I am saddened by the service at Hyundai the 9th Jan I took my car in since I had a problem with it, it was not starting so it was diagnosed that it's the petrol pump petrol mixed with water was found in my tank and I was quoted R13k, which I agreed on to have vehicle fixed so I paid, on the 28th Jan I was told to collect car as it was ready for collection which I dd collect the vehicle only to find out that same day I experienced same issue which I brought the car in for repairs which I confusing how so, because the car was supposed to be tested be4 I was told to collect It,so what was I paying R13k for if I'm experiencing same thing,so I had to take the car back, I asked 1st car was in they were my injectors checked and got a response that yes they were tested correctly, surprisingly now im told that my tank wasnt cleaned properly there were things stuck in my tank how soo coz I brought my car in to fix the problem why was I given back the car if it wasn't fixed properly and checked whereas I paid full price, now Im told since tank wasn't clean properly it had affect the injectors are now damaged at 1st they were tested correctly to me its now damaged cause car wasnt cleaned properly at 1st since i was told the not damaged and they tested correctly, so now in quoted to pay R7k for new injectors...this is soo frustrating honestly.. and for that fact that all these days I'm using public transport.
I paid R13k for my car to be fully fixed it wasn't
Now im quotated R12k from a problem that was caused by car not being fixed fully why must I now be paying again?
