This company is crooked. I have paid them over *** dollars and no resolution to my tax problems. I have received nothing but a paper trail and the case manger on my case provides no transparency in my case. I have on numerous times call their office to report her miscount, to no avail she always state " he is in a meeting, or he is not available". It is so frustrating to deal with this company! PLEASE IF YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR HARD EARN MONEY AWAY THEN IDEAL TAX SOLUTION IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU. Your tax problems will not be resolved with this company, they are very dishonest and will not provide any transparency, very very deceitful !

I paid ideal tax over *** dollars to solve my tax *** dollar tax debt.. all i wanted was good advice. So I went on a payment plan. While I was on the payment plan ideal tax sat on my case . My bank account was frozen because ideal tax did not return the irs officer *** calls . I ended up calling the irs officer to ask why my account was frozen and the response I got " ideal tax never returned there calls. Also ideal tax advised me to wait on another tax problem that appered on there advise was we will take care of it after the offer and compromise. My offer was denied because of the 2018 tax issue. And now I'm stuck doing monthly payments. Ideal tax is a scam, there frauds,and is ran by a bunch of idiots.

contacted Ideal Tax 2 years ago and they told me they could help me get *** problems solved in no time. I now am on my 8th case manager and the *** has started taking part of my *** check. They told me they would make sure this didn't happen but it has happened now. I have sent them a copy of every letter that I have received and the only answer I ever get is don't worry they are just trying to scare you. I request that all communication be done by email so I have a paper copy for my record so no one can say they didn't tell me that. I have paid the *** for their service and at this point I am no closer to getting this resolved than I was before. I ether have to contact a lawyer of the *** myself and get this resolved

Was very nice at first. Got me comfortable to give my info and then after I told him the experience I had with optima tax he got really rude and stated if I k ow everything why did I waste his time. Basically wanted me to pay $495 to start and investigation but I already know what is going on and wanted to know a resolution possibly without having to end up spending $5000 that I could just give to the *** A tax lawyer advised me it is better just to continue paying and eventually the *** can not continue to put penalties and interest. May take longer to pay and end up paying more than you owe but better than throwing away $5000 and someone frustrating you. That is if you dont have any flags yet and able to get a payment plan.

I was told that I qualified for several programs that would reduce my tax debt with ***. A contract and $ 1700.00 all they did over the last 9 months was set me up with an installment plan with ***.. I could have done that on my own. Now they want me to pay $43.00 to start the installment plan..i went ahead and signed up through ***. No tax solutions is trying to make me use them to start the plan. Saying I'm under contract I have to use them and pay the fee.. I told them they did nothing to help with my tax debt so they were in breach of contract. All they did was have someone else from the company email me about signing the installment contract..i told them to refund me the money I paid them for doing nothing I couldn't have done myself. "

I need to resolve a tax issue and called this company to see how they work. After the interview they asked for my social and when I told him I wanted to do my due diligence and speak with other companies before making a decision on who to use or if I even needed assistance he began interrupting me and raising his voice. I ended the call and blocked their number, but I do NOT recommend even calling this company. Ive never encountered someone so hateful that is supposed to want to help me. In sales (which this person is selling their service), sometimes you hear NO or NOT NOW from a customer. Learn how to overcome objections instead of becoming a bully. It will get you further, especially with those trying to resolve a sensitive issue and who are wanting to avoid being bullied.

I've had my IRS tax issue going on for quite some time now & was always nervous about this issue haunting me from doing any type of large transactions for my future, whether that be buying a house, car, etc. I knew about Ideal Tax being the largest firm & the best at what they do, so I figured, what do I really have to lose. Especially being back in 2018 I contacted Optima Tax, due to a friend at the time saying they were good, I called them & on the first phone call, WITHOUT them doing an investigation, they told it it'd be 18k to fix my issue! I was stunned because how can someone tell you how much this would cost to fix without properly diagnosing FIRST!? Fast forward to NOW 2022! Once I was notified about my investigation, Ideal Tax reflected the same info I understood as well, however, they actually came back with a full plan to FIX my issue! Also my cost was SIGNIFICANTLY LESS than what Optima wanted to charge me to fix the issue! I'm one happy camper!

Ideal Tax Solution is a total scam.I paid them 500$ to start, then another 1500$ then two payments of about 600$ each and the *** still has been levying my Social Security and I had a bad feeling and I called the *** directly last evening and talked to an incredibly helpful and informative representative who told me that the *** never received any money towards my debt and also the amount I owed was way less than I was quoted by Ideal Tax and she said i just needed to file years 15 and 16 and then I could set up a payment plan.She even went out of her way to send me all the forms I needed. She was so helpful.Also since I dont file ***s I kept explaining to the person at Ideal Tax I need to talk to you because I dont use these expenses etc.And the fact that they couldnt put my taxes together like Turbo Tax in about 45minutes was also a red flag.Then they sent me an email saying my account was suspended because I hadnt filled out the tax prep form thatI had kept saying I needed to talk about..So I thought about it and realized it was a total scam and they were intimidating *** paid about 3200$ to these people for nothing, nothing!They didnt do one thing for my problem.The first woman actually told me my debt was about *** and the *** said it was about 11,000.They lied to me and stole my money.Do not ever do business with these people.The 3200$ could have gone to my debt.

Buyer, please, PLEASE beware - the old "bait and switch" is very much alive and well here. I signed up with this company in February, eager to solve my ongoing tax issues once and for all. I spoke with a representative, ***, who, after a couple of meetings, told me she had reviewed my case, and that she was thrilled with the exciting outcome she could offer me, an *** (or possibly even better: a Fresh Start), which at worst should have resulted in me keeping my $1k tax return this year, and owing the *** about half of my original ***. After transferring my case to 4 other reps, what I actually ended up with was owing the *** the same amount as before, losing my tax return yet again, and now owing Ideal Tax $4k for their services, even though they did nothing on my behalf. No Fresh Start, no ***, no stay of collections, nothing that had been promised to me by their representative, and basically they added another $4k to my total debt. Now, instead of taking responsibility for failing my claim and wasting my time and money, they have doubled down and insist I owe them in full regardless of their ability to deliver on their promises. I was absolutely desperate, and they knew that and preyed on it. Naturally I wish I'd never signed up with these shysters. I only wish I'd read more of the complaints here on Complaintsboard.com before I did.

I hired Ideal Tax Solutions in October, paid them a little over *** and had great expectations of the services. What a joke/lie that was. Once the money transferred, a couple phone calls and I was relieved I was going to get support on my taxes. Then 6 months go by and I am now calling them once a month and sending a "check-in" via email and 9 of the 10 times the answers from them would be "no update yet, the tax pros are still in negotiations". It was impossible to get anyone on the phone. It was impossible to know who my case manager was. The attrition in the staff seems high - i would also get responses like "that person isn't here, I don't know who has your case" My case was not complicated. I had endured a hardship in 2016/2017. I was out of work. I was seeking support in reducing the fees and penalties for those years and get on a payment plan. 2 years later. Its now Winter of 2021 and they replied back. After all the work we have done, we can't help you especially because you aren't in hardship now. I requested a copy of my file to see what was done as I now need to seek help yet again. I want a refund if they won't/can't show me what services they provided or actions taken.For folks reading this - I will update this if possible with my outcome of the new tax attorney I have hired yesterday. If they are good, I will share the information. Its easy to be fearful of the *** and when I don't know tax laws - it's easy to be scammed. Please don't use IDEAL TAX SOLUTIONS. Do your research. Make time to do phone calls with professionals seek sound advice.

Be warned. I hired Ideal Tax to resolve a tax issue and to help be get compliant as a new business owner. I paid $500 to be told they could help. Then another 4K to actually secure their services. That was a year ago. During that time I had multiple case agents, each asking me to send docs that previously had been sent. 6 into this disaster I received a letter saying my case was suspended by ideal Tax because proper docs hadnt been sent. After repeated emails and phone calls practically begging for help, a new case agent told me in January told me my case would be reinstated if I resent the docs. With little choice, I complied with the request. After a couple of weeks I emailed the new case agent asking for an update. The email bounced back as undeliverable. Several calls produced nothing other than a shuffling of supervisions, one of which told me I needed to sent another 295 dollars to re-investigate my case. Absurd. By this time Id been contacted by IRS revenue officer so I was forced to hire a local tax attorney to stave of a lien. In the last contact I had, I demanded a refund of the 4K and was going to chalk up the initial $500 as a loss. Instead of an apology, the manager insinuated I was at fault despite being the manager I send multiple emails to over a several month period. He then gave me a generic customer service email address to lodge my complaint. With a background in media, Im inclined to shine a light on this operation but I first wanted to warn others that despite big promises, all I got from Ideal Tax was 4 thousand dollars worth of nothing. Not to mention the loss of time in which meter has bef. Running with iRS. This is a true and straightforward account and review. Take you money and tax issues to people who mean to help, not empty your pockets. Awful. Headed to court to make this right.

I will have you know I will be filing a complaint with the State Attorney General of California, Xavier B to inform him of your consumer fraud. I will also be filing a complaint with the FTC. I will reach out to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as I am in finance and know exactly who to report your predatory business tactics to. You have alluded and deceived Jonathan S into believing that you will assist with his federal tax burden. You have done nothing for two full years except tell him you are waiting to hear back from "tax preparers or the IRS" and prolonging each month into years saying documents have expired so you need updated ones. You insisted he enter into a payment with you instead of assisting him in actually paying what he owes to the actual government. You have essentially stolen money that was rightfully owed to the government. I will inform them of you deflecting IRS payments to yourselves. We originally started the process of resolving Jonathan S's federal tax debt of $13,500 in June . Your company requested an initial payment of $700 in order to see if Jonathan even qualified to put in an offer in compromise. You also stated that if we did not do it by a certain date that he could not move forward with your services. After paying you told Jonathan that he needed to complete the initial fee of $1495 to continue services and resolve his federal debt (so minus the initial $700) and also pay a monthly payment of $232.00 a month. He ended up paying you a total of $4279. Your company stated that after filing his 2018, and 2019 taxes you would put in an offer in compromise to the IRS and reduce down his federal tax debt. This has simply not been done. You have broken your contract. I demand a full refund for not having delivered the services you initially committed to. If I do not get a refund I will be taking this matter up civilly in court and requiring full refund including attorney fees and damages. I can assure you if Jonathan S does not receive the money he paid you so he can fully pay back the IRS what he owes, I will make sure the $4279 paid to you will be well spent in getting your business investigated for misrepresentation and unfair business tactics.

Idea Solution.Taxes stay away from. They Sara A. misinformed me about the process from the beginning. . Sara asked for documents of which I sent to her. That was after paying the $495.00. Sent the requested material. Poor communication, poor responding to my phonencalls.All the information she gave me I found out later by the CM to not be true. Had to call Sara A. supervisor to obtain information from the IRS. Lack of being professional. After being transferred over to a the CM she called me Bria she was very unprofessional Hollered at me during a conversation. Prior to that had sent requested sent documents to Sata A. Was told had to pay an amount of over 2,000 and was told at the start that she would make it reasonable. But she didn't asked for $ 525 down and the remainder divided over several months. Which came to 268.81 untill December.asked if, 2019 and 2018 would be filed first . She said yes. She told me they had a CPA. Had to ask for documentation from IRS. Sara A. sent a spread sheet that made no sense at all. After they received the $525 she informed me I would get a text of whom was CM would be and tax lawyer, ect. None of this was received. Next I get a phone call from a person named Bria and said she was my case Manager. Then later she informs me that a the information I sent had to be returned and I had to itemize it. Well I became sick and notified her. They didn't send back all the information I had sent to them. So I did research on the company and saw the same complaints. I requested to cancel and a refund. Received a email I wasn't entailed to the refund. Even though they hadn't done anything but contacted IRS. And I question that after reading a review. Was informed that the documents I sent was for them to determine how much to charge me for the resolution part 2. And the time frame depends in IRS. After being told by Bria it would be 6 to 8 weeks for them to file my taxes. The misrepresentation started with Sara A. Then I was told they don't have a bookkeeper. Then the information I signed mysteriously disappeared from.my email. . The form thw tax organization I received wasn't professional. I had read on their FB advirstment page that they would give 100% refund. Well that mysteriously disappeared. I am still sick but I sought out another company. Athem professional, quote given right away, professional paper work sent to me. My suggestion is to seek out before you decide. I wouldn't refer this company to anyone. Yes, I do take blame for not filing my back taxes. But I thought this company would help. But what I found out they were all.about the money. And people that give you mis information from the beginning. To pull you in. I know they will rebuttal.this complaint. But my desire is to stop others from falling into theses traps. Do your research before you make a decision. I still.want my money returned because you have done nothing at all ! Then up8n speaking to a CS representative they asked me did I want a copy of the contract I signed or I could come back to them My answer was no!.

So enter agreement to pay 5000 dollars. With auto pay taken out on a certain Date every month. They pulled 5ndays earlier. Since it was for 1000. Needless to say overdraft fees in the amount of over $800, Needless to say I was pissed. If they would of pulled 3 days earlier no problem. Since that was last payment over $4000 already paid. I called and told them the situation. The girl on the phone says they can pull at anytime and there nothing left they can do. Ask to speak to a supervisor. She said they would half to call me back. No call. Then they suspended my account didn't do any of the work. And no supervisor ever called. So paid $4000 for nothing just to be left hanging. And still no one has reached out. Now it's been a year with over $4800 gone. Do not do business with them find some else. Also found out I didn't need to do all the stuff they said because the irs can't collect after 10 years. Needless to say my tax problem would of went away in a year. Top it off they never did

The *** audited me for 3 yrs of taxes. I filed thru H&R Block Tutorial. The *** gave me a due *** of $27k in taxes for those 3 yrs. I appealed it on my own but the *** said I didn't do it correctly and advised me to get an attorney. I retained Ideal Tax Solution in ***, *** in 1/20 for $5k. I specifically asked them to appeal the $27k. I had receipts and docs to show that I didn't owe that *** in taxes for those 3 yrs of the audit. They informed me the liability of my tax case would switch from me over to them since they were representing me. Any time I received Certified *** Letters, the *** included addt'l interest/late fees/fines and penalties. Ideal Tax told me to ignore them because they got copies mailed to them and they represent me. I had 5 Case Mgrs in 14 mos. 2-3 mos would pass by w/out updates from Ideal Tax. I reached out many times to get updates on my case and ask questions. They called today and said the longer I wait, the more I owe the ***. Now the *** has double

Good morning,I reached out to this company in the hopes that they could help me with my tax situation. I spoke and dealt with a woman named *** and i explicity informed her that I was ALREADY in a payment plan with the *** that was about to default and that I could simpy get it re-instated and so if the only thing her company could do was also try to get me into a payment plan...then i would just stay with the *** and re-instate my payment plan.*** said that she "understood" and that it would cost $499 to get the process rolling. Again, I reiterated to her that if her company couldn't REDUCE any of my debt and could only get me into a payment plan, that I would forego their services. I also informed *** that it would take me awhile to get up the $499 dollars because I am off work on disabilty (documentation attached). I finally heard back from *** and she informed me that it would cost me over $3500 to continue with my case and they would get me into a payment plan.

Ideal Tax Solutions was handling my past *** tax *** I had paid them the initial amount I believe that was $1200 to get my case started, or as they call it "Phase 1" after a period of time they contacted me to go ahead with "Phase 2" In this phase 2 they were to continue doing whatever they do to handle my case and as part of phase 2 they were to file my 2020 tax return so that "all taxes" were accounted for before they, what I assumed was to make the *** an offer to settle my case. Back on May 13 I signed the forms that *** had emailed me of my completed tax return and mailed them to Ideal Tax Solutions as I was instructed to do so by ***. Several months had passed and I discovered that Ideal Tax Solutions failed to file my 2020 tax return. I have paid them hundreds of dollars, and was continuing to pay them payments during phase 2. After discovering that they did not even file my 2020 tax return, I ceased all payments to Ideal Tax Solutions.

While trying to contact the IRS on their website to pay a tax bill, Ideal Tax Solution's name appeared offering the best solution. They suggested they could get forgiveness of my taxes or reduce them. On contacting them they told me I was accepted but send them $950, which I did. Then then a request for info started. All bank statements for 12 months, all utility bills, etc. meanwhile they required I pay an additional $3000 plus to continue this farce I was 86 years old. , on a fixed income. I had to ask my daughter again to loan me the money..Then the paper work started again. They said it would be at least a year before it would be settled. I was so flustered, I called and then wrote a letter telling them how unhappy I was with their actions and requested a refund. They refused to return any money. I contacted the IRS and again my daughter loaned me the money to settle with them . This company should be allowed to prey on people the way they did me. Thank you. I appreciate you allowing me to share.

Contacted this business to help find out where money that the *** was drafting was being applied. We were making monthly payments to the *** but they stated they were not taking any payments. Sent proof of payments to Ideal Tax and they said they could help. We paid them $7400 and they stated they would work it out. They then called wanting information so they could set up payment on our behalf. When I explained to *** the resolution counsel that thats not what we were needing she was confused. When I explained to her why we hired the company she had no idea of our situation. I then made several phone calls and found out where my money was being applied. I talked directly to the *** and cleared everything up with a manager myself and have made arrangements. I then requested a refund of my $7400 since no one at ideal tax did anything to help us. Im now being given the run around! Im told they have to get authorization to refund me from the board of directors. That was over 2 weeks ago. There has been little to no communication since the request. I had to call several times to get an update and have been told the meeting with directors has been canceled and rescheduled. We just want our money back since no services were rendered by Ideal Tax.

These people donot provide the service they say they are going to provide for your money. They are liars take your 400$ tell you they are going to do an investigation of your tax problem. Then they come back with no information and then want another 2000$. All along telling me they can get me a specific outcome. After reviewing the paperwork they had me sign it says clearly says they cannot promise an outcome. They said they would investigate my situation with the IRS. When they came back with the supposed results it was all the information I had given to them. When I questioned this they said it would be another 2000 plus dollars. I kindly requested they provide me some proof that an investigation had been done they could not. I told them since they could not prove that they had done anything for my 400$ I most definately was not going to give them 2000$ more. I asked my bank to do a charge back for the 400$. they said because I authorized the charge I had to pay it. These people are crooks. They prey on persons in need of help just to take more. They lied. everything they came back with from their investigation was information I had given them. All of the documents they provided as proof to wells fargo were forms that I signed giving them authorization to do this investigation. They lied they did nothing and they are stealing from american citizens with a pass from the banks to do so.

May *** services with them to file my taxes that I was behind on. I did tell them that because of my job paperwork had been lost and I would need information they obtained by the irs to fill out information packets.July I sent 3 emails to *** and *** about my case saying I had questions I needed answered. I got no response from either person. I called multiple times with no call backs. October *** Monday the 18th I got a call saying my case manager needed to talk to me was I available. I told them I could talk. In that time I got transferred to 3 different people all telling me something different. My case manager had switched to someone new and I was never informed. They "claimed she called and couldn't get ahold of me" no missed phone calls. So I gave them a secondary number and an email address on Wednesday after no call back from her. The week has gone by and I still don't have a phone call or email giving me the info I need so they can file my taxes. Mind you they have 2020 on file. I told them the job I had and the information I needed to file. Below are emails that I sent with *** confirming she got 2020 and nothing after she left for maternity leave. *** never contacted me or emailed me back. *** never called or emailed saying she was taking o *** my case. Proof the company has my email on file and communication from *** got responses from me. Please help me get a response or information needed.

I hired Ideal Tax Solutions to handle a tax situation for me. They were hard to get in touch with, did not fulfill their end of the contract and have produced absolutely nothing in exchange for the money I have paid. The case worker I worked with for the last part of working with them outright lied to me at least 3 times, saying that he emailed me information, or had called me when he did not. I had an account manager named Kennia who I left several messages for. I was told on 2 occasions over a 4 week period that she was out sick, then finally my case got re-assigned. Luis told me that on their end I appeared "uncooperative". i asked him to send me a history of my calls, he said that he would and never did. I was not aware that my taxes had not been filed until mid - July, and was told that it was due to Covid and the shut downs. Later, when talking to Luis, he twisted the facts and said that I was not cooperating. EVERY TIME Britany or Adirenne called me from the finance department, they also texted me, which is what I requested in the beginning. Brittany and Adrienne were able to talk to me within 24 hours of reaching out to me every time. So, I was making consistent payments for months, while my account manager was out "sick", no information was being given to me, no products were gotten on my tax problem and I had to file my own taxes at the last minute. They took a bad tax situation and made it worse, then Luis lied to me about what was done, being done, etc several times. This is a terrible business.

About 12 months ago I engaged Ideal Tax to assist with gaining IRS compliance and negotiating liability. I first paid them $495 to investigate my case to decide wether they could help. They said they could about a month later. To continue they required that I pay them an additional 4K. I did. For the next several months I was shuffled between case agents, asked to send documents I had already provided but was assured the case was being handled. In Nov of 21 I received a letter from Ideal tax telling my my case was suspended as I had not sent the requested paperwork even though I had more than once. After several calls and emails were ignored, I finally received an email in January from yet another case agent. He assured me that if I resent documents, the case would be taken care of and resolved. I complied. After a couple of weeks I sent the new agent an email asking for an update. The email bounced back. After repeated calls to ideal tax asking for a manager, a receptionist told me they could move forward if I sent another 300. I declined and asked for a 4K refund since literally no work had been done on my case. At first I was told policy states no refunds. After threatening complains to the Complaintsboard.com and small claims court, I was told the best they could do is offer ***. Unacceptable. Since engaging with Ideal Tax, my exposure to IRS has only increased and I have been forced to hire an attorney. This situation is untenable as Ideal Tax has shown no interest in refunding the 4K I paid them to apparently do nothing.

Ideal tax has terminated my contract with them stating that I was not in communication with them. When in fact I was emailing and calling and getting no response. They state that they called me but I have caller ID and I saw the name of my case working only once in the past 3 months. I did respond to emails and in fact I emailed them 3 months ago on December 1 I emailed *** to her that the forms she sent me for signature had many incorrect pieces of information. I noted all the corrections to be made and said when the corrections were made she could forward me the document and I would sign. *** responded on 12/21 thanking me for pointing out the discrepancies and that they would be corrected and send me a new form.I did not hear back from her until 02/25/2022, where she sent me a letter stating "According to our records, we have been following up with you regularly regarding important information that is necessary in resolving your tax account. It has been several weeks since we have heard from you or received the information we have requested. Because of this, we have placed your file in a state of Suspension. While your file is suspended, we will be halting work until the requested information is received."I called and emailed on 02/25 after receiving the letter to ask them why I am being put on suspension when I have tried to contact them and heard nothing from them. I tried calling at least three more time since them leaving detailed voice mails each time asking to be called, and I have emailed 3 times asking the same. Still no one has called me back.

I am completely exhausted by my entire experience with Ideal Tax and I just simply want a refund. I was initially onboarded by ***, back in January. However, months went by before I was ever contacted by a case manager. *** was assigned to my case in March, and from there I was passed to *** and ***. They all asked for the exact same information at different times and it was provided. I then received three letters on three separate occasions stating that my account was placed in pending status as I was being unresponsive. When I called and requested a refund, I was assured that Ideal Tax had everything that was needed from me, *** was assigned to the case, and my 2019 and 2020 taxes were completed. However, it wasn't until I called repeatedly requesting the filing status of my return, that it was finally e-filed with the *** However, I should note that it was filed on the same day that I requested e-file confirmation. Once filed, I was then informed by *** that my 2020 return was rejected as the "Reject code indicates that Spouse already filed her own tax return. Please confirm w/ the CL if we should change 2020 TR filing status to MFS." My wife did not file a return and provided evidence that the *** had NOT received a return from us. I then called the *** who also confirmed they were not in receipt of a 2020 return. When we inquired into next steps, we were told that the return would be mailed, with the hope that it would be accepted. It was at this time that I requested a refund. I have paid $5000 in January. It is now November and I only have my 2019 federal tax return e-filed and my 2020 federal and state tax returns complete. I paid $5000 for ALL of my returns to be completed and for additional services. Refund the difference.

I am writing a complaint *(which I've never done) about a misleading company that is preying on the public. During the years [protected] I had not paid enough income taxes and as a result, owe the *** roughly $13,000. I reached out to Ideal Tax Solution to provide me with guidance and to see what options I had as I've spent hours and hours on hold with the *** with no resolve. Long story short, over the last 10 months, I've given them $3500 and they have stopped communicating with me and have not completed what they said they were going to do. They said that if I worked with them, they could get penalties and fees waived with a reduced settlement amount. This was a value to me so I agreed to work with them. I am no closer to an agreement with the *** than I was 10 months ago. They said that I owe the entire balance but did set up a $200/ mo payment plan. I gave them my banking information along with a signed form saying that I'll pay the $200/mo but nothing has been set up with the ***.After reading *** reviews, I'm not alone in this boat AND their employees are leaving 5 star reviews. More specifically *** (just one of many) gives a 5 star *** review which was the guy that lied to me initially saying that my amount due would be reduced and fees waived.The company, in my opinion is cheating people in a bad place already with the *** and taking their money without giving them a service. The $3500 I have already given them, paid in full, could have reduced my *** debt significantly. I hope you can look into this and see the many, many, horrible reviews and how they are cheating and scamming people out of their money. I have no idea how too, but I'm also considering a class action law suit so that this company cleans up its mess.Thank you

I hired Ideal Tax Solutions in 2020 and received no results. Ideal Tax Solutions (***) told me they would resolve my tax issues to my knowledge not one year has been resolved with the *** I gave them all the information they requested and paid them over $5,000 and I can't even get them to respond as to what they have done to improve my Tax problems. I've spoken to a lawyer and they maybe committing fraud. Promising something they can't deliver. After I spoke with *** with Ideal tax she told me I need to speak with billing department. Can you imagine after no results and paying the Ideal Tax Solutions the entire contracted amount agreed upon to then be told you need to speak to billing. I have emailed them sever time to get an answer as to what they have done and all I get is no response. Ideal Tax Solution will tell you I took long to deliver the information they requested. What I can tell you is I hired them for a reason. That reason being I needed help with figuring out my taxes. When they (***) sell you on their services Ideal Tax Solutions convince you they will take you under their wing and guide you to the promise land and solve all your tax problems. The truth is they left me to deal with everything on my own. They threaten to suspend my account because as I told them I need help figuring out paper work. I asked to speak to a manager. I received a call from *** he offer no real help and spoke to me in a very friendly but condescending way. This all this after I payed and so I ended up having to hire an additional accountant to deliver information they convinced me they would help me with figure out in the beginning of our contract. All I know is I have no idea where I stand or what's been done on my behalf with the *** You would think after two years working with Ideal Tax Solutions they would have explained or given me something for my time and $5,000 dollars.

I called this company due to a *** tax debt issue. I spoke with *** a representative of Ideal Tax Solutions. She informed me that there was a non refundable $500 investigation fee. I paid the fee and a month later I was told that I qualified for the tax debt relief program. I asked her several times if she was sure that Ideal Tax Solutions would be able to negotiate my debt. *** told me that Ideal Tax Solution could definitely lower my tax debt. She told me that $2500.00 contract fee would be an investment of my money and I would see more value by spending the $2500 to have Ideal Tax Solutions represent me with the *** At that time I hired Ideal Tax Solutions and was set up on a $280 a month payment plan. I sent Ideal Tax Solutions my 2019 and 2020 tax information and was assigned *** as my case manager. For 3 months nothing was done with my case and *** would not answer my phone calls or emails that I sent her. Eventually she was fired and *** was assigned as my case manager in late June. Once the *** received my 2019 and 2020 taxes my refund for the 2 years was greater than my *** tax debt. The *** kept $15,000 of my tax return and Ideal Tax Solutions never negotiated any of my debt. I informed *** in the beginning that my refund would be greater than my debt and she told me that The Professionals at Ideal Tax Solutions would be able to negotiate a reduction in my tax debt from between 60%-90%. Ideal Tax Solutions never negotiated anything with the *** all they did was file my taxes and have my return eliminate my tax debt. I could have done this myself and saved $3000. Ideal Tax Solutions did not do what they said they would do. When I spoke with a manager he told me that sometimes the *** will intercept your tax return. The *** didnt intercept my taxes, Ideal Tax Solutions sent them my taxes. Ideal Tax Solutions offered me a service that they did not do. I am asking for a $2000 refund of my money
