we've even had a business celebration, and about the only thing we got was a Christmas dinner with a White elephant gift exchange. Benefits were pretty much no out of pocket, but now we share in a great deal of those. I haven't had my head under a rock the past 26 years, but I don't have to say that our benefits, pay raises, get togethers (kick offs and holidays), and even pay raises have suffered tremendously over the past 26 years. I think the nail in the coffin was when I hit 25 years, and found out there was no anniversary gift, they had changed it to every 10 years now. A quarter of a century of service, and nothing? Thanks, Honeywell.
I was just in a meeting, and management was asking why Honeywell employees aren't selling more SPOT, or getting involved in the sales and promotions of the business. I have a theory about that. When I joined the company in 1985, I was told repeatedly that Honeywell's people are their most valuable asset. It was a blend of talent and intellectual capitol that kept the company going, and it showed in our pay raises and benefits. I haven't heard that from management for over a decade or longer now. In short, I feel people that work for Honeywell, feel basically a dis-connect that wasn't there when I joined. There are times where Honeywell makes me feel more of a burden than an asset when reporting financials and I know that isn't the case. Honeywell’s management has lost touch with their people. When pay raises come along now, they let us know that because of the economy, they cannot give us a pay raise that comes up even with the basic cost of living increases. All this is in the face of multimillion bonuses given to management. All we are reminded of is that we are lucky to have a job.
Honeywell management, in their greed and narcissism, has all but forgotten about the people that they are living off of. They have cut back benefits and pay in order to keep their own pockets lined in abundance. What they fail to realize is this is a downhill spiral. I've seen scores of very talented people leave the company in the past few years, and I myself may follow soon. The situation that the management of Honeywell has created, and seems to be continually reinforcing, is the whole reason unions were created. The American middle class is the greatest purchasing power on the face of the earth; and corporate America, including Honeywell, is systematically destroying it. Where will Honeywell sell its fans, T-stats, AC equipment, etc. to when the middle class is gone? China? Good luck with that.
So, Honeywell management, can you fix this? Can our new motto be an old one, that People are its most valuable asset? Can you make the “little people” feel like part of the company again, and take pride in it, and feel good about how the company takes care of us? In short, can you make us feel like we did in the 80s, when Honeywell management really understood how to grow and build a business, and make us feel like we were part of something, and feel good aobut going out and looking for new sources of revenue like SPOT, and other opportunities?
Signed, … Still a valuable asset…

Our Company was just acquired by Honeywell and even though our Employees are already starting to find out the things that have been stated above it still saddens me to hear them. Before we were bought out we had cheaper insurance, morale was better and we even received gifts or had parties for the holiday's. Now we don't get anything an on top of that they have frozen our 401k without a hint of when it will be unfrozen. I feel bad b/c I was one who prayed for our company to be bought out in fear that we would go under and everyone lose their job. However I now feel like we were sold to the devil. Contractors that had been with our company before the buyout were offered full time employment but with a pay cut. I have never in all my years of working heard of an employee making more as a contractor then they did as a full time employee. They were told it was b/c they would be receiving benefits something they weren't receiving as a contractor but that is BS. Needless to say those that could offered to declined the offer and went else where. Morale has went down and our technicians are working like robots most of the time working 7 days a week which has caused our repeat repair rate to increase. With all this being said I am a true believer in my faith in God and I really believe that all this will work out for the good of all the employees that have put their blood, sweat and tears into their job. Just continue to pray and do your best in this circumstances and we will win! I do believe that a company like Honeywell has the potential to be a great company but the company will have to care about it's employees first. Anyone or anything that is motivated by money alone will never gain the success it hopes for. So let's just pray that our company does not fail but that it realizes the great people it has holding it together!

your right about the managers.its all about them. yes but we have a job, never mind cost of living raises, never mind any kind of raise, never mind caring at all about your employess, lets make sure that the managers make their bonus even though they just stand around thinking of ways to be-little us, don't even mention the word praise the managers keep it all for themselves, praising each other on how unfair they are to us. what ever happened to good managers wanting to have ther empolyee happy to come to work.IS THERE ANYTHING WRONG WITH WANTING TO LOVE YOUR JOB AND HAPPY COMING TO WORK, SOMETIMES YOU WISH THEY WOULD LAY YOU OFF, BUT THRIR TO GREEDY TO DO THAT, HEAVEN FORBID WE GET UN-EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS.

I am just the wife of an employee of Honeywell, and I find it absolutely horrifying how he is treated within the organisation. Office politics are a normaly day to day issue. My husband does not play these games.
After 10 years of service to the company, his boss didn't even congratulate him. He ordered his gift online and when it came to collecting the gift, his boss was so blazare about it, it wasn't even special.
Point is, we came to the Middle East 4 years ago, with the promise that we will be looked after. He was to be put on a higher band so as to attain full housing allowance and school fee cover, as it is inconceivably high cost of living here. He still to this day has not received this and it is breaking our spirits as we are financially stranded in a country we want to leave because, we have to pay for things like school fees on credit.
I am also a full time working mother of 2, so it isn't that I am sitting at home and not contributing financially to our case.
Our children are in the cheaper option of international schools here and pay QR9000 per term for each child. I only earn QR16000... which just covers housing. You do the maths.
When he challenges management about this, he gets put down. People that use to work below him who change departments so that they do not have to sit with management like that, are receiving these benefits (They are a lower band them my husband).
Expense claims do not get paid out in full, it's all based on if the manager thinks it should be paid, and not what Honeywell policy subscribes.
But what to do? Management here is all for themselves and not their employees. Since we have been here, my husband has had 4 different bosses... all Indian, all unable to keep the promise made to my husband 4 years ago.
My husband is a hard worker, and dedicated to doing the job properly. He is not one for half hearted efforts. But get's nothing in return for his dedication.

Frustrated!

It is not just in Minnesota. It is here in Georgia, too. You are absolutely right. Honeywell is riding their profits on the employees backs. Not only did the 401K's take a cut, but also some of those employees who were in buyouts saw their 401K's magically revert to Honeywell stock - when it was sinking! Pay freezes, commission cuts, furloughs, and layoffs have stricken most every company held by Honeywell. Threats for job security are daily, insurance costs have risen with co-pays being eliminated and deductibles so high that most will be 100% out of pocket for all medical expenses, those with chronic health issues are discriminated against, and even something as simple as keeping time has to be lied about, making employees work for nothing during certain times. It's ridiculous. No longer made in America folks - Honeywell is a global company. Used to be a good company - no more. Used to be a good place to work - absolutely no more. Dave Cote, you should be ashamed of what you have done to this company and to the people who work really hard for you.

Honeywell International parts list and availability

I have a Honeywell Model #2077 Anti Theft Safe. The locking mechisim was damaged and was told by a Sisco rep. to hit the handle with a hammer and break it off to get the safe open. It worked. I want to repair this safe but have been unable to get a parts list or anyone that can help me find one so I can order the needed parts. The company seem inept in this area.

Honeywell International liars

I've worked for honeywell for two n a half years and couldn't stand it anymore. Management sucked, they would make rules as they go along, lie to employees, scare them with policy that I've never even seen or heard before. All the sudden we were on a three days work week. Get this we get work share for that two days off. They had us fill out paper work for work share and tells us ( the employees) we will be on a two weeks waiting period and " not to call department of labor " to ask about when we're getting our work share benefits. Sound fishy to me!
And then a question was ask from one of the employee, " what happens if work starts picking up again?" HR answers, well if it starts picking up again the supervisors or manager can not take you off your three days work week until the 30 days of ur work share of block one has ended!" Well guess wat happen I was takin off my three days work share and it has not even been thirty days of when my work share period ended. I was so furious and frustrated so went to human resource and told her the situation and she told me that they are allowed to do that! So I restated what she said at the all hands meeting... You know what she said? You will only be disqulify from work share for this week! I looked at her and said well it's not gonna affect the other week when I was the work share benefit? She told me no... Guess wat happened I was lied to, now come to find out I was not getting paid for that three days work week because they had takin me off work share too early while it was still in process! This whole situation lead me to quit! The management system I believe are trained to manipulate people and play with our minds to make it seems like there are no other jobs out there for us because of the economy! Do not work for honeywell Woonsocket rhode island!

I bought a Fram XG7317 oil filter and put it on my 2004 Honda Accord V6 in October 2011. When changing my oil March 20, 2011 I realized the filter had rusted and was leaking oil on the ground. My safe oil level had been compromised. The oil level in my car was and had been below the safe mark on the dip stick for some time. I am worried about the life...

Honeywell International lousy customer service

I called Honeywell for an adjustment on my thermostat. They insisted I take it off the wall. I could not get it back on and they then said there was nothing they could do, and it was my problem. I had to pay an electrician $175 to put it back on. They should tell customers first that they cannot advise on how to replace a thermostat, before insisting that it be removed. They refused to reimburse for the fee, saying it was my fault. They need to better train their customer service reps and stop blaming the customer. Don't buy any Honeywell products.

Honeywell International fake money orders

I was sent two 950.00 money orders when I became a " mystery shopper"! YEAH right all a scam, I now owe my bank 1900.00 that I dont have because I wired it to a Mr. James Turner after keeping 10%, and completing a job!. I googled the address and numbers nothing matched up. I called Honeywell and They told me I wasnt the only person who got scammed. I called FEDex and all account info is fake, all locations where it was picked up from could not be traced. I still have the FEDex package and I filed a police report, BUT on who?, No one knows who this CRIMINAL is. LETS stick together and end scams and frauds. If it's too good to be true...ITS NOT TRUE!

Honeywell International employee treatment

Honeywell over the past two years has used the econmy to take advantage of it's employees. Great excuse, but in the meantime they are buying companies for 143 million, and has had great reviews in all of the business journals. They seem to only be doing bad when it comes to lying to their employees about benefits and pay raises.
2008 offered 2% pay raises to be distributed across the company. Some got increases, and some didn't. During 2009, the company forced employees to take 3 weeks unpaid leave, and cut their 401K company match benefits by 50% (suppossedly a temporary cut... ya right). Now in 2010, the company is playing games with the employees saying no pay increase guidelines have been set. It looks like NO PAY INCREASES, across the board, will probably be the outcome for the year 2010.
In review of the CEO's salary the past two years: Dave cote netted 28.7 Million in 2008 and 12.8 million in 2009. I'm so glad he took such a pay cut. What a guy. But you have to wonder what he really does. Does he actually make the money. Does he manufacture anything, sell anything, show up on customer sites to handle emergencies. One thing he does do is hob-nob with Pres Obama, being he's a good Democrat. But like most rich Democrats, he portrays the "good of all", while he lines his own pockets by screwing the people that make him rich. Let's help the world... as long as it doesn't cost me anything. I wonder what his pay bonus wil be this year?
Honeywell employees are also treated unfairly just because of where they live. If they live in Minneapolis or Morristown, they get more vacation time and Holidays than field employees, even if they are doing the same job.
Honeywell has some real issues that are unfair, and they are obviously taking advantage of their employees, using the scare tactic of" "be glad you have a job" to keep everyone quiet. I'm not a big fan of unions, but I'm coming to the realization of their purpose, and it's leadership like Dave Cote's that drives employees to do such things. How do you sleep at night Mr Cote?

Well I am in need of an employment lawyer. I left work oct 2018 for a knee surgery but ended up with a quad bypass first then the knee surgery. Ends up I need partial replacement and had issues to get blood sugars down before surgery so I ask to be released from doctor. my 6 month STD was [protected]. My doctor released me to return to work with limitations on 4-4-19 and I was told I couldnt come back until I was 100%. Not realizing that I would never be 100% I let them put me on LTD not realizing they were just phasing me out because of my health issues. I was an hourly worker and mandatory 58 hr. work weeks were required but when I was put on disability Honeywell told Cigna I was a salary position making 60K a yr. I worked no less than 58 hrs a week and my last year 2018 check stub shows a gross income of 124K. I didnt know any better but I did ask why I wasnt being compensated for 58 hr weeks several times with no answer The EEOC would have taken my case if I had contacted them within 180 days of the refusal to put me back to work but I missed it by a few months. It was suggested to seek a private attorney and file in civil court so I need a good lawyer who knows Honeywell dealings or have had success against honeywell in court proceedings. john.michel46@gmail.com any suggestions would be helpful

Hello, I've worked at Honeywell in Geneva, OH. For over 20 years..Several years ago we were purchased by Honeywell (formally Elster Perfection) along with a bunch of other companies. Since honeywell took over, every aspect of the company has gone to [censored]. People used to stay forever it seemed like, and they hardly ever had to hire. Now it is a revolving door. They actually bribe employees with small bonuses to get people to apply. The H.O.S. System ( Honeywell operating system) Is a joke. The insurance is high deductible garbage that don't cover [censored], and cost 400.00 monthly for the family plan..The first union contract we had with them they took almost everything we as a union fought for, for years in one swoop.Basically told us this is how it is, take it, or leave it. I've never seen moral this low since I've been there. We as workers are constantly threatened with write ups for the slightest infraction.Every communocation from upper management is negative, never a positive word. Constantly working 10-12 hour days, and mandatory Saturday's. They can't keep sub-components in stock, because they try to order as they need it to save warehouse space, but they can't get it right after 2 years. This is the reason they have a 1.25 million dollar(give or take) backorder. I could go on and on..Honeywell is a very very greedy company. If your company is bought by Honeywell, save yourself a lot of B.S., and get another job..

I left the company back in May after 5 years. At first I enjoyed working there but as time went on, I noticed a lot of issues. For example a manager only being hired because of who their family member is in the organization. Inspite the lack of experience. Then also the overwhelming workload that is pushed on the salary employees and no compensation. It was expected to work constantly and even work while on vacation based on back up availability. And managers having the attitude that “everyone is replaceable and your contribution is not valuable.” Also managers being hired with no experience and having the attitude that they do not need to be accountable for anything when things go wrong especially when it was their direction. And what is the point of having HR when no concerns brought to them are addressed! I can go on and on about Honeywell and their unethical practices and the lack of respect for their employees but I will just reference it as “Honeyhell” as some of my former colleagues would say!

I worked in Canada for many years and I must agree with all the above. It's just all about the bottom line - each department MUST make money or they will be shut down or transferred to India, China or Mexico, Yet if a Canadian department is steadily making money each year, they still shut it down in Canada & move to another country - one which has cheaper labor rates. As an employee, you can not stand up for your rights, you can not ask questions nor go to HR, , , you will be black listed and management will find any excuse to lay you off. Managers do not support their staff because they also fear for their jobs - although Honeywell seems to hire females and minorities just to look good on paper, in reality, it is very much "the big boys club" attitude with all managers.

Was fired after 23 years of service, was told i abuse my vacation time because i use it to fast in the year. They get mad and treat you like a bad employee if you use it at the end of the year. A very sorry company to work for and we have no protection from H.R. I have never seen a place where H.R treats the employees the way they do and are so empowered.

Honeywell, an International Company that is SELF INSURED. PLUS THE UP FRONT DEDUCTIBLE FOR MEDICAL COVERAGE IS OUTRAGEOUS. DO ANY OF US REALLY MAKE SIX FIGURES WORKING FOR THE COMPANY? I THINK NOT. SO HERE'S THE SCOOP, HAVE PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS TAKEN OUT OF YOUR CHECK EVERY PAY DAY. BUT THEN YOU HAVE TO CONSIDER, THERE'S THE UPFRONT DEDUCTIBLE FOR MEDICAL SO DON'T YOU THINK THIS IS DOUBLE DIPPING. YOU BET.

DON'T AGREE TO THEIR UPFRONT MEDICAL EXAM EITHER THAT THEY CLAIM IS FOR YOUR BENEFIT. IT IS ALL A BRIBE. GO GET YOUR PHYSICAL AND WE WILL PUT IN MONEY TOWARDS YOUR BENEFIT PLAN UP FRONT.

OK SO THEY GIVE YOUR PLAN 1500.00 BUT THEN THEY DO FIND OUT ABOUT YOUR MEDICAL CONDITIONS.

GOD FORBID YOU HAVE DIABETES... WATCH THAT BE DIAGNOSED, THEN WHEN LAY OFFS COME... YOU WILL BE GONE. WHY? BECAUSE THE COMPANY IS SELF INSURED AND YOU'VE JUST BECOME AN EXPENSE TO THE COMPANY.

LONG TERM AND SHORT TERM DISABILITY? ANOTHER THING. TRY TO USE IT AND WHAM... YOU'RE A LIABILITY.

AND IF YOU'RE UNFORTUNATE TO HAVE TO BE ON LONG TERM DISABILITY, THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO FILE FOR SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY AND ONCE YOU ARE GRANTED BENEFIT, THEY STOP PAYING AND THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO.

IT IS ALL A HOAX.

REMEMBER TO GET YOUR OWN LTD AND SHORT TERM DISABILITY OUTSIDE OF THE EMPLOYER. YOU ARE BETTER OFF AND THAT INCLUDES A LIFE POLICY.

I work in Canada for Honeywell and they use the same scare tactics here. "Employees should be lucky to have jobs" is often heard and the same story is told about discussions of benefits, saying things are on hold until we figure out the future state.
I believe that Honeywell has a secret agenda to drive out employees in order to hire contract employees for almost HALF the pay.
HSA(Honeywell Secret Agenda) CHINA FOR HIRE.

Honeywell International fan does not work

I bought the Honeywell HT800 Super Turbo High Performance Fan (Black) last year and as of yesterday, 10/8/09 the Fan no longer works. I would like another fan because this one was supposed to have a 5 year warranty. I do not still have the sales receipt but the fan cost me $13.99

Honeywell International payment processing scam

What is Honeywell Internation Inc.?

I have heard af a Honeywell International Inc., (honeywell.com). But, their e-mail address would not be a free gmail account.

Did you copy that name wrong?

A Google search for "Honeywell Internation Inc." returns no results.

Likely a payment processing scam.

Honeywell International bad management

The Honeywell management is a bunch of lieing cheating arrorgant pompus butt heads. They don't care about anyone but them selves and their bonus. They made my manager change my review from a 5(average) to a 8(below average) and then put me on a writen warning for not having good performance just so they don't have to give me a raise. The H.R department is a joke. They are in on the lies. A big company game to crap on it's employees.

I worked in Honeywell Technologies Solutions in India, Very poor engineering management and leadership. Filled with bad politics many senior managers just sit doing less work just doing ppts and excel sheets. I saw very strong very good engineers leaving HTSL leaving behind less competent people. HR is not effective to resolve the issue

Same is the case of Honeywell India HR operations. They are too attrocious in commanding on the experienced candidates for scheduling interviews. Self & my friend experienced real bad attitude of postponing interviews / inviting people to the office without serving the purpose. Please dont opt for honeywell!

Nothing has changed since 2009. Sr Leadership manages up, not down, so the individuals who actually do the work are not taken into consideration and overlooked. In almost every case leaving them to clean up the mess they've made.
Definately target rich in the number of floaters to the cesspool of life.

Honeywell International warranty

i brought a honeywell humidifier last year it had 2years warranty, , when i used it this winter i see a leak from the bottom of the unit, , i called the customer service and was asked to send the unit to them and that it would take 6 weeks to process, , i spend 10$+ in postage to send the item on nov 5 2008. I called back on dec 16 and was told that that they have not started the process yet, called back on dec 23, the process was not started yet, but because i called them few times now i was told that they will send me a new unit now and latter process the old one, , i was given an order number and asked to use the number to track the product, , i was told that i would take 2 weeks via ups due to holidays, , i called back on jan 13 2009 the supervisor said that the item should be at home by the weekend so i called back on 16 jan and talked to the supervisor he said that the previous time it was send via US mail and porbably lost in the mail and he was sending one right away via ups and was going to give me the tracking number, , disconnected the phone and not able to get back to him since then, , , i have left few messages and no reply at all...
why do the company put such a big scam about warranty when they just want to fool around and not take any responsiblity.
i am hoping to talk to someone responsible and know what is actual reason and should it be soo complicated, ,

By the way, Honeywell's unwritten policy on the 5-year warranty for humidifers is that the customer can NOT return parts to the factory for warranty converage, even though the written warranty explicitly gives that option. All warranty matters must be handled by a contractor or distributor. So if you buy stuff online, you are on your own to find somebody to process the warranty for you.

Honeywell International light bulb life

I purchased and installed a Honeywell light bulb p/n E311496 53SJ
it lasted 3 months. Big rip off from "Big Name Company" who turned manufacturing over to China.
The product is "CRAP".
As far as I'm concerned "All Products From China" SUCK.

Called Honeywell and spoke with Indian guy ... he told me that Honeywell is not responsible for the product, so I have to call the manufacturer, what is that ! I stopped buying Honeywell for ever ! I was scam by an e-mail from Dave Cote offering a work at home job. After receiving the job offer I realized it was a fraud. I responded saying I refused the job offer. Two days after I was sent a fake check and keep receiving e-mails from Dave Cote to cash the check and send it western union. I am very scared and needs to know what action to take. I was contacted some time ago by someone saying they represented Ashley Furniture Company and offering employment. Had enough knowledge about scams to contact Ashley and ask about the email which of course, they were not any part of. So will not respond in anyway to this or other offers of employment sent this way. Is tempting, though, to think about gaining income from sitting on your back side for a few hours since already doing just that!

ok read all of the above - what step to take? will local police help? I have the checks and all the emails that were sent to me. I stopped responding when I figured out it was too good to be true but now I sit here with a check that looks real but will check it out tomorrow of course. How can we get this to stop? How do I stop the emails from them as well? I too was going to play along but now do not want to be legally responsible for anything! I live in IL.

Report them to the FBI internet fraud department. I went through this before, but they contacted me by mail alone, and I lost alot of money and messed up my credit because I cashed the check at my bank, and now I owe them, and they sent it to a creditor. It was a different company then out of Canada, now these Honeywell people have emailed me, but I know better now.

I was just sent a check today as well for $2, 900. Then got a followup e-mail from this same guy to cash the check and confirm I got it. What an idiot. It was so obvisous that the check was a scam. The ship from contact person was Kelly Keating in Great Falls, MT. The phone number she put on the ups package was a number from Puerto Rico that is not even a valid phone number also the address she put is an address to a shopping mall! Do they not think that we have Google? Did they actually think that I would not research the check before depositing? The check was from a valid reputable company with the correct bank routing number from Suntrust. So I called the bank to verify and they informed me that check was not valid. I immediatley tore up the check. What a bunch of losers. I know the economy is bad but to prey on innocient hard working people is just not sane! I hope they catch these fools!

I have received the same email in my scam folder. I looked at it and knew that it had to be fraudulent. My advice to all is to always get phone numbers and contacts. If you cant call and speak to a live person-beware. Always try to get the company to send you paperwork throught the mail. Most scammers do not like to leave a paper trail. Be on the look out for the same types of emails from someone claiming to be Fedex. Be careful dealing with the cyberspace world, it can be very tricky.

The same e-mail was sent to me, althoough I knew better than to respond. Isn't there a way to get these scam artists off the internet? Unfortunately there are people that do see this as legal employment and end up losing a lot of money. I am going to research what the next step would be for getting them out of our lives and computers.

Honeywell International bad service

We have had this humidifier for maybe 6 months due to various illnesses in our family. We use it nightly in our children's bedroom. Once a week we clean the mineral build-up from the boiler piece per the manufacturer's manual.

This morning we woke up to a burning plastic/chemical smell. Like if your wires were burning. Well, we unplugged everything in the room, not knowing where it came from. The first thing we checked though was this unit. Something is burning up, and my husband said that the part where the smell was coming from was hotter than usual. So, something went wrong, but the unit did not shut down.

My complaints are 1)If this had started much earlier in the night, I fear a fire may have erupted at the foot of my child's bed.

2) I'm not sure how long this chemical stench is going to take to dissipate from our home. We have 4 people recovering from bronchitis, (one of whom has asthma) and a 5 month old whom I don't want breathing in who knows what!

It's very scary to wake up to a smell like that and try to determine if you can stop the slow burn before it starts a fire or not. Something should be done, but I'm not sure what. I can tell you that I will NOT be buying another Honeywell product!

Honeywell International the support number is bogus!

I purchased a honeywell safe from SEARS. The Model is 2087D. This model is a battery operated.

The safe is locked and will not open! I have changed batteries multiple times, but nothing seems to work!

All my valuables are inside and I can not get to them! I have been calling the customer support number provided on the manual and website, and the line is off the hook (busy) even when the place is closed! Their fax number rings but nothing picks up. I can not get a hold of anyone!

No one seems to work there! I don't know what to do! My passport is in the safe and I am traveling out of the country next week! I am stuck with no help!

I would not recommend this product to anyone!
