Scam and cheating
I received fraud on my credit card when last monday i received a hyrdrodem box in the mail. Included was a few products from this company including a wrinkle reducer, at 23 i do not need anti wrinkle cream. i immediately shut down my card.
I can also associate with the comment posted in may about "computers down". I am furious and would love to know where this company is getting peoples information. I will be tossing the product no use in spending my money to send back to such a horrid company. Does anyone know if they have been reported to the credit bureau?
Here are some Ph #s I found on the bill they send me:
[protected] is always busy
[protected] no answer! good luck!
The Internet address don't work too! I need to call my credit card and cancel!
The product is full of preservative calls Paraben.Very harmful to all females including children. It was found in breast cancer and other cancers. I Would not use this product! I have trouble to return it too. They shipped me a free sample and now want to charge me $84.00. They do BAD business and should get stopped.

Trial Order delivery
Is this complaint going to stop Hydroderm from billing me. I have no need for the product. I haven't even started showing signs of wrinkles. I recieved a package from them and now I can't even get in contact with them to send it back. Website is down and don't even try calling, they want answer, they acutally hang up on you. I'm a single parent, struggling...

I got very little spam until Hydroderm got my email address. I have my own domain, so I assign email addresses so I can know who is sending the email.
Now I'm getting 25 to 30 spam emails a day hawking everything from financial newsletters to sexual enhancement products - all using Hydroderm's email address I assigned only to them.
So, I know they sold the email address to an astounding number 3rd parties - everyone that sends an email to the Hydroderm email address that I assigned only to them. I only hope that's all my information that they sold.
I'm reporting their activity and the email spamming they precipitated to our state attorney general office.

Hydroderm trial offer is a joke! Once you receive the trial product you are stuck with the product! If you try to call the company their system is always down & they tell you they can't help you and to call back. When you call back they'll diconnect the call or tell you once again their computers are down. I guess I'll have to contact my credit card company to dispute the revolving charges since it's impossible to communicate with this fraudulant company.
Stolen identity/Credit card fraud
6/3/08 Out of the blue 3 unsolicited packages were delivered - 2 from Hydroderm and 1 from FRS Healthy Energy. All three charged shipping to my credit card. I called the credit card company to deny payment for these charges but I will probably have further hassles to remove these charges. Evidently this company has a long history of ripoffs/scams. This is intolerable. Internet providers should deny access to this company and any of its representatives or agents.
The Hydroderm shipments included a form re a FREE trial that ends on 7/3/2008 at which time they will bill me for $49.95 if I dont do "something". They provided an INTERNET ADDRESS & PASSWORD I could log ontgo and discontinue my "membership" or I could call an 800 number. They also stated they could not accept any packages marked RETURN TO SENDER. Or I could ask my customer service representative about rescheduling ? whatever that is...or whoever that is.
I never ordered or requested a trial of this product but I've been charged $5.95 in my credit card. I didn't know what this amount came from and I called my Bank to put it on dispute. Yesterday I realized that I've been charged for a trial of Hydroderm, a box of this product shown up at my door.
How did they get my credit card number and my personal information? I had to cancel my credit card since I'm afraid to be charged for other products that I've never bought. I noticed that everybody that had a problem with Hydroderm actually requested a trial... Does anybody had a problem like mine?

Do NOT go for the free trial offer. You WON'T be able to send it back. They have told me for 6 weeks their system was down so they couldn't give me an RMA number to return the product (whatever that is). I finally sent it back on my own and still got charged! I was WELL WITHIN my free trial period. Yet, they still say they can't issue a credit because the system is down. Funny how it can bill me but not issue a credit or let me return the product. ALSO, I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT THEY BILLED ME $69 FOR! I will never see that money again!
I ordered Hydroderm. It did not work at all. Total ripo off. I have tried to cancel this account and keep getting put on hold every time I call. They keep telling me that their system is down and they cannot issue refund. It takes around 45 minutes for someone to answer the phone on the phone. They put you on hold and then drop the call when you are calling to return. I did speak to one person last week who claimed that they will take care of the refund and to date, isntead of a refund, I received just another charge on my credit card. I am ready to scream and will never, ever ever order from this company again.
I called on the phone and was rudely told the only way my card and shipment will be canceled is if the postal service gives me a tracking number when i send back the box, which they dont do on standard postal service, because hydroderm's system is down and can't give me the rma number to do a return. What a bunch of bull i hope someone shuts them down.
This company refuses to respond to emails and forward RMA numbers. Prior to the expiration of the free trial period I contacted them through email to cancel the membership and requested an RMA number and notified them they were not allowed to utilize my card. I also called the 800 number and was informed the "system was down" and to call back and was assured there would be no billings or shipments. This went on for over 2 weeks and guess what, they charged my account. I have been unsuccessful in obtaining a refund or even getting a response to my 8 emails sent. Both numbers are now busy at all hours of the day. If this happens to anyone else and you have notified them of the desire to cancell and withdrawn any authorization to charge your account, check with your bank. They may be able to file a fraud charge against Hydroderm and refund your money.
I certainly wish I had found the complaints site prior to ordering from this company.
Ordered the "free trial" of Hydroderm advertised in a banner on my computer. Tried it - didn't do a thing but burn my eyes and skin. Cancelled my "free trial membership" before the 30 days expired so they wouldn't keep sending me, and charging me for, more of the stuff. Six weeks later they've hit my checking account with a surprise $75 charge. Called them to ask why - APPARENTLY IN ADDITION TO CANCELLING THE FREE TRIAL MEMBERSHIP - YOU MUST ALSO SHIP THE EMPTY CONTAINERS BACK TO THEM... AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE! Now they are refusing to refund my money. BEWARE OF THESE KIND OF "FREE PRODUCT TRIALS"... all their fine print in the internet AGREEMENT when you click on the "I agree to these terms" could make you end up having to pay for a bunch of JUNK that they can't sell honestly.
I ordered the product & received it 3 times, but then I noticed I wasn't getting it anymore, but found I was charged for it on my Visa (automatic deduction) & never got the shipment. Then when I called to cancel I was told their computer system was down. I tried two times a week apart & it was the same story. I am going to have my Visa company try & get the money back from them...I know I probably won't see a penny of it so therefore I want people to know about this fradulant company.
I ordered a " free Sample" I paid for the shipping with my credit card. I cancelled any future shipments. They charged my card anyway and didnot send the product.
I contacted them in an email and called them. They promised to return my money. They have not. This has been since July of 08. I am no longer able to reach them. None of the numbers I have work.
I ordered a free trial of Hydroderm in August 2008. I cancelled the order and was told to keep the remaining portion of the product. On September 29, 2008 I was billed $69.00 and on October 12th I was billed $74.95. I called the company and was told that the two amounts would be credited back to my card. They never were and I could not get through to Hydroderm by phone or e-mail. On February 12th, 2009, I was billed another $74.95 by Hydrolab. My credit card company suggested that I cancel my card and get a new number. They were going to try to get the February charge off my bill. I accidentally found out that Hydrolab was Hydroderm when I went to this web site. The number that they gave on my statement was incorrect. I got the new number from this website. I was told by the people at Hydrolab to file a complaint on line to get my money back. I hope that this is the right website.
I did not receive my refunds
I received the "free" products for which I had to provide a credit card number for the shipping costs. After reading the enclosed documents, I returned the products unopened and told them to cancel any future shipments. About 2 weeks later while checking my bank account, I noticed 2 automatic withdrawals to Momentum Direct. One was for $49.95, the other was for $58.93.
I immediately call them and gave the information for the shipping numbers, order numbers, etc. The man told me that I would receive a refund of the charges. It is now 3 months later and I still haven't received my refund check.
This place is a scam. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

I have the same problem and they keep telling me their computers are down each time I get someone on the phone that ends up disconnecting me.
