House Of Fraser review: invoive number [protected]/order number HoF40000082727618

I am late returning a dress which I ordered in May since then my husband has been in hospital with an operation and lots of things have happened, so I did not get to return in time also I had also mis-placed the receipt. I had gone instore to Aylesbury branch where one person told me I could return for a credit note if I find the receipt which I have went there today and the sales lady said no we cannot give you a credit note it is too late I said I do not want it it's too big and she replied with well it's yours now so you can sell it or vint it! I was not very happy and have and do continue to spend regular money on line with your company there is nothing wrong with the dress to return I just want a credit note so I can bye something else the dress was £ 50 pounds. Please can you have a look at this and see if it can be resolved. Deborah Cohen
