HubSpot review: Mailing tool cheat by hubspot - never use for mailing

Be careful!
-They can use your card information without approval!
-They can cheat you with some tricks.
-They don't have a cancelation option or free trial when you have approved something. You have to pay it for a year!
-No matter if you like or dislike the tool you have to pay something for nothing!

I was looking for a mailing tool. Someone recommended Hubspot and I decided to try it. First of all, they have a good UI but there was a 2.000 recipient limitation for the free version. I need 6.400 and decided to upgrade it. The price was 30€/month. OKAY, I can say this is fair but after the upgrade, the tool said to me you have to upgrade your contacts as a "marketing contact". My subscription limitation is 1.000 "marketing contact" I had a 2.000 recipient limitation with a free version! There should be a mistake. When I tried to arrange my contacts as marketing contacts the tool allowed me. After the morning I saw a bill of about 230€/month(for 12 months) because I decided to upgrade my marketing contacts limitation to 7.000. OMG! There was no warning or approval for this process. Normally they have to warn me or there should be a limitation without approval by me. They can use your card information without approval be careful.

I'd tried to contact someone from the contract team but they gave me an option for about 70€/month for 12 months for nothing I can use.
