Hello and thank you for helping me Complaintsboard.com. I was charged $34.99 by Idenity IQ when I did not sign up with them I applied for a loan and I had to pay a dollar to get my credit score because I did not have a choice to the loan agency that is the only way I could prove my credit score to them. I did not sign up for services though and I would like my money back I am on a fixed income and I do not use this service. If I had known they were going to charge me I would have never went through with it. It just said get your credit score today and that is it it said nothing about a free trial. I have never heard of idenity iq and I have not used it except that one time when I paida one dollar. I would never ever use them monthly. I think it is kinda shady on their end. I am disabled and I cannot afford another monthly expense like this. I never recieved an email from them nothing . I did not sign up for their trial . I looked at it and it said nothing about a trial to where they can charge me. I would not do that.What I believe is that they had my bank card on file and they just helped themselves. I went online today and to my banks website to my online account and I took a screen shot of what they charged me, When I bought the credit score it said 1 dollar for your credit score it said nothing about a free trial for 1 dollar.It said get your credit score for just one dollar . I did not sign up for their service or free trials . I wouldnt do that. I attached 3 screen shots and 2 of them are from my bank account transactions for 34.99 and there's a screen shot of my bank transactions for the 1 dollar. I just want them to reverse the charge. I did not want this service. I would never buy a monthly service like this. I just bought my credit score for a loan agency. That was it and then I have to go through this. It is not okay and I never recieved an email or notification that they were going to do this or I would of stopped it. It is pending , but they got they money

Forced sign up. Services never rendered. I was don't a search for rentals, rooms, housing when a so called property management company had me click on this link in order for them to check my credit in finding if my credit worthiness would be good enough to land me that house up for rent through them, and after that they would get right back to me. They did get back to me but it was a scam with the given congratulations email stating that I had passed their criteria in all that I provided them and in order to receive they house keys and documents by mail to then have access to the rental, that I would them have to send or mail them,a security deposit in order to receive those things because they were not in town at the time, so it could only be done this way. Welll of course due to my having experienced this type of scam in the entire 4 days of getting continuously hit up with these scams during my search for a rental , I knew I was not going to send any money blindly to a person I'd never even met or a property I'd never even seen. So by now you can best believe that I was wanting a refund from the link that this person had sent to me in their fraudulent scam offer, however the company name or the site location where I had signed up with in order to show these frauds my credit report had totally eluded me and I could not find this identityIQ.com so that I could cancel the unnecessary need of this subscription before I was ultimately charged for this service. Being linked through that so- called realtor website made it impossibly difficult to find the name, let alone the site from which I signed up with, so in waiting for this unwanted transaction to finally post...I have now found the name of this company along with the source of it, and would like to ask them for a cancelation of this service and a complete refund of its charges please back to me, as I had difficulty locating the company that I had gone to via a link I had then as well as now have no needv for this service, and being scammed by the author who had me click your link, as well as the obvious non utilized use of these services at All. I would a like a cancelation of service, and a refund please.

I have never been able to use the service as promised and I want my money refunded back to my card. I signed up for this service to view and download my credit reports and scores and get alerts on changes to my credit. I have never been able to access and download my 3 bureau report. I tried cancelling and it requires a call. I called and advised them that I wanted to cancel and I couldn't get the report. They said I have to use a computer. They stated the system doesn't work from my ***. It's 2020, No one uses computers, everything is done by cell phone. Again, I asked for cancellation and a credit. The call was disconnected. I look up and they charged me again recently so I called and she advised the rep noted the disconnected call but did not cancel. She encouraged me to continue to use the service. I declined. She ultimately cancelled and advised I couldn't be credited since September because I used the service. She gave me a credit for $34.99, this last month. I asked for the corporate address to make this complaint and she forwarded my call to Anthony a supervisor. He was very rude. He told me per the terms and conditions there is a no refund policy, I told him I have never been able to use the system and I haven't logged in since setup. He went on to say the previous rep told him since I was contacting my bank I would be put on the blacklist and could never use the service again. I never said that. I said I was contacting the Complaintsboard.com, Chamber of Commerce our Attorney General because they falsely advertise these services and the website doesn't indicate you have use a computer, not a phone or tablet. He went on to say you should try to be nicer so I'm going to set you up for a follow up from corporate for being berating. I said you are lying on me. I never said I was contacting my bank for a chargeback. I asked for my money back out of good faith because I never used the system or service. He said you will get a callback and you're on the blacklist to never use them again in a very snappy attitude. Bottom line is I was never able to use the service or system to justify paying $35 a month. I was never told even when the system didn't provide what was promised I had couldn't get my money back. The company is misleading and dishonest.

On 12/1/2023 I was fraudulently charged $34.99 on a seldom used debit card.
I have no transaction numbers, authorization, no record of the exchange other than the charge showing up on my card.

A debit charge to my account for 34.99 that caused my account to overdraw which caused a 36.00 overdraft fee. I want my money returned plus the cost of the overdraft fee this charge happened on July 30 2023
I am continuing to be charged $34.99 each month and was told it would be reimbursed and it has not. Another $34.99 was deducted July 17, 2023.I cannot find a new number to contact them to resolve this. I need a full refund and for the monthly deduction to stop. This is upsetting and frustrating to continue to have to deal with this.
I was charged for a service I did not 1. Authorize or 2. Receive. Fix it. Return my money immediately. Not four to five weeks. Immediately.
