Will you please do the needful to ensure that we are able to get our credit card at our new address given herein above.

I applied for a debit card emi service to purchase a mobile phone from Amazon.in in last year november. After that i called multiple times to customer care to get the information on monthly deduction procedure but no one guided and asked to visit any icici branch.Bank people told, they cant help on this matter, asked me to get back to customer care. I again approached but they had no idea than on 19 jan 2019 6366.66 rs deducted from my account without any information. Customer care told, its a recovery of online purchase. I requested them to give details on which date and how much amount will be deducted, they said i will receive a mail which i have not received till now. No money deduction happend in feb n march 2019 . Now they deducted 8560 twice from my account . Plz help because its really unfair from icici site . I put compalint and they have given me the complaint no i.e SR [protected] & assured that my extra late payment fee and interest will be refunded in my account within 5 working days . Now again today 8560 ra deducted. Trying to connect with customer care since 10am on [protected] but call getting disconnected. Kindly helpe on this issue.

My name is ZIYAUDEEN.I am an ICICI Bank Credit Card Holder. Last Feb I got my credit card, the representatives of the Bank called me on my cell to convince me to enrol in CPP India's Card Protection Program for a annual fee of Rs.1295. I refused to become a member. Subsequently, I got 3 more similar calls to persuade me. I flatly refused to join. On someday, I received an sms from the Bank that my card had been debited Rs.1295 for joining the program ! But I didn't create the account for my icici credit card now I have got 6000 something need to pay I just call to card protection department and they told me they will reduce only 850 rs I have to pay balance 820 rs and they closed my protection plan also but I dropped mail to higher authority to repay my full amount but still I dint get any mail from them .
I called icici customer care also they didn't give good response ...I don't want to pay 6500 rs for my non use card

Beware of ICICI bank signing you up for un wanted insurance. While making fund transfers through ICICI net banking they had automatically signed me up for their insurance products, twice in a row. There was no option to opt out, had to call the customer help desk to back out the transaction. There was no indication on the screen (typically they would have given the option to sign up with No selected by default) . When we try to call the number given, they dont respond:

i had applied for personal loan of 2 lakhs only due to some urgent need, , waited for 4-5 day however no response, , after calling the customer care again and again finally i got a call from my nearest branch and told me that she will come and pick up the document, , , waited for 2 days but still didnt came so went drop my documents.
Again i had called up customer care and complained, SRSR616190601, the following day i got acall that my documents are incomplete, , later i arrange all documents and handover the document, , again had called up me and told that bank statement xerox copies are not clear and asked some other documents which i had never given to any of the bank for any loans, , after waiting for for than 2 weeks they had rejected my loan, , this is because none of the icici team have proper communication.they are not organised properly, some will ask something and othere will ask something, , , when i took a personal loan of 10 lanks only one person came took my documents and within 2-3 days the loan was sanctioned.here after verification i was told by one manager that the money will be transfered to my slary account and just after sometime a message came that the laon is rejected and to contact a executive who never respond and pick up the call..its horrible and should never go with ICICi, , please go with hdfc if private and if public bank than BOB or SBI

Recently.. like a week ago, some representative of ICICI Bank called me and talked to me about the Credit Card Protection scheme.
They explained to me about the program and the benefits I would get from it. But as soon as they finish the explanation, they cut off the phone.
And Guess what they have deducted Rs. 1899 from my account in regard to the CPP One Assist Program.
I never Accepted or said I would opt for the program. I would like to cancel my CPP membership as soon as possible

dhl on demand for icici bank documents
Literally, DHL On Demand that ICICI Bank uses to send documents to the USA is the most unreliable inefficient courier service I have come across.
On many occasions, they have not delivered the package and then I get the notification that the package was not delivered as no one was there. They basically skip your home maybe they are running late or whatever. One time I had to post a large slip outside saying Please ring the Bell and wait for at least 1 minute.
This time around I went on their website and rescheduled the date of delivery and got confirmation but to no avail, they still tried delivering on the earlier date. so what's the point of having these fancy online processes when no one is going to follow them.
It seems either DHL has no regard for ICIC account or their drivers are not in their control and pretty much do what they want to or their website requests are completely ignored.
Such gross incompetence. ICIC should seriously think about using another courier services.

ICICI Bank is the worst bank in India, maybe the world. They hire total idiots with no brains. It took me more than one month to get my money transferred to the US. That also after I got a connection in thee bank. Now, I am trying to close my account for two months. I have filled the forms three times, even visited the branch. Impossible to deal with the [censored]s.
ICICI is the worst bank I have ever dealt with in my whole life. I am not sure if they recruit [censored]s or take average people and turn them into [censored]s. It is impossible to reason with them. The bureaucracy is worse than the Government of India. I had a terrible time getting my money from the bank. Even worse was to close the account.
Hi I am UK NRI and have NRI PINS & Non-PINS account with ICICI Bank. The brochure tells me that I can perform IPO dealings. But ICICI has disabled the option in my account. When ever I query, they tell me ICICI does not allow IPO for UK NRIs. No body tells me the how do invest in IPO shares Bonds or Mutual Funds.
Is RBI Rules or SEBI Rules are different for different country NRIs?
I am fed up of having a DMat account with ICICI, they behave as if they are controlling the finance for India.
I am exploring other options with other Banks for this facility.

Dear ICICI Fraudster,
Eight years back I went to ICICI Dwarakanagar branch in Visakhapatnam for depositing my money and on of your [censored], MOTHERFUCKER employee suggested (forced) me to invest in some screwed up mutual fund scheme and made me invest in that scheme. I was asked to pay the same amount (Rs 50, 000) for the next three years.
I have been to your screwed up ICICI Prudential office located in CBM compound multiple times from the couple of years to get my money and was always persuaded to wait for the entire term (8 years) to get maximum benefits.
Last year (2017) when I went there, one of your agent said that the scheme will mature on June 30, 2018 and the entire amount around Rs 3, 50, 000 will be credited into my ICICI Account. He NEVER mentioned (neither did the [censored] who made me deposit my money in the first place) that if I come even a day after June 30th that I will lose my entire money and will be getting basic pension ( with 5% interest on my principle amount). Today, July 7th, 2018 when I went to the bank, this process was mentioned to me.
I was NEVER ever informed about this screwed up process. I being a widow without any income and totally depending on interest need the MONEY RIGHT NOW for various needs.
I never expected this from ICICI bank. You guys are no less than robbers, dacoits and cheaters like Vijay Mallya and Nirav Modi (of course whom are we kidding here? Your CEO Chanda Kochhar is a fraudster as well). If you guys really need money you and your employees should try begging on the streets which will be more honourable than cheating people with their hard earned money or you can also try involving your female family members in prostitution by which you can earn more money and sympathy as well.

I have been trying to call these people for a very long time. They say they are registering the complaint; they say the system is down but they will register and contact back when the system is up.
Nothing happens.
Customer executives keep laughing by annoying us. This is by far the worst behavior.
Then they asked to send an email (for which an auto generated response comes back saying 'within 2 business days a person will contact you'.). But it has been more than 10 days and no one has done (i have even sent multiple reminders).
Worst service. I will be switching to HDFC.

I have visited last Saturday i. e 30/12/2017 Madurai Subramaniyapuram branch (ICIC0006013) to open Savings account for my wife with all proofs (Adahar, PAN, Passport etc.,). They have told me you have to pay 11k to open the account. I asked them that only 10K is the minimum Account balance and what for this additional 1K then they said we have to buy other one icici bank products like insurance, FD to open account. I told them politely that I already have insurance from my company and I don't want any other products just I need to open an account.
They told it is policy of icici bank that without buying additional product we can't open account. I am already ICICI privilege Account holder having Savings acc, Credit card, Demat, Car and Two wheeler insurance from ICICI.
I didn't expect such a treatment from ICICI cheap product selling tactics. Iam planning to switch all my accounts to some trusted banks..

My name is Har[censored]a Sharma.I am an ICICI Bank Credit Card Holder. Few days ago the representatives of the Bank called me to convince me to enroll in CPP India's Card Protection Program for a annual fee of Rs.1649. I agreed to become a member, but later on I refused for this. The representative conveyed me that he will sending me a mail with the details to cancel, but so far I haven't received any email.
Later, I received the bill with the charges of 1649/-. I don't want to take this policy.I called up at CPP helpline also, but they refused that they don't have any details of mine such as name, dob, address - nothing got matched.
Kindly suggest and help me out.

I received an alert today 06.11.2017 ( at about 3.06 am Indian Standard Time) on my mobile that a 3 transaction of Indian Rupees 66, 400 has been made on my debit card linked to my account This shows that there has been a purchase made from Aferry. I have not authorized the transaction and this transaction is completely illegal. I have not shared any details with any one still I am a victim

pathetic customer service
I am an NRI and have filled out forms to open a demat account and associated savings account. 10 days later I receive by courier 6 different packages - 4 of them contain a single check book each and 2 contain a single debit card each.
Each of the check book have a different account number.
I called customer service to try to understand why 4 different accounts have been opened when all I wanted was 1 demat account and associated savings account.
First person on the phone gave his name as Avinash and only heard the word "demat" before cutting me off and saying he cannot help because he only knows about bank accounts. I had to remind him to at least help me understand what the SAVINGS accounts were and why 4 accounts were created and what each one was.
After going around in circles for about 20 mins he finally figured out 2 NRE and 2 NRO accounts had been created - but still had no idea why or what I could do about it. (I was wondering why he was even a customer support person when he had no knowledge or even the inclination to help)
I decided to end the conversation thinking I just happened to get the one dumb person in the call center.
I called again in a few minutes and got connected to a female agent. She also gave me the same answer of not being able to help with demat accounts (seems like that is part of their training!).
After I explained a little more she was able to give me the same demat service center phone number in Mumbai - although the working hours she said was Mon to Fri 8am to 6:30pm Indian time - This was different from what the previous agent had given - He said Monday to Saturday 9 am to 7 pm! I would think that should be an easy thing to train agents on to provide accurate working hours!
My next questions to the agent were - What was the minimum balance I needed to maintain; how much time did I have before I needed to deposit that amount and if even the balance was below the minimum, what is the penalty charged? All seem like simple straight forward questions.
Her answers were: "Minimum is Rs 10, 000 each" Very good!
"You have time" That is not an answer - what if I do not deposit any money for a year?
And finally "The penalty is Rs 100 + GST to Rs 500 + GST" Huh? There isn't a fixed amount? Then how does the bank decide how much to charge the customer? She did not know!
And this was the worst part - as if she suddenly had a seizure she kept repeating a single phrase about 10-15 times without allowing me to speak - and HUNG up on me!
I am wondering if I made a mistake picking ICICI bank!
fraudulent transactions and irresponsible response from icici bank officials
This is to reference to one of my complaint against online transactions happened in my account which are not initiated/authorized by me and there by fraudulent. There 30 August 2017 are 10 transactions totaling to Rs. 29, 000/- done by un-authorized person.
Ten transactions were happened from my saving (Salary) account @ 30th August 2017 5:30 PM for 3 transactions of Rs 5000 and 7 transactions of Rs 2000 respectively by the payment gateway, "VIN*Payu Paymen", as I was getting messages to my registered mobile without any OTP and without my intervention, immediately after that I have blocked my debit card as well my internet banking.
Soon after that I have raised compliant to customer care against this fraud transactions and they have logged a compliant and issued me the complaint number SR490367980. Next day I went to the ICICI bank, ITPL branch in Bangalore near to my work place, and filed dispute form along with my details.
After 22 days, i, e on 22nd Sep to my surprise, I got a message that " Dear Customer, Dispute for INR 29000 on account xxxXXX has been declined as the transaction was authenticated with a 3D secure PIN" and no other call to me or mail about this fraud transactions from ICICI BANK customer care team.
With this I realized that, proper justification is not done for my complaint and I called customer care to know more about merchant details where this fraudulent amount has been credited. But, customer executive is denied to share those details, despite of several requests. To my knowledge, I didn't share any details like card#, pin, 3D to any third person, to my surprise there were no OTPs generated for these transactions.
I am disappointed with the information I got it from customer care, and I need justification to my complaint. And being a customer to secure our money we keep in bank, so only bank is responsible to give security for this. Looking forward your immediate support and necessary action.
The following link shows that most of the ICICI bank accounts are prone to frauds which shows that poor security standards of the bank and compromising the customer details, however the bank is not ready to accept their inefficiency to protect the customer faith.

In terms of Reserve bank of India Circular RBI/2017-18/15
DBR.No.Leg.BC.78/09.07.005/2017-18 dated 06 Jul 2017, when the customer notifies the bank within three working days of the receiving the debit alert regarding unauthorized transaction, customer will have zero liability and the bank has to credit the amount involved in the unauthorized electronic transaction to the customer account within 10 working days from the date of such notification by the customer without waiting for settlement of insurance claim if any. However, bank has failed to protect the interest of the customer as well did not adhere to the regulatory guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India. This shows gross irresponsibility of the bank officials.
In view of the above I request you to credit the unauthorized amount to my account immediately under intimation to me, failing which I may be forced to initiate legal steps for recovery of my legitimate claim.

Dear Sir,
I am holding a saving bank A/C with ICICI; since the year 2000, I.E. For almost 17 years now. In fact, it had been my 'Salary Account' ever since.
In these 17 years, I have had never raised any complaint. However, doubtingly some of the ICICI Bank employees are at least revealing account or card related information to these fraudsters, who do impose themselves as either the Bank
Employees, or VISA/Master Card Employees and further shocking is they already have all the correct information about the card holder; which further diminishes the card holder doubt.
Obviously, our (card holders) mistake is also there; we fall in their almost perfectly laid down honey-traps.
My point is the practice of just correctly speaking out the OTP (One Time Password) to these impostors, freezes a transaction there and then itself is a very unhealthy, unsafe and unethical practice. The Bank not verifying the actual entity of the company/current bank account and what exactly has been transacted makes the bank a party to it.
On 11TH AUG 2017, between 11:40am to 12:03pm (23 minutes), an impostor called me 5 times; called himself 'Raul S Rona'; an employee of VISA and Master Card handling agency; with an employee ID: MVRR 39463. The mobile/number he had called me from is +[protected]. His calls were on the pretext of recovering an amount of INR 7500/- (INR 8000/- (paid to 'M/s Delhi Derby' for a 'Holiday Package' in the year 2016 - INR 500 (Brochure Courier Charges)). He in fact settled 4 'E-Transactions' of INR 7500/- in favor of PayZapp BLR, TPL UDIO Mumbai, RSP 'THE MOBILE WALLET BLR', RSP 'THE MOBILE WALLET BLR' and on 14TH AUG INR 9900/- OLA CABS.COM Gurgaon.
Total Amount fraudulently withdrew= INR 30, 000/- (7500/- x 4) + INR 9999/-
= INR 39, 999/-
My savior by ways of your urgent intervention is hereby humbly solicited.

money2india remittance service
I am filing this complaint against ICICI Bank in order to the problem I faced and due to that I wasted my time and money using their money2india remittance service.
I am an NRI living in Singapore and I am using ICICI Bank's money2india.com service for remittance to my Indian NRE account with ICICI Bank.
I received an promotional email from ICICI saying "Get 15 paise better rate on money transfers through ICICI Bank Money2India" on 29th June 2017, so I did a remittance of SGD9000 on 5th july 2017 and I received money on the next day but that amount is not including the offer of 15 paise better rate on current rate at that time.
The issue is that promotional email didn't had any promo code to apply while doing a transaction on money2india.com and that's not my fault so I thought it would be auto applicable but it wasn't. It is their marketing team's fault who sent me that promotional email.
So I emailed my query mentioning this problem to [protected]@icicibank.com on 7th july 2017 but that all I got from ICICI Bank until now is "we have escalated your complaint to concern team regarding preferential rate." and it's been more than a month. I also forwarded that same promotional email I received from ICICI Bank to them.
I reached them so many times after my first email but they are not giving me any answer or explanation. This is the pathetic service from a well-known private bank and I am so pissed off and wasted my time and money.
Due to that promotional email I did remittance and I have lost about INR3000 with my money transfer that big and I am not going to stay quiet.

This is to inform your that, I have a saving account with ICICI Bank A/c No. [protected] and also received credit card on my own assets not ICICI Bank base.
This is a complaint against ICICI Bank Credit Card Department who has illegally put the amount in my savings account on lien for credit card outstanding. There was absolutely no communication before taking this action.
Due to this I cannot use my bank account at all, and now a days the bank account is play a big role in our daily life like digital India. When I inquired about this to ICICI Bank department they talked very very very polietly and said that they have received request from ICICI Credit card department so they do it their own like an authorise. Now I just come to know that credit card department can also operate my account as an authorised to do whatever they want on our savings bank ... Thats great ... now my bank account showing (-12140)
Scenario...
I have got some financial problem for last 2 month so i cannot made any payment so I request ICICI bank through calling and they accepted the same ... i also agree to pay the due on 24 july of this month. Then they sent one person to my home to collect the payment on nearly dated 9 then the person request me to pay the amount that time i told with the communication with their senior that i will clear the due at this 24 July and thats ok... then the person give me one solution that you give me a cheque and we will deposit in bank at 24 so i agreed and handover the cheque. but within 2 days the cheque presented on my bank and got bounced. Then i try to call him but not in range. After fund arrangement on dated 24th july I made payment to ICICI bank through my SBI credit card, that is bank to bank card payment transfer with reference no.[protected] Dated 24.07.2017 and got relaxed.
Yesterday 27th july when i try to make payment through my bank account they got unclear and when i called costumer care they told me we have lock and debit all credit card dues in your bank account then i ask them sir we have already made payment on dated 24th and i need this bank money very urgent but they replayed that we have got request from ICICI bank credit card department so we do the needful. Then I try to give the reference detail of payment but they told that we cannot take that reference and we just want our money then only we will clear your account ... it’s like a blackmailing, I never told that i will not pay the amount, every time i request them to give me some time and i agreed to pay the amount on dated 24th and i did the needful.
Now I have some question to be clear...
General Questions :
1. Any small small useless offers the bank continually calling us and irritate us at any time as per there time frame and our bank account getting un-operating and block that time no communication at all... they do mess with our account only with the communication of their internal team, Is this some kind of joke?
2. What is terms and condition between ICICI Bank and ICICI credit card department? and what basis they have taking that kind of decisions without intimating the account authorised person? then what is the right of account authorised person about the secure bank account?
3. If The ICICI group of companies has permission or right to operate all account like ICICI Credit card, ICICI Bank, ICICI Life Insurance, ICICI Mutual funds then why we have not right to operate our relatives bank account like father, mother, sister, brother and friend which our internal agreed terms? we have not made any agreement with ICICI group, it’s Me and ICICI bank, it’s Me and ICICI other product ... Can you try to open ICICI group companys account with one person with one time documents? then time of liability why all group come together and try to mess with our accounts like a authorised.
4. ICICI bank credit card department, when time to request for a credit card why you ask about other proof if there is ICICI bank account or your group company account with us, any way you all are operating the same without our permission?
5. in what basis you are giving the credit card? and why?
6. as per the terms ICICI credit card department, they can transfer card amount to our bank account then when we sending request to transfer my credit card full balance to my bank account, then what is the credit card department answer?
Personal Question...
1. Give me the list of authorised of my personal bank account in any condition?
2. Why ICICI bank credit card department and ICICI bank cannot communicated with me at the time of transfer card dues to bank account as I am authorised person of both accounts? What is the rule meaning that you cannot communicate while this kind of transactions ... this is a hidden transaction for me... there is no transparency ? that time I have already requested to SBI credit card department to transfer Rs.10000/- to ICICI bank credit card department so I could have provide the reference detail of that transaction.
3. What is calculation of amount to transfer due? Is this based on Minimum amount due, total due amount or total outstanding amount or any other your own calculation? Require this detail with your rules and condition so in future we can follow the same?
4. I have already transfer Rs.10000/- from my SBI Credit card to this ICICI Credit card account? Now what is next step when the amount credit to ICICI bank credit card account ? There is some confusion please clear... will you reverse that amount which you illegally debit my ICICI bank account ? or only 10000 you are going to transfer? Or any other way you try to handle my bank account as you are an authorised and you can do whatever your rule...
