Iceland Foods review: Poor communication and services

I placed an order for online delivery and haven’t ordered for a while due to very poor service from the Manningham shop in Bradford and was hoping things had got better. Sadly, they are worse! My shopping was not only late again, which it regularly is, a whole bag of shopping did not arrive. I asked the driver if this was everything as there didn’t appear much and he said he didn’t know and was just a driver. I asked for the shopping list of delivered items and he said he did’nt have one and ran off pretty quickly. I wen through my items from the list online and noticed several items were missing amounting to £13. I ran the store which was the only number constantly for over an hour and it either went to voicemail or was the engaged tone so it appears they have left the phone off the hook as I rang an awful lot of times.

I eventually went through to your customer services who did not offer a refund but said she would email the store and copy me into it but I received no email. I rang customer services back later that morning no one had got back to me and was eventually offered a refund but the email I got for the refund was not the full amount of the items I did not receive! I have had deliveries from your Shipley store in the past and they have been spot on but every time the Manningham store have sent my shopping, 90% of there time there have been missing items, items damaged, late deliveries, item due to expire and I have even had a box of 12 eggs with only 8 in the box!

I have complained before and I know some of my friends and family have stopped using your services due to similar experiences with your Manningham store. Please can I have the rest of my refund and can I ask you to address the issues at the Manningham store as they really are appalling. I have emailed and complained before but have heard nothing from Iceland.
