When I contacted the company on the platform where I placed my order Fraserplus and frasers. they both will not accept fault and inform me to contact the department store the department store also denies any mistakes. Please investigate this organisation as it seems all they interested in is raising as much credit from unsuspected online shoppers. Their behaviour at times have been treating, rude and noncommittal

You should be keeping records of these interactions with Fraserplus, Frasers, and the department store as they are continuously pinning you down to escape the liability. If the problem continues, contact your local consumer protection agency or trading standards office. Make sure that they do not escape by just deducting money from you and not delivering anything.
