Booked flight from Calgary to Vancouver
Booked tickets from hutchgo on 4/1/2024. Two tickets round trip . But when reached at flight counter they said no tickets are booked under your name . Contact hutchgo customers care no response and said booked another tickets booked and booked refunds then I said my credit limit is over and ask me to wait for 45 min. Waited for 2 hours. No response .

I have a 2 refund tickets booked reference no. OJIJHA from Cebu pacific air under the name of velasco & santos . As for Cebu pacific air they already send the refund money to your company from last dec. 6,2022. But up to now your company haven’t reply to any of my emails regarding this matter. Cancelation of flights with no refund
It's been more or less 3 years since the last email I had with hutchgo. I booked a flight for three to palawan, this was before pandemic hit, I've recieved a booking ticket and number, and paid it over the counter. Fast forward to a few days before our flight, hutchgo emailed me that it has cancelled my flight, and didnt even gave me an option if I would like to rebook for different date or refund. So, i've emailed them to get a refund, however, they said I should wait for 2-3 months to process the refund request. I patiently waited. Then when it got over 3 months i've emailed them again, and they said I should email the airline, so i've emailed the airline but the airline told me to talk it with hutchgo, its like theyre passing me around. we've decided to went to the main office of the airline to personally talk with them but instead they just give us a receipt of refund request, and told us to wait for an update or call. It's been over 3 yrs now, we lost contact on both.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate an immediate response and the refund.
Cancelled by website and still charged
I booked for a flight to Hong Kong today, 21st June 2023 and it was cancelled due to unavailable seating for which i apparently selected but i did not. My card was charged. Doesn’t make sense if that was even the case, it would be on the refreshed page even before the payment being deducted. I want my refund within 2 working days. I have lodged a police report already since this isn’t the first for this company to be scamming people like this.

Flight from Cebu to Mactan
Hello, I booked a flight from Cebu to Boracay using Hutchgo.com. My flight is supposedly on Wednesday. I was planning to check-in online to avoid any hassle but after 4 days of booking Hutchgo.com still have not sent me my booking number. I emailed them and tried reaching for my concern but no response. I also asked air asia if my name was booked where they responded that they were unable to find my name in the list which implies I still have no booked flight yet under air asia bound to Boracay.
Desired outcome: I want to have my booking number ASAP, especially today or tomorrow. If not, can I have refund.

Wrong flight details, no booking number and no clear instructions
1. Airasia flies from KLIA2 in Malaysia. Hutchgo only stated Kuala Lumpur International Airport, which means it is KLIA1. This is a big issue, because it is the wrong location. And the exact location for departure has been verified with AirAsia.
2. My flight is tomorrow and up till today, i stillhave not received and AirAsia booking number for Check in. All i got was their confirmation number, which is not helpful and a wrong and e ticket, which is also not helpful.
3. called their HK helpline for assistance, no +[protected] no one picked up.

Attached are the documents I have received before, to fly via british airways at 830 am on 25th feb 2023 from london to frankfurt
However due to the delay of the flight from singapore to london, i've received an email to change flight to lufthansa airlines at 930 instead
However, the airlines desk said that we were not given e ticket number by the travel agent and by the airlines.. so we are forbidden from flying and they unable to give us new boarding pass
I have to contact HutchGo company and airlines. However I called HutchGo so many times for 1 hour but they are busy. I also did call Qantas n lufthansa and british airways but they ask to call HutchGo. I have to use roaming phone and expensive bill through my phone
We went to terminal 2 and 3 to settle this however they said we only can solve this issue by buying new tickets or call HutchGo (which ive called multiple times with no answer)
I buy new tickets at 2 pm via british airways for 4 of us to frankfurt and it is COST
£862.72 for 4 persons

I booked a flight with PAL thru Hutchgo. The airline made changes to the schedule with a 12 hour delay from the original flight schedule. Normally, the airline would offer free re-booking because the changes are involuntary. I contacted Hutchgo CS to process free re-booking because it affects my schedule. They even said there is service fee of HKD 420 apart from airline fare difference for rebooking! Horrible! They said they'll contact their supplier if flight can be rebooked but more than 24 hours have passed, and no one is replying in the emails.
E-tickets [protected] not received!
On 1 Dec.2022 I booked 2 return tickets for a one week trip to Kuching and back to Singapore from 12-19 Feb on AirAsia Flight No: AK1776 outward bound and AK1775 inward bound, and was told I would receive my E tickets within 48 hours. I never received them. On 16 January a Rebecca Ho replied my enquiry:

When I did so, they said they did not have our booking reference. I don't understand what is going on! This message started at 8:30 A.M until now after 12 hours the message is still active in my computer. Please help me. Am I booked on the flight or not?
Worst customer service team under Carmel Cheng
Think twice before you book the service. This is the worst service platform I have ever used. No one responds to an email for more than 20 days, and no one answered the hotline for many times. The customer service team also did not have the patience to help solve the problems. Even Carmel Cheng, the manager of the customer service department, did not actively help the customer to solve the problems that should be solved. Very, very very disappointed for the terrible experience, will never ever use it again.

I’m complaining about my refund of airfare which was canceled due to pandemic.
I bought the ticket in early 2020 for my flight from Manila to Rome in July 2020. Due to pandemic, it was canceled. I was demanding for a refund and Hutchgo promised to refund my airfare with refund penalty plus Hutchgo service fee of HKD210 per ticket. I was wondering why I will charge a refund penalty because I didn’t request for a cancelation of my flight for personal reasons but it was canceled due to pandemic. I started chasing the agency since July 2020 with many follow ups but until now, I haven’t refunded it yet. Hutchgo would always say that the Thai Airways hasn’t refunded yet the money so they can’t process my refund. I’m so disappointed with both the airline and the travel agency. Please refund my money because it will almost be 3 years since it happened.
