Claim #: 23ATNC869520380 HyreCar has not taken financially responsibility for accident in which the driver was insured by HyreCar. The NCDMV is going to suspend my license indefinitely due to this. I reached out to the company numerous and was provided a form to provide the DMV; the form was not adequate. I’m now dealing with this issue that should have been taken care of in September 2023.
Desired outcome: I want a response and action to be taken immediately. Contact the DMV and need take accountability. Also, pay any fees associated with this fiasco.
